Bio: Lex comes from a long line of racing fanatics -- the family came to fame in the early part of century in the once well known racing association, called NASCAR. The family prospered until the economy tanked and all went downhill. While exploring his grandfather's property Lex came upon an abandoned car in the woods. It was an old Chevy Impala, still with it's "racing stripes" on it. Having viewed Risk Rally for the past several years Lex knew that this car was left here for a reason. With help from several friends Lex got the car back up and running and is now set to take it to the open road.

Quick question the legal drinking age is 20 in Japan, but I know in the past only people 21 or over can enter Club LUSH. Does that mean that Club LUSH just has that age limit, or is the legal drinking age in Shine City going to be 21?
Club lush has an age limit of 21, Shine county's drinking age is 18.
But just for eveybody's reference Shine City isn't actually set in japan

But his criminal record kept him from ever being promoted to any sort of decent paying position which matched his massive potential. Out of fustration he asked for a transfer and was instead offered a higher paying job as freelance mechanic for the Risk Rally GP, which paid much more and he could work part time. He reluctantly took it when he found out his wife was pregnant, but hates the very idea of the desperate killing themselves on camera for money. He tried to do his job as ethically as he can. It wasn't a hot day but everyone was sweating, this was quite normal for most people it was the day of the preliminary races. A sort of a induction league of races to determine who the final players would be in the famed Risk Rally GP. This was the week that most casual views tuned in, because this is where the most people would die, usually in vicious collisions or spectacular explosions, this is where the sponsoers would make their money, and this is why everyone (apart from a few psychos) was sweating.Mech-Mick was't sweating though, he had a job to do, a job that he had been doing for 4 years now. Doing a vehicle check and sending the racers off to their designated racing areas for the starting points. The racing lobby was quite a and attractive area, and after leaving the garage area where all the vehicles were being docked, Mick entered the lobby to grab a coffee and see the drivers.
Mick made his way to the coffee machine walking past a few waste-lander types who were probably from Arizona or New Mexico they wore dusty overalls and drank from their own canteens. They probably wanted to avoid government funded beverages. Which Mick found ironic as they were in a government funded race to the death. But he didn't dwell on it. He also noted the obvious criminal types who seemed to be huddled round a circle of black leather sofas. Smuggling operations were rampant in the prelims, as its one of the perfect covers to transport goods from different places, and contraband wont always be picked up in a routine vehicle check. The Yakuza and various Ex-Black Ops types were the main offenders of this and their impeccable black suits almost made them camouflage with sofas they choose to commandeer.
There was an assortment of random other individuals and freaks, along with your usual depressed businessmen, thrill seekers. C-list celebrities and racing purists. Just around 70 people in total in this lobby alone which made up a tiny percentage of the 75,000 preliminary racers in lobbys all across the west coast and mexico. Mick continued walking while sipping his coffee and scratched his beard as he approached one of the drivers.

Now, lord knows you arent the first driver to have drug traces in your car....hell, you arent the fist this afternoon, but you wont be able to continue if you get caught by an official. Your car is parked right next to The Daedalus in lot A-3 I think Tavish Macintyre is down there waxing his windows. Tell him I said he has to return to the lobby to get his racing permit back off security.

Bio/Personality: Nai's abusive father that sort of regrets what he did to her.
He doesn't believe that he hurt Nai but thinks of it as fatherly punishment. As a child he was abused severely but his parents always made it seem like they were doing it for him. Nai was a simple mistake and they were not supposed to have any children but his wife was too kind and decided to keep her. However, she soon committed suicide after finding that the stress was too much for her. She had a very weak mind.
His personality is pretty bad... He doesn't mean for it to be and does try to be kind but usually he is found being rude, arrogant, sarcastic, and cruel.
Lower his age to his 30s cause of the Shine city age bracket you are good to be approved!
