Josh helped Serena and smiled as Trish decided she wanted to help as well, feeling like he was bringing her up good enough if that was her action without being told. He was always worried that he was doing a bad job, but then Trish would do little things like this and unknowingly reassure him he wasn't doing an awful job at being a brother and a parent. "yeah we did" Chas replied to Serena as they walked, Chas taking the lead as he didn't have anyone to carry and he could be the look out.
When Serena stumbled into Josh a bit more, he smiled and without prompting skid his other arm under her legs and lifted her up like John was holding Kay. "I got you" he told her softly, seeing her blush ever so slightly which made him smile all the more. She was one hell of a woman that was for sure.
As they got to the exit and opened the door, Chas pointed to the left "to the left top corner of the car park, end space" he explained, leading the way hoping that Kay would wake up soon and didn't do herself too much mental damage by healing John. It took about a minute to get to the cab where he unlocked it and opened the doors for everyone. "if you're coming along, get in" he said.

He couldn't help but smirk when Serena's stare shut even John up knowing that very few people could accomplish such a thing.
Josh put Trish down onto her feet as he was asked to help to get Kay out of the hospital, "sure I'll help in any way I can" he said to her back, walking over and slinging her arm over his shoulder so she could use him as a crutch to get out. "if you think you're gonna faint I'll carry you out. It's the least I can do after you all saved my sister" he told her before turning to Chas and John. "I think I saw a staff exit further down that should take you all out to the ambulance bay. From there you should be able to get out easily enough" he explained.
Kay remained out cold the entire time they were talking.

It was strangely attractive seeing the man she loved in such a way but quickly shook those thoughts from her mind as she asked him to help her out. With his joking words of it being forever she chuckled, smiled as he kissed her temple and half rolled her eyes, "forever the drama queen" she teased as she saw how much more relaxed he seemed to get now she was back home.
She started walking back toward the back door with him as he snooped in the bags and saw the fresh food in them, unable to refrain from making a comment. "yeah well, he had shit junk on it and nothing but. I still got some of it but I ain't eating crap all my life. I'm a growing girl!" she replied, amused that her not so sly action with the shop noticed before laughing at his remark about the good kid.
"such a suck up!" she teased him, gently knocking his shoulder with her own as they stepped inside and straight into the kitchen where she put the bag down on the worktop. "oh Dean, there's a treat or two for you in the bag you got" she commented as she began to unpack the bag she just put down, pulling out the fresh vegetables and fruit first before pulling out the box dyes that were at the bottom of the bag.

With the lights turning green, she put her phone down and continued the ten minute drive back to Bobby's and instead of parking out front like she normally did, she did what she hated doing normally and drove round to the back.

With a parking spot found, she turned off the engine, removed the keys and got out of her car, locking the door behind her. Pulling out the shopping list she headed inside, grabbed a trolley and started the shop. She noticed there was far too much bad stuff on the list making her mentally scoff and shake her head at Bobby, knowing that was going to change. She made a point to get fresh food with only a few bits for the freezer and made sure to head to the bakery section where she picked up an apple pie for Dean.
As she went round she checked off the things off the list with a small pencil she found in her pocket before finding the beauty section and pharmacy area where she took a little bit of time to look through all the hair dye colours before finding she was being drawn to the hot pink highlight kit and the black dye. Shoving them in the trolley, she grabbed some hair scissors and headed toward the till points, picking Dean up a bottle of his favourite whiskey as a treat as well and joined the queue. Thanks to how busy it was, it took her a bit longer to get through before she could carry the bags back to her car, but luckily she was still in the time window she gave Dean. Placing the bags on the roof of her car so she could get her car keys out, she unlocked the car, placed the shopping in the back seat of her car then got in, sitting down and pulling out her phone, seeing she had been roughly 50minutes so far, "perfect" she muttered to herself and sent Dean a quick text:
"hey, back at the car, on my way back,
see you in 10. Xx"
Clicking send, she chucked her phone on the passenger seat and began her drive back home.

Chas couldn't believe for a moment that John bloody Constantine of all people, someone who would quite literally sleep with anyone, not the settling down type at all had suddenly in his unconsciousness with Kay formed a bond. Maybe things could change for the man after all. He saw John clearly attempting to wake up from his body language and from his breathing, "come on John, we need you to wake up mate, Kay's out cold for healing you" he said, not wanting to use Kay as almost like a trigger object for waking him, but didn't know what else to do.
Josh sighed knowing his kid sister was right. He didn't like just getting his sister back and just bolting. It wasn't fair to the others after they risked their lives to save Trish. "alright.. But if that monster is still down there I'm getting you out of here like I promised" he told her back, pressing the button to go back down to the basement as they were still in the lift. Getting back downstairs, he carried his sister down the hall whilst keeping an eye out for any threat. He found his way back to where the mysterious group were and saw what state they were in. "you guys need a hand?" he asked them.

"Kay...!" he said but nothing got through and before he knew it, Kay mumbled before passing out with Serena grabbing her she did.
He checked John over and checked his pulse. It was strong and steady, a good sign. "he's fine, his bruises are gone, something tells me she somehow healed every single wound he had" he explained before noticing Kay's wrist and was about to say something when the same thing was beginning to glow on John's wrist as well. "what the Hell's?" he questioned.
