Dropping in to say I probably won't be able to post until Friday night/Saturday!

That's fine! Thanks for the heads up
<Snipped quote by FortunesFaded>

Yeah I was actually thinking about that, yup.

Great! Expect a post regarding that from me soon :)

Actually, anyone with a radio: There will be something happening soon.
Actually I just realized having a police radio is kind of a big deal right now. Three (potential) separate groups can receive and respond to radio transmissions.

Yup. I'll pm my thoughts to you regarding that.. But not now. It's 1 am. I have class in the morning. Oops.
@FortunesFadedno I saw it that's why I updated that post... See this is why I "double post". Information is missed when people go back and update posts when everyone ilelse doesn't refresh the page. Also, if you ever want to do another one or even help me out with a RP, lemme know cause I've tried starting a Vietnam War one and now thinking about doing a Afghanistan war one.

Sure thing, dude. Odds are I won't be joining/starting any other roleplays on here until this one ends, though -- my schedule really only allows me time enough to give one RP the attention I need to give it, any more and I'd be spread too thin. An RP about Afghanistan would be interesting, though. I did one of those a year or so back.

Just wanted to say Jazileena will go find someone but Gabel is well, kinda not going to want to leave her house.

That makes sense. Quick question: Does Jazileena still have her police radio?
Ok. The reason I suggest that and I would recommend myself because

1) it already has 14 characters from 14 people and if I'm not mistaken 2 other people have submitted character CSs.
2) As for Co-GMs look for people who are consistently online (me for example). The reason I say this is due to my other RP has like four of them and they all are hardly on so yeah.

3) Just....Do it! Don't let your dreams just be dreams. You said you would change tomorrow but tomorrow is now so...JUST DO IT!!! JDBDICJNRNBCIEN

I'm gonna stick with the current setup for now, but I'll definitely consider you when I'm looking for another Co-GM. You do put a lot of effort into this RP, and are on often -- which is really good. I've just found in the past that too many Co-GMs too quickly leads to confusion and disorganization (which is exactly what I'm trying to avoid). Plus, one or two people does the trick for this sized roleplay. If we break the 20 character mark, I'll certainly be looking into getting more help.

Also, points for the Shia Labeouf reference.

Also I don't see Trooper's CS.

It was back a couple pages in the OOC. I accepted him back then, he just never transferred it over into Characters (which isn't too big of a deal, really. Just makes my life easier when I'm trying to look up a character).
Also both my little girl Jazileena and my Boston Gal Jazileena are open to roleplay with~

Yeah, I wanna get everyone either paired off or headed to the same location soonish.. Is anyone else's character currently alone? If so, meet up with one/both of Love Me Dead's characters. Or, @Love Me Dead, you could have one of your characters stumble upon a pre-existing group.
@FortunesFaded

I'd recommend you have a second Co-GM if ppl can't get ahold of either one of you

I'm gonna see if the combination of the two of us is sufficient to manage this. If the RP grows, or I find that I need an extra hand down the road, I'll definitely be looking for a second Co-GM.

Not sure if my last post was a bit too much. :>

You're fine, mate. Actually, what you did there will go swimmingly with a storyline I'm planning on introducing soon. I hope your character doesn't mind having a couple more WPD officers as company

Also, when you get a chance would you mind transferring your CS to the Characters section? I just want them all in a centralized location.
Hey guys! Quick update: With all the interest in this roleplay, and with our character roster at over a dozen strong, I've decided that I'm gonna need a little help running the show here. So from now on, Pirouette will be acting as this RP's Co-GM! This means that when I'm gone, Pirouette is in charge. However, nothing's changed character-wise. Ana is still Ana, and is bound by all the restrictions and rules that everyone else has (so is my character, for that matter). Anyway, I'm looking forward to getting everyone's feedback on things to make sure this is the best thread in the history of the site, and that Pirouette and I aren't running it into the ground

Just made a small edit to the Opening Post in the Characters section, I'd suggest checking it out. Let's just say it's an allusion for things to come (and soon).
Desmond Williams

The door to the residence opened, the lady inside stepping back to allow entrance, and Desmond exhaled a sigh of relief. He realized then that he had been holding it the whole time, anxiously waiting to hear the instantaneous, deadly pop of a bullet going into his body. It hadn't come, yet at least. The woman seemed less-than-friendly to him, but in the world they lived in, that was to be expected. Anything less than utterly hostile left an opening for cooperation. With a gracious nod, Desmond entered through the open door, and turned to face his host.

"Actually, I was hoping to talk more along the lines of the lay of the land," he replied, his eyes occasionally making sweeps around the seemingly otherwise-deserted house. "I just rolled into town, and the place seems relatively safe from what I've seen. Do you know anything about the area that you'd be willing to share with me?"

It was a long shot -- most survivors he'd encountered on the road from New York weren't nearly gracious enough to even invite him into their homes, never mind helping to orient him with his new surroundings and give a breakdown of the area. But at the least, it showed her that he was just another survivor. Though the two looked quite dissimilar in attire, both faces wore the weary expression of one whose future was uncertain. Now closer, he could see her face more clearly: a sort of tough-pretty, with a short mess of blonde hair and a pair of aviators covering her eyes, though -- eerily -- he could still feel her stare.

"Is this your place?" He asked, already knowing the answer. The house looked untouched, unlived -- as if the family had gone away for a simple vacation, and would return shortly. The woman did not appear at home there, Desmond could tell from her body language. And anyone with a brain would have at least begun the process of fortifying by then, and this lady most certainly seemed to have a semblance of intelligence.
