Current People are torn apart in the status bar ? Not me. I am heavier than iron, splitting me apart will release dangerous levels of energy.

I got money, I'll just buy the whole prison including all inmates from the state, but not before placing a bet on the financial markets that crime rate will massively increase very soon and suddenly.

Colleagues told me I'd look like a viking. I'm not sure whether that's a compliment, a warning, something derogative or all of these things.

I'd change the name from 'President' to 'Presidentist' to troll the nation. If a press conference is too noisy, I let a piece of chalk screech on an old whiteboard in front of the microphone.

Why doesn't the US government order the invasion of their own country, North America got plenty of natural resources, too! *looks at ICE and national guard activities* Oh wait, they already are...

Bio

Welcome to my profile page!

Who the hell is this person behind those many miles of fiber optics and copper cable ?

  • I'm a 34 year old guy.
  • ... who's working as a software developer
  • ... and enjoys roleplaying as a casual hobby to distract himself from ongoing stress

And into which hell will I descend with you participating in one of my roleplays?

  • I'm a fantasy addict: medieval high and low!
  • I'd consider myself to be a low casual roleplayer, 3 paragraphs per post on average.
  • My schedule varies. It might happen that I won't be able to post at all for a week, but then again it might happen that I'll reach a sweet spot inside which I can go on a posting rampage. I'd say one can expect 1-2 posts a week from me, depending on the lengths involved.
  • English is not my native language, but so far I've not encountered anyone who had had trouble with me over that :)

Want to RP with me ? Shoot me a PM, but don't shoot me!

Thanks for visiting!

Madawc noticed that Xavier seemed to be worried about his horse. Well, so was he himself. He could feel its back gradually giving more and more way to the force pushing the saddle onto it. He soon would have to give it a decent rest. "We could switch mounts." he suggested.

Then however he saw what was happening ahead. It wasn't that the demon in him cared that much about it, but the human in him did, and seeing that there could be a decent fight ahead, the demon part didn't put up a struggle against the decision to 'solve' the situation. The solution, that meant jumping off and applying brute force directy to one of the three men's legs, snapping everything in it with a single blow of Madawc's hammer. Now that should get their attention.
There's a monster who is still alone in his room :D

(Asmund is totally peaceful - just don't let him accidentally step onto one's feet)
@Aspen Wren Nice pictures!

It seems I'm pretty much out of finding more pictures for my character, because - there likely aren't any that come even close to him.

Standing at a decent 6'1, Vlad is a rather tall and well built man. But compared to some other monsters walking around the campus he's rather short.

Vaughtar

At first, the gargoyle stared at Dimitri as if one could punch out and reveal the truth about one's mental state just by eyeballing long and intensively enough. He couldn't determine what the monk really was up to. When Dimitri's hand started to emanate light and it became obvious that he intended to do something magical directly pointed at him, Vaughtar, still sitting on the ground, instinctively got himself into a defensive stance. It was a reaction much slower than usual - and totally worthless. The monk's magic didn't care about that immense wall of bone and muscle the gargoyle had put up by crossing his elbows in front of his chest. It went right into that realm of internal magic Vaughtar had no real idea about.

Luckily, Dimitri came to the 'I can help you'-part of his speech before things could escalate because of a misunderstanding. Vaughtar was more than willing to let the monk continue once he felt the positive effect of what he was doing. There was no more need to sit in the snow and do nothing. Just by seeing the difference between how Vaughtar was moving now and how he had been moving just minutes ago Dimitri would possibly be able to tell that his effort had not been in vain. The gargoyle leaned down towards him, positioning one of his wings in a way that allowed it act as a sound barrier between them and Rozalind - accidentally of course. In the lowest voice he could muster, he said: "Aside from having to thank you... Perhaps we can organize for such a time and place once the mission here is completed, but before we return to base."

He looked over to Dayna and Natasha when she suddenly used the radio to inform about something possibly approaching their position. "Hey... perhaps I could try to fly over there in a wide and evasive circle along the mountainside at low altitude and spy on it from behind. Would save us from having to wait until it comes closer I think." Vaughtar looked at Dimitri again. "If this gets approved I could probably need you over there in case your magic wears off too quickly."

"I didn't exactly suspect you of being interested in comedy masks..." Madawc noted. "You better stow it away somewhere or your armor will loose its intimidating aura because people see the mask." the demon chuckled. He still wasn't convinced about the concept, believing that looking very, very large and strong - just like he himself did - was more effective in intimidation than any armor could be. He patted his horse that was showing clear signs of the downsides of his concept and continued on.

"Why do you need to see the king ? Isn't that very unusual ? And are you sure that the king will grant you an audience at all ?"
Same over here, hopefully have enough time for a good post tomorrow.

@Affili Just for not getting things wrong: How long does the effect roughly last ? And does it get Vaughtar somewhere near the health condition he would have at evening/night or does it only remove a smaller bit of his malaise ?
Who will be around during the weekend ?

Aside from that: I'm sorry for my recent rarity: I hope it will slowly fix itself over the course of the next few weeks.
Asmund Gjanarsson

The first thing Asmund noticed about Laurel's presence wasn't herself, but the smell of smoldering wood. It sent him on a profound search for its origin, annihilating the gifted's original plan to sit down and take a rest. He wasn't eager to be surprised by a developing bush fire he could have been able to stop if he had made the effort to do so at an earlier stage. However, he naturally didn't find anything, and the concentration he was inspecting the ground with actually prevented him from looking upwards and detect the real cause or to hear the growls. It wasn't until a wisp of smoke that refused to disperse quickly enough allowed him to backtrack things that he noticed the black leopard.

From almost directly below her, he tilted his head back and greeted her. "Oh... hi there. Almost missed you! How ya' doin' ?" He didn't really know her although they were in the same year, but her leopard form immediately grabbed his interest. It could be seen in his eyes that were literally scanning it, absorbing any detail from the long tail up to the fur. Aside from that, 'chesty' was a pure understatement for his voice, and if he considered the volume he was speaking with as normal - what he indeed did -, his shouting possbily could be heard easily across the entire lake.

The branch Laurel was lying on was too high to reach, so Asmund decided to go with his initial choice and sat down on one of the wooden benches that were distributed along the lake's banks, close enough for them to be able to continue any conversation with ease. The backrest was way too small for him, a good reason to stretch out on it like in a bed. It also spread his weight along the sagging boards, making it less likely that he would accidentally break the thing.

Madawc couldn't help but to try to snatch a quick glance onto the piece of parchment Xavier handed to the other man. He barely made it, able to roughly understand what was going on between the two. "Do you think we have the time to visit a show ?" he asked Xavier, not wanting to criticize him with that question. He had enough time, it was all about the mute's schedule.

"Oh, and... I think once again your armor is scaring people. You know what you had to do in that shop, right ?" he gave an amused hint, remembering how frightened the shop's owner had been for the same reason.
