THEME FOR THE RP
There was a time that a Ninja was free to rule the world but today an era has mark its end. Are Ninjas real? Maybe but few of those live to tell the tale of it while usually its considered as an urban legend. Many have moved on from the ways of the old while some kept the will of fire going. As today the era of the ninja is in a fluctuated state, hidden in the shadows as it should be. It's been 700 years since the Sevenfold Festival of Hanaryuu, Shinobi these days are considered unreal but beware of the consequences for it is severe; there is no turning back as it is the point of no return for those who dwell in the subject of Shinobi. People keep their illusions because they don't want to get hurt, in this time period it may seem an era of peace in the Hidden Village of Republic, the Sun Village a village formed by the Great Five Nations, truly 700 years has past and not even a slight candle can put out the darkness that dwells among us. Are Ninjas real? It's your choice to turn a blind eye or believe it.

Premise of the RP

This is a Naruto AU, it will involve some heavy politics. No relations to the canon meaning there are no canon characters nor events except for the Origin Story which is none other than the Rikudo Sennin and his sons conflicts which are solved anyway, so Indra and Asura are never going to reincarnate to escalate Uchiha wank. We will be exploring a setting that of Naruto The Last Era(Movie) with story elements of mystery and adventure with some Assassins Creed vibe to it. In this RP, you can be a Shinobi, you can be a Samurai and whatever I require you of. I figure this is what Naruto should have been, that of Basilisk with darker themes; Ninjas working in the shadows. Yes that is our role here, we are ninjas and we protect the world in the shadows. Nothing is true, everything is permitted.

To conclude this, you work in the shadows, the villages exist but are ran by the typical Public Figures which are the Kage, the meaning of Kage lost its meaning, basically you can say Daimyo screwed us all. Your purpose is to restore what it means to be a Shinobi or even find a new definition to it. LET US PUT AN END TO THIS TWISTED SYSTEM AND BRING REVOLUTION and FREEDOM. Let go of your emotions, channel your idealogy into a weapon, let go of your tether, enter the void; let go and be empty and become the wind.

Crowley will retain his influence but he will be dead as in in a coffin. There will be antagonists whose driving force are basically his ideals however.

Twenty One years ago a man clad in a grey blur attacked Academy City and began to erect his limbs through its roots, he is called The Dragon Man. The notorious individual who dwells inside the Dark Half of Academy City corrupting its foundations. Fortunately his tormenting ended when The Level 5 Esper Absolute Zero put an end to his evil doings. Somehow a lot forgotten or brainwashed from this event and for some reason they call it a hoax; there is no Dragon Man. Time itself is inside everyone and by time alone, all things will be at full circle. The Dragon Man although lost to Absolute Zero, succeeded in controlling Academy City and its foundations like a Puppet Master. Seijouki Academy is the pipeline that Dragon Man established and its students are his instruments of making Academy City and Beyond his consolation prize. Then seven years later strange sightings of Vampires prey on the people of Academy City and every citizen cried out for Absolute Zero but she's just not there, nobody knows where she disappeared while all of this tribulation from Dragon Man is present.

Many people believed that only Absolute Zero can stop Dragon Man. Will you continue waiting while in the midst of deception and just wait for her? Or stand up in your two feet and put an end to Dragon Man's bidding?

Seijouki Academy

Words of Wisdom: Seijouki is one of the clues of the past, the Truths that you'll find out.

This is one of the newer schools among all schools in Academy City. This is the school where quarter of the events will take place and ultimately where most students are in. It has the reputation commonly known today as Jigoku Gakou; school of hell. Most people from the outer perspective believed that it is just due to the advanced academics and teachings but it's deeper than that. One good thing that the school has to shed is that, this is the very school that raised Absolute Zero. Many those who wanted to stop Dragon Man enter this school to find clues about her. Another reputation the school got was the fact that it has raised many high level espers and many have rumored to die. Will the students be able to climb that high without being crippled or die? Let us find out.

Esper, Gemstone, Magician, Grimoire, Vampire etc?

You can't be a high level at the start unless GM approved. None can be applying for a level closer to the highest either even though its limited. You can be a Magician or even a Gemstone but do some research and I will approve you. This is to ensure power balance and to prevent power creeping. Quality over quantity. You don't have to be a student either. There are more roles to explore. I will explain how the mechanics of levels work in this RP. You can't be a Vampire.

Dorm System

The rooms in the dorms are shared by two students, which can be for boys, girls, or mixed. The rooms can also house but one student, but such exceptions are rare. Standard student rooms consist of two beds, two desks, two chairs, two closets, a bookcase, couch, television, bathroom, small kitchen, and enough living space for two people to be in comfortably. Students are free to bring in anything else to the rooms. More details to come once the OOC comes out though I'll unveil some through PMs.
