Eslaria was all kinds of beside herself right now, not sure whether she should be mad, sad, happy or nervous. Her son was home, there was no doubting that, and he was back to his old self. Well, closer to his old self, he wasn't exactly the same but far closer than he had been when he left. That aside he even seemed happier than before, if not a bit on edge probably from coming home as he was. Ultimately her happiness won through and she had to just embrace T'charrl, almost as if to convince herself it wasn't some illusion. Solid, this was her real son, finally home from his journey. Whether it was a permanent return or not mattered little to the Queen, right now she was much too glad to see her child back to care. Chastising him a little for not calling she hugged him all the same, hiding her face briefly in the crook of his neck. "I can see that, my Prince... You don't have to tell me," the Queen remarked, lifting her head and smiling amused, "We missed you as well, a lot of people did. There will be quite a few who will be eager to know of your return." It was far from just her and her husband that had missed T'charrl, a good majority of their people did; the Prince was a hero to everyone who had learned of Garesh's deception. "See bud? I told you she was going to be happy!" Takeshi declared, grinning as he balled his hands into fists. "There was nothing to worry about!" This was great, the Queen was happy and so was their friend, everything had worked out. T'charrl's dad would no doubt be happy as well, and apparently loads of other people would be too. It was like L'esta had said, there were tons of folks waiting for the guy to return. Shu was all happy and excited moments ago and now his older brother was right there along with him. If things were good for their friend then they were good for him and Shu too; a happy friend meant they would be in better spirits as well. Watching the display Takeshi couldn't help but ponder about his and Shu's mother, and wonder if she might treat them the same way once they finally met. Had Shu forgotten about all that? Eh, not important right now, they had other things going on! Figuring it was probably best to keep out of the family moment for now Takeshi looked over at Shu, smirking and slinging his arm around his sibling's shoulders. "Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, you know?" he asked, "We did something good, kind of nice isn't it?" Again with the stupid questions, this casual banter business was more difficult than he thought. "I have no problems speaking, Viral, perhaps I'm just asking the wrong questions..." Vegeta mumbled, realizing immediately he'd only confirmed the Beastman's doubts. Hm, well it wasn't as if he wasn't giving this an earnest effort. Mercifully Yumi was being quiet thus far, but knowing her she was bound to interject soon enough with her two cents and make him seem foolish by comparison. Perhaps he would be fortunate if Viral did find something to preoccupy himself, then he wouldn't have to make these botched attempts at holding a conversation. Fine with having silence settle in Vegeta may well have remained quiet if not for a remark on the Beastman's part, drawing his curiosity to a peak. "Gotten your wish...?" Vegeta repeated, raising an eyebrow. "I was not aware you had one in mind... Care to share what this wish of yours was?"
It was just interruption after interruption today, and no on even had anything good to say! At this point she was waiting on L'esta or Katas to report in, hoping they might have something that wasn't going to irritate her as the others had been. Just after getting rid of one headache another appeared, there was no end to it. Resisting the urge to simply tell whoever it was to outright go away she rose up from her chair, expecting another unfortunate soldier to carry in their officer's moronic requests or plans; the person who came in not only was not some mindless soldier, but someone she recognized. At least, the Queen thought she recognized this person, but she dared not believe her eyes at first. However as the figure stood there and others joined him there was no doubting it, her son had finally returned home. He was a little different still but far closer to his old self than before, and he had his friends with him still. Quite confused by it all she watched him curiously, craning her head while trying to process it all. Finally she moved forward wordlessly, walking over to T'charrl and standing before him. "You've come back from your journey... For a while...?" Eslaria repeated, blinking a few times before frowning. "And you never called? Did you ever once try getting in touch with Katas? I thought Vegeta set something up and yet you never got in touch with us! Not even once! Do you have any idea what your father and I have been through worrying about you?" As abruptly as she had started chastising her son the Queen leaned over, wrapping her arms around him and pulling T'charrl close. Closing her eyes she sighed softly, laying her head against his shoulder and smiling faintly. "Though I suppose it does not matter... You're home now." Vegeta figured Choi had been getting at being casual with Viral, something that he never did with the Beastman. The only issue with that was not only did he feel incredibly awkward doing it but Viral didn't look to take to it as well as he might have hoped. Rather than be encouraged by the more relaxed approach he was just as upset as before, and confused to boot. Smiling uncomfortably he placed his hands on his hips, pausing briefly before sighing and following after Viral again. "Why waste the energy trying to find something to care about? Just enjoy being out and about. We don't need a reason to be here, or any goal, we just should do whatever comes to mind, whatever we want." Spontaneity was scarcely one of his better skills, and chances were he'd quickly cave in and get back to his rigid self, but Vegeta was hoping maybe having unbound freedom would enable his friend a little more. They had an entire planet to themselves, and he figured now that he was with Viral the curfew wasn't as much imposed as suggested; keeping an eye on the Beastman undid the entire purpose of the curfew in the first place. "Does feel nice to be on a planet again... It's not quite Earth, but it's pleasant enough."
