Kijani had the phone in with the rest of her things. She already had so much- paper, electronics, clothes... basically everything she had on her from the talent show. Magneto's phone wouldn't stand out in so much clutter. Her eyes were trying not to fix on Clark Kent, and think of all the horrible ways that he could crush her like a bug if he had a reason..."S-sir, I-- I mean, Mr. Kent..." She was a bit afraid, but playing it up quite well. "I... I made a mistake... I just... I thought if I went... if I went, I could be okay, he wouldn't hurt me..." Her gaze kept flickering away, as if she were afraid to make eye contact for longer than a moment or two. "H-he wouldn't hurt us, right Flood? Right?" Her eyes darted to her co-conspirator. Either way he responded, she had set the tone by deferring to him. No one expected the subordinates.

"I believed i could try and gather information on him by posing as a subordinate of his, but I quickly realized that my logic had been flawed. there was no way I would end up as anything more than a foot soldier so I changed my mind and came back. I don't believe he is violent by any means, but I felt it was in my interest to monitor him. I was wrong." Flood smoothly lied without a hint of deceit on his face. He stayed completely calm, no increased heartbeat, sweat, or anything that might point him out as lying.

Flood pocketed the phone and made sure it was in his lead lined pocket. He looked at Clark and analyzed him immediately. Batman and Superman, quite the powerhouses. He then followed Clark with a indifferent look on his face. "So i'm guessing you would like to know exactly what transpired on the plane?"

"Oh yeah, now we're talking! Espionage, backstabbing, all the good stuff!" Tyler yelled with a murderous smile on his face. He looked at the ray of light and smiled. An easy dodge with his enhanced reaction times, he dodged most of it but it did hit his arm. He quickly moved out of the magic circle as he knew that wasn't good news.

Tyler frowned. "Where are you!? Have you forfeited!?" He yelled as he went down to the gym but remained out of the reach of the ghosts that were lingering. "And here I thought you enjoyed fighting! I suppose all battles must end eventually. Would you like to call the match Sol?"

"Whatever you may call it, it is what keeps me alive!" Tyler yelled as he continued forward with his momentum after he passed through her. He kept going forward away from the orbs and smiled. He hadn't had this much fun in months! "Lets keep going!" He pulled out some metal orbs he always kept on him in case his water spells caused a environmental disaster.. They were designed to negate magic and were quite expensive, even for orphans with billions inherited from dead parents. He threw them at the mini black holes and continued flying away. These were the last he had on him and he would need to order more in a couple of months. 'After I let the company build a little more capital of course. Maybe I should sell that subdivision I don't like. It hasn't been making any progress on that shampoo and that other company wanted it fo- wait battle first, stock options later.' He mentally smacked himself.

Tyler quickly dashed to the side of the pillars seeing as they had dissapated his magic. He then rushed forward in the blink of an eye right up into Meruin's face and smiled. "Glad to see you're happy too." He then swung his fist forward at insane speeds and let the electricity to the rest of his talking for him.

Tyler felt the magic spike and he felt a sudden surge of energy from above the gym. "Oh no you don't." He ran up the wall and threw a scythe of wind at the ceiling to break through it. He jumped into the air and smiled at her. "It's over now." He dashed at Meruin and began making several slashing motions with his hands at her. The electricity surrounding him arced off of him and went towards Meruin. He shot water bullets as well to conduct the electricity and make it more deadly. "I will be number one!" He yelled as he shot more water bullets. He didn't have much left in him, he needed to end this.
