Frederick stands in at around 6 flat and weighing in roughly at 150lbs. As he does enjoy going to the gym and dancing, it can be seen in his lean and fit body. John does have a few tattoos, the most prominent one being his right sleeve in the form of a steampunk mechanical arm that ends at the bottom of his wrist. Around his neck is his brother's dogtags tatted onto his body. He has also earned a few scars from working at Bryson's Auto such as a long scar that runs up his right index finger when he mistakenly put his finger near fast moving belt. John prefers vintage attire. Pinstripe pants and vests, button up shirts, fedoras and the like. Even at home his is at least in a polo and sweats.

║ Brief History ║

John's father is a bit of a hard ass, understandable considering he is a seasoned military vet, earning a purple heart and a silver star among a few others during his tours so a military upbringing was grounded into him from day one, even though he doesn't really follow it. His oldest brother was an inspiration to him, getting the middle child into music and dance when he was growing up and his mother assisted in this, showing him dances like swing, jive and the jitterbug. He continued on this path even when his brother left for active duty. His eldest brother had also earned his right in military history but unfortunately in a different way. John Jr, Jeff's older brother was killed in Fallujah via IED during a patrol. For some time Jeff kept to himself and stayed away from people, angry at the world. It took only about a year for him to get back into the flow of things. He is still dealing with the loss and in his own way, through music.

Jeff has taken inspiration from famous singers like Glen Miller, Tony Darcy and dancers like the Michael Jackson, Whiteys Lindy Hoppers and the like and this was thanks to his mother. His brother had gotten him into other genres like rock, heavy metal and techno. It wasn't until he went to a techno concert did he decide he want to create music and produce his own stuff. His father didn't approve of his choice as he considered it unreasonable and unrealistic. But that did not deter him from continuing on. He has already written some of his own songs and techno and has been given some slack from his father after seeing the amount of views his songs have gotten.

What You See:
He seems at a glance to be an introvert and a pompous one at that if the consistent use of headphones is anything to go off of. His tone may seem condescending or demeaning behind his accent. The fact that he isn't well versed in the English language adds to this portrait bestowed upon him with people having assumed he is berating them in German. This doesn't mean he doesn't know English, just not perfect at it. He is very prideful in what he does in school as far as academics including music class so when pulls straight A's, asked about it and smiles, people may think he is judging their intelligence.

What I Know:
If you were true friends with him you would know that he is actually quite the gentleman those headphones aren't for just tuning out people when working on assignments or practicing the violin or cello, he is actually setting up the next new playlist for his parties, which, he tends to throw rather expensive ones thanks to his trust fund status. When it comes to schoolwork or music he is always willing to tutor and help those who are barely passing or just bounce ideas off of for class essays or projects.

Description: Azrael stands at a large height of sic feet, four inches and with a well defined, one hundred and seventy pound frame, usually hidden behind baggy clothes and a hoodie. This is his usual attire since he does not have a face per say. However, when he does meet the public's eye, it is easy to spot him. He looks to be in his twenties, with long white hair but with a face that is hard to decipher gender as it is closer to being androgynous. Should you cross his path on the sidewalk or wherever, if you are able to see your breath on a hot day or if you gain frost of your hot cup of coffee or cocoa, you are not to far from him. The problem that he faces daily is his icy aura that seems to follow him wherever he may go. It's not because he chooses to have this aura but because of who he is, he now must deal with this coldness daily.

Personality: Seemingly endless of emotional void, Azrael in fact envies those who are mortal, able to fade into oblivion with ease. He doesn't envy them personally, but rather Azrael will never enjoy that which is eternal peace. He is kind and cruel, caring and apathetic, courageous and cowardly. Overall Azrael is as mysterious as those he tracks down, not just for The Syndicate, but for those who knock upon his door. To those who accept him, Azrael brings them ephemeral and peaceful final moments of life, opened white wings of solitude. To those who coward in fear, be warned, as he brings upon those a painful end.

He has no particular view of the Syndicate, whether its their infrastructure, beliefs, or morals

Background:
The Shunned Man:
There once was a man who was lonely. It was not because he was a drunkard or a thief, a murderer or a rapist, nor was he evil or corrupt. Everyone would meet this man. The young despised him, those prime of their age were fearful and the elderly welcomed him with open arms. Though he would sometimes see those who would smile at his presence, they would soon disappear as soon as they came. One day, in a fit of anger and heartbreak, had taken a blade to his body and parted himself in two. Many had thought he had passed away, some had mourned his death and others glad he was gone. But divine powers that be had plans for him. One half had moved on into the ethereal realm, the second half remained in the living world as a reminder of this man presence and what it meant to all.
This is the story many know of Azrael however, this is not the true story.

Weapon(s):
Crucible: As the angel of death, it is only natural he has a blade to match the name. He opted against the scythe as it was to cliché and useless in actual combat. While remaining in both the physical and paranormal realms, it is capable of attacking both physical and ghostly figures or creatures and inflict damage on either plane. Now should he attack a human or living creature with the Curcible while in the void, the damage done would be more internal and feel as if it actually happened. For example, if he was to stab them in the heart while in the void, it would feel like a heart attack but without the actual damage done. However, the human or creatures soul will take the actual damage and can be seen when that person or creature dies and passes on.