"Hey... Considering everything that's gone on lately I'm sure being dressed right is the least of her worries," Takeshi reassured, "I doubt we're going back to get you clothes now anyways, so don't sweat it." At least they were just going to see the guy's mom, not the whole kingdom or anything. If they were addressing crowds of people then sure, he could understand wanting to be dressed, but this ought to be a quiet little meeting. They were going to have to go in as they were and hope for the best, and if they were fortunate then the Queen wouldn't be smacking anyone for any shortcomings. Everyone was pretty set on helping T'charrl out, the Captain included; the guy was willing to take a proverbial bullet for their friend. Smiling encouragingly Takeshi gave a nod, glancing over at Shu curiously as he kept on being a hyper little dope. "It has been a long time, hasn't it? Jeez buddy, I've never seen you so excited, try keeping yourself together. Don't want them thinking you're crazy, you know?" Turning back to the doors he sighed softly, rubbing his head before puffing himself up a bit and putting on a smile, trying to seem far more prepared for this than he was feeling. "No, no I do not want to put up a military outpost in the Upper City! How many times do I have to say this is a peacekeeping operation, NOT an occupation! Ask me again and I'm going to demote you back to private!" How could her directions be so lost on some of the soldiers? It was like the notion of peacekeeping was well beyond their understanding, and all they knew was war. No small wonder, their people had been at odds for quite some time, so maybe all they really did know was war. Even so how difficult could it be to wrap one's head around it? After throwing the papers back at the soldier Eslaria gestured for him to get out, rolling her eyes as he hurried along. There were more things to focus on than some up and coming leader's proposed plans, she had masses of people to worry about right now. Not a moment after that man had left did she hear the doors opening yet again, hardly containing an irritated groan as she lowered her head. "I swear, if you have another idiotic plan..." she began, getting up from her chair and turning around. Annoyed quite a bit the Queen froze on the spot when she saw who was standing at the doors, simply staring for a moment as if unable to put two and two together. She recognized this person... But was it really him? Was this really her son? Finally remembering herself shortly thereafter the Queen shook her head, taking a small step forward while looking awfully confused. "T'charrl...? You're home...?" Even when giving Viral the liberty to pick what he did he was still a bundle of joy... Maybe this wasn't the way to go about it. Though hard pressed to agree with someone like Choi, Vegeta found himself increasingly wondering if what the other boy had said held some merit. Should he just try talking with Viral? It could be that the Beastman thought himself nothing more than a patient and a project with all the medical attention he was getting, perhaps he just needed to be treated like a regular person. Casual banter, doing something fun, those were hardly some of Vegeta's strong points, but he had to give it a shot for Viral's sake. Doing his damnedest not to comment on the "forgetting everything" comment he followed after his friend, smiling a bit awkwardly. "Beautiful day... We might as well enjoy it while we can," he remarked, pausing briefly as he questioned what he said. Had he just suggested that this might not last? Damn it, perhaps a different approach then. Rubbing his head he looked over at Viral, still smiling as he reached out and gave him a pat on the shoulder. "So... How uh... How are you enjoying Kaesstra so far?"
