Current I always wonder why birds stay in the same place when they can fly anywhere on the earth. Then I ask myself the same question. - Harun Yahya

Hello everyone!

I love roleplaying. That is why I am here. And you are too I suppose! So we already have that much in common! Sweet!

I will play anything with a thick enough plot. My favorites include fantasy and magic themes.

I'm not sure what else to say here.

See you in game!

There we go! Rosie did it!
Awe! I'm sorry you are having a rough week! *GIVES YOU BIG HUGS AND BIG CONTAINER OF CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM!*

As much as it sucks, usually a break up is for the best, as you say. I recently went through a big breakup myself, send me a pm if you want someone to talk/vent to.

Week here is very busy, I'm juggling papers, puppet building, and all-the-things! But it's all for a good cause and is fun while being intensive. This forum is my preferred choice of chill-out-space/stress relief so I'm using all this time to gather inspiration to cook up stuff for the game. :)
Oh! oops! If you reboot let me know :)
I'm interested and may hop in.
How is everyone's week going?
Do it! :D
I AM HERE AND POSTING! :D

I also vanished the same week you did, i think, not on purpose, but I'm back in action!
Moirah listened intently as the conversation unfolded. She leaned over Skylar's book, peering at the pages, wishing she could decipher their secrets as easily as the Ravenclaw claimed she could.

She had not yet visited the great Library of Hogwarts. "Would they really have books about dark magic for us to look through?" She stated quietly, not quite joining in the conversation, but speaking her though aloud as she looked over the potions book and recognized very little. She imagined that any books on dark magic would be more difficult than the introductory text books she had purchased in Diagon Alley.

She frowned a bit, worried that she wouldn't be able to catch up to her classmates. She would have attended Hogwarts last year, but due to the war it had remained closed. Her parents were supposed to teach her magic in the meantime... however, her father was never around and her mother... was not a teacher by nature. She had flunked her first year equivalency exam. Being pure blooded from an honorable powerful house was not enough to get her through it. She'd have to read a bit as well...

"That's a good idea." She said to Skylar. Maybe the Ravenclaw could help her if she found herself struggling with her studies. That is what Ravenclaw were known for after all, their wisdom and knowledge, wasn't it?

She raised her brow a bit as Aedan suggested that himself and his cousin could teach a better lesson than their teacher. Could that really be true of a first year? He rattled off his credentials. On the one hand Moirah felt a bit ashamed that her lessons had not been so thorough, on the other hand... the Death Eaters... the subject reminded of the war that divided her family and her stomach felt uneasy.

Moirah had no idea what the room of requirement was and didn't want to reveal her ignorance. She simply nodded, approving of the idea... whatever it was...

Edging closer to Skylar she asked "Do you have your schedule? Do we have any classes togehter?"

Yes! Write what you are doing/aiming to do.

"Pearle drew back her leg and swung it forward with all her might toward Wade's baby maker. She wanted to make sure the Slytherin would not be able to reproduce thereafter."

I or the rp partner reply with if it worked and Wade's reaction/"deduct hit points"

Rather than the cause and effect

"pearl kicked Wade's family jewels. She struck perfectly and the Slytherin feel over completely defeated and unable to produce children from that moment on."

Sorry made it silly to illustrate. Make sense?

Sort of like how I wrote that Wade was trying to push Julius but didn't finish the action.

I did finish the action and described the effect

Do the same for Julius! :D

Yaaaay fighting!

This is a writing-a-story game more than a technical fighting game. So don't sweat it toooo much! If your not sure go for it, or ask if you need! I can pm or answer here as usual!
Posted!

BTW I'm not throwing you guys an intense scene for the introduction to be a mean 'ol GM. It's supposed to be a challenging rp scene! Don't worry you will all get to relax later... but not for too long as there will be more action! Roll with it? I noticed not everyone really replied, is anyone stuck? Let me know if I'm too crazy for you though.