Skills:

Power(s):
(1)Faceless: Azrael has the ability to take on many different faces and voices, having given each one a name and alias. It is especially helpful when he goes undercover. He has given the syndicate a list of his many aliases and when using them, send the syndicate code-words or phrases specific to that alias.
(2)Planeswalker:This ability allows him to walk through the Void, the place between heaven and hell. With this he can travel about and across the world if necessary. The Syndicate has found this to be a very useful tool as he has become a useful agent.
(3)Aura of Pestilence:This is the aura that is talked about in his description, he has no control over the basic coldness of it but the effects he can. There are several things it can do but he has limitations due to his physical presence on the earth. On top of the icy chill that enters the air, anyone, human or creature, in his direct vicinity (roughly 15 feet radius) can start to feel sick or weak but just a little bit. Most would believe that they may have over exerted themselves somehow or think that they have eaten something that was expired. The longer one stays in his aura, the weaker and sicker they will become.
(4)Aura of Oblivion: He can, if need be, amplify Aura of Pestilence should he move into the Void when fighting an enemy. Now if the enemy is of a more paranormal nature (Ghost, wraith, etc) Aura of Oblivion then takes on a more lethal approach, as it attacks the soul of the individuals. He can focus this ability, leaving bystanders out of harms way, but the basic feeling of fatigue and sickness will still occur.

So if stated correctly he could enter the void in spot A but remain in spot A, just on a different plane?

Personality:
Despite his seemingly harder outer shell, he is actually quite the laid back individual, that is, unless you get to know him in which case he is quite the handful, laughing and carrying on. Sometimes needing to be told "shutup" just so some sanity is kept. His father taught him how to be a gentleman and it is shown in his actions and simple gestures. Actions speak louder than words in his morals and values and will treat those accordingly.

Now, if and when he overloads himself with energy and hurts himself, his mind seems to rewrite itself for a short period of time and he can take on just about any personality or persona and when it wears off, have no recollection of what had happened except for whatever blowback follows. He has master the art of apologizing because of this.

Background:
Garin was born in Germany, in a small town a few hours outside of Munich but a town that was anti-quirk. It wasn't as overt as it was decades ago. But since the incident that happened five years prior to things settling between the supers and humans, tension remained and those with powers were still treated differently. His parents knew and understood this as they themselves were supers with the father having made a name for himself. They had lived through those troubling times but overcame them and made a name for themselves elsewhere.

Growing up he was fed a silver spoon on golden plates thanks to his father's company, Sturm Ind. A company who makes material for the German military and has branched out to other random oddities like clothing, electronics and car parts. He really never felt like himself around the company his family kept close, their attitudes to posh for his tastes. He wasn't shy when it came to schooling and studying though, priding himself on his great grades and his seemingly prodigal skills with classical instruments but never the one to gloat. Instead, he would help others, showing them little tricks of the trade he learned through private tutors and world class musicians.

One day in his teen years, he was brought to his house with a police escort after school. Concerned about his health, they went about the normal parenting bit, asking how he was, was he hurt and other basic questions. Before he could answer, the police spoke up, claiming that he had put 3 kids in the hospital with one in critical condition and possible nerve damage. The police had described the incident as a dome of electricity exploding from the boy as if he was an eel.

His now concerned parents looked at him with different eyes, fearing not just for the safety of others but for his own. They set out looking for schools that would take him and happened to find one after a week or so. Kosei Academy, an academy that seemed to take in people with his abilities. So as soon as they could, they packed his stuff, gave him a ticket and sent him off to the academy, leaving him no time to understand what truly was happening but instead left him with a cold shoulder directed to his parents with the assumption that they were like the rest of the town, shunning those who were different, those who had superpowers. He did not understand that he was going because his parents wanted him to learn to control them and succeed as they had did.

Quirk: Blitzkrieg (Lightning War)
Garin has the natural ability to create electrical currents and fields. What aids him in this is due to a couple things. His body's natural electrical current is well above the normal human and this is also possible thanks to the body's ability . He is able to create his own electricity however, this can cause heavy strain on the body as too much will shut him down or send him into a seizure. Sturm can generate large electric currents by way of a highly specialized nervous system that has the capacity to synchronize the activity of disc-shaped, electricity-producing cells packed into a specialized electric organ. The nervous system does this through a command nucleus that decides when the electric organ will fire. When the command is given, a complex array of nerves makes sure that the thousands of cells activate at once, no matter how far they are from the command nucleus. When activated, it releases around no less then 1 volt per cell equaling to more than one million volts. It is enough to stun an enemy or send them into muscular convulsions. His ability can come in the form of dome-like pulse or electrical tendrils in a similar way to tesla coils without the accuracy. He is in the beginning stages of his quirk and Garin is unsure of the extent he can go. He feels that the Kosei Academy would be able to help him better control his powers and hopefully learn more about them.

Talents:
Garin has been classically trained in the violin, cello and piano but prefers the violin. He does play the guitar as well but mostly as a hobby. He does have a little bit of hacking knowledge. While in japan he has taken up martial arts so he does have some hand to hand experience but just enough to get by.