"Well it's what we're doing isn't it? We're just stopping by and saying hi before we go to the doc, right? I'd figure your mom would be happy we're going to get you checked up just to be safe, you know? Heck, she might even tell you to do it anyways." Takeshi didn't know what T'charrl was so worried over anyways, it wasn't his job to help someone get better. They had agreed to help their friend learn to control his powers and turn back to his old self, neither of which they had done entirely. The situation was certainly better, sure, but not ideal. Depending on how angry the Queen might be over this shortcoming it could either be a really nice reunion or a really scary one. "Whatever you pick is the right one buddy, and we'll go with it! Don't worry so much, I'm sure she's going to be glad to see you again." Focusing a little bit on T'charrl and his problems Takeshi only just realized he was paying Shu no mind, looking at his brother curiously as he was bouncing about. Smirking amused the older boy reached out, trying to place a hand on his little brother's head to keep him from bounding about. "'Course it's going to be exciting, we're bringing T'charrl back to his mom. How's about not running around so much. You might run into someone on accident, you know?" L'esta watched the two brothers slightly amused before turning back down the hall, taking the lead towards the throne room. This reunion of T'charrl and his mother was most certainly going to be interesting, maybe exciting if they were lucky. Even if Her Majesty responded with some kind of hostility it was not out of spite, but more of her way of showing concern without outwardly doing so. Eslaria had her moments to be sure, when her front faded and she showed some real compassion, but it rarely if ever happened. "If you feel at any point you need to take a step back then I will speak on your behalf, Prince T'charrl," the Captain said, placing a hand on his chest and bowing slightly, "I can't give her all the details, but at the very least I may be able to stay her hand for a short while." They were bound to find out if he could or not in just a moment as the throne room was not terribly far off, and L'esta just had an itching feeling that the Queen somehow knew they were coming. Straightening up his posture entirely he smoothed out his uniform with one hand, wanting to be presentable after his scuffle with the Prince. The nearer they came to the room the more guards they saw, each and every one of them astonished by the Prince being in their midst. Graciously few said anything as they approached the throne room, and soon enough they were stood before the great doors. "Well then, Prince T'charrl, ready?" Vegeta was going to try rather hard to be lenient and allow Viral some freedom, something he'd not done much of as of late. A good deal of his overbearing behavior was for worry that the Beastman might hurt himself, and the work he was doing might be made invalid as a result. The time spent on the research wasn't what he didn't want to waste, but rather having to prolong curing Viral even longer. Glancing over at the Beastman he sighed when accused of limiting Viral's actions, feeling a touch bad because it wasn't a false claim. "I'm giving you the liberty to do as you please now though, isn't that a start? It's whatever you wish to do, I won't say a word otherwise." It didn't take terribly long for their friend to come to a conclusion, and the response was a little surprising to hear. Just simply relaxing then? Vegeta might have figured Viral would choose something to keep his mind occupied, but if relaxing was what he wanted then they would give it to him. Nodding in confirmation he got to his feet, dusting off his hands before looking towards the woods. "Very well... That way is towards the city, which means we'll avoid that. Pick any direction and go, I suppose, we'll just have to see where it takes us."
Takeshi was pretty optimistic... Right up until T'charrl actually decided to go see the Queen first. Sure he was trying to be in good spirits about it all, but that was just to keep their friend happy. Now that they were really going to see her he could almost feel the claw slapping him in the face, or goodness knows what else the lady might use to hit him. It was always him too, never Shu and probably not Haku. "Hey, the right decision is your decision, you know? There's no right and wrong there!" Takeshi said, chuckling nervously, "We'll go drop in, say hi then go right to the doctor. I'm sure she won't mind if we do that." Heck, maybe he and Shu should go to Renthal now, just to make sure it was safe and all. Didn't want any of those old loyalists trying to get at T'charrl, no sir! It was a bit too late to even consider mentioning that however as they were now coming right up to the palace, and a few guards had taken notice of them. At first they looked to dismiss their group entirely until one caught sight of T'charrl, quickly alerting the others to the Prince's presence. Smiling sheepishly Takeshi moved a bit closer to his friend, folding his hands behind his back and glancing over. "Just saying... If you want to ask your mom not to get pissed at us, that would be completely fine by me." L'esta would much rather have preferred to avoid others if at all possible, but even the side entrances were under guard. Thankfully there were only four men on duty out here, the only downside to that fact being they were not actually under his direct command. Regardless he outranked them by quite a bit, so an order even from him should be obeyed. Stepping up ahead