Ryan shrugged and called out his Pancham. "Come out Bancho." The Pancham looked ready for a fight as it began hopping around. The opposing trainer was a 17 year old male who was wearing a torn up scarf. He sent out a Poochyena and prepared for battle.

"Bancho, start it off with a Comet Punch." With these words the battle began as Bancho rushed the Poochyena with a flurry of punches. The Poochyena dodged the first two punches, but was hit by the last three in turn.
"Poochyena, use Bite!" The Poochyena latched onto Bancho but it did practically nothing due to typing.
" Bancho, Slash it until it lets go." Bancho brought out his claws and began repeatedly slashing at the Poochyena until it eventually let go. The Poochyena was obviously on its last legs, so it was time to end this.
" Bancho, Circle Throw." Bancho grabbed the Poochyena and threw him over his head and into a nearby wall. When the dust settled the Poochyena was knocked out and Bancho was the winner. "Well done warrior. Return and rest." Ryan returned him to his Pokeball and graciously accepted his cape to show his new status as a Baron.
Ok... I don't see the problem here. Where exactly is your problem?
Ryan bowed his head slightly and smiled. "I am Ryan. It is a pleasure to meet you. Your battle with Disntha was pleasant to observe. It's been a while since she had to use Gardevoir." Ryan complimented in his own unique way.
Wait if Marcus quit, does that mean we all lose?
"Yeah. Tons of gym leaders do that kind of stuff. It's not that big of a deal." Ryan interjected with a bored expression on his face.
Ryan had been wandering for a few weeks now and he was on his way to New York. He had heard that there were people like him and if he wanted to learn more he should head there. It was a constant struggle to get food and water, but his worst problem was one he couldn't solve.
"God damn it! It's so fucking cold!" He pulled his sweater and jacket around him tightly and kicked a nearby trash can in frustration. It fell over and a slight indent was made in it. It had already begun to frost over just from the miniscule amount of contact he made with it. He looked at himself and noticed he was making footprints of snow again. He growled and continued walking. He had asked a few locals which way New York was, but he was still lost.
"I fucking hate life." He muttered to himself as he continued walking. He heard some gunshots and considered running away. He instead made a decision he would regret for the rest of his life. He ran towards the gunshots. What he saw, words could not describe. The closest thing he could call it was a slaughter. One of the people with guns saw him and began shooting. 'I don't want to die.' He covered his face with his arms and waited for the end. But it didn't come. He opened his eyes and saw that ice had covered the shooters and the bullets were actually frozen. He picked one of them up and shattered it. "I guess this has it uses after all. And I'm not so cold anymore either. Huh." He looked up and frowned. "Damn my sense of morality." He then rushed into the building to go save lives.

May I join?

Name: Ryan T Alon

Feel for element: "It's not bad I guess. It's always fucking cold though! God damn it's cold! Anyone have a sweater? Fuck! Never mind, I hate this fucking element!"

Appearance:

Personality: (I'd rather reveal that in IC)

History: Ryan had a pretty normal life. He worked with his brother in a factory along with some other people he knew, he made a decent salary. His apartment was nice, he could even afford a tv! That all changed when he noticed that it was very cold. That was pretty strange to him considering he worked in a nearly packed factory, but he assumed he was just kinda sick, and took a few days off. It was when things started freezing solid around him that he understandably freaked out. He locked himself in his apartment for a week before he unfortunately had to go outside for food. He bundled himself in his warmest clothes and ventured out to buy food and water. When he came back he found his apartment completely torn apart and on fire. After that he began wandering the city, looking for a home.
How I feel about Chase right now.