of the rest of the group he sobered up a bit, standing before the guards with his arms crossed sternly. "Listen up you four, I'm only going to say this once and I expect you to listen. We are on our way to see the Queen now, and after that we have other business to attend to. Under no circumstances are you to share that you've seen the Prince here, not until Her Majesty or Yusef has given the okay themselves, do I make myself clear?" You couldn't be lax with an order like this otherwise someone was bound to step out of line. Narrowing his eyes as the men exchanged glances L'esta stomped a foot on the ground, watching as all four promptly went to attention and nodded their heads. Breathing a little easier the Captain looked behind himself, smiling as he waved everyone on. "Come along then, the throne room isn't too far from here." Shame they were coming in through the side like this, there was probably a real nice courtyard in the front of the palace. Shame too they hadn't been able to go through the whole city either, Haku would have liked to see some more of it. He had no clue that these Kaesstrians lived underground like this, he'd figured the cities above ground were all there was to them. Why did they live underground when there was so much space above it? A bit odd, he'd have to remember to ask that at some point. Or maybe not, he didn't want anyone getting mad, like this Queen he kept hearing about. T'charrl and Takeshi both sounded a bit worried about her, Shu was the only one not seeming bothered by it. L'esta was a bit harder to read, at least in regards to T'charrl's mother; the way the Captain spoke to the other men and demanded they keep silent was plain as day. Watching the display a bit enviously he quickly stepped to when they were motioned inside, following everyone else. Though it was a side entrance Haku was still impressed when they passed through the doorway and found themselves in a spacious hallway, the floor of which was lined with a vibrantly colored rug and several tapestries and pictures decorated the walls. Some unusual looking lights hung from the ceiling and basked the whole hall in a warm glow, it was a pretty nice introduction to the palace. There were most certainly no shortage of suggestions, even if the majority of them were coming from Yumi. None of them sounded terrible or dangerous for Viral, but few if any sounded quite his speed. Sightseeing was never something he knew the Beastman for, nor was just going on a simple walk through the countryside. He could be wrong though, Viral might surprise him and pick something. Or he could become flustered and elect to do none of that. A bit perplexed by what was said Vegeta frowned, crossing his arms and shaking his head. "It's your decision only if you want it to be. We don't want you to feel confined, so we're giving you the freedom of picking what you do. Yumi and I are only coming along to keep you company, that's all," he explained, "And what do you mean supposed to be relaxing? I suppose before you were, yes, but not now. If you want the answer then I guess you're not supposed to be doing anything right now." That seemed obvious to Vegeta, but evidently it needed to be said. Shrugging his shoulders he looked over at Viral patiently, managing a small smile. "As I said, you decide what you wish to do. Don't let us dictate your schedule while we're here."
Getting all the way down to the palace without being spotted wasn't easy, but somehow they had managed. Making his men swear to keep their mouths closed until further notice sure helped, and using roads that only the Royal Guard had access to sure made skulking about easier on them. L'esta breathed a little easier when they had finally gotten the palace in their sights, but he wouldn't wholly relax until they were actually inside. There was a little bit of debate over how they should proceed from here on out; go to Renthal to have T'charrl checked up on, or directly to Her Majesty so she could see her son. Either way the Queen was bound to find out her son was back, that was an inevitability even the Captain couldn't prevent. "Where do you wish to go first, Prince? I would personally advise seeing the doctor first, just to be certain you're well. But, knowing your mother... It may be in your best interest to see her first as well," L'esta mused, smiling to T'charrl, "The decision is ultimately yours, we're simply your escort there." "Come on, I bet his mom is going to be happy to see him! It's been a while since we've been back," Takeshi said, nodding to himself with a smile, "Even she can't be mad about something with you coming home and all, right?" The lady might be scary but there was no doubt she cared for T'charrl, that much bad been made obvious before. Far as anyone knew here too the guy did have control of his powers, and so long as T'charrl didn't say otherwise they might not know any better. If he was asked... Well, hopefully what they had taught him was going to be enough. They would find out how the Queen would take things soon enough, and the General too for that matter. Smiling confidently Takeshi folded his hands behind his head, taking a glance back curiously when he heard Haku gasp. Confused for a brief moment he broke into an amused grin as the other boy was staring at the palace amazed, apparently not having seen anything like it before. "Pretty cool place huh? Then again this whole city is awesome. What other planet has an underground city this big, you know?" This certainly was a new experience, and an exciting one at that. Never before had Haku seen anything like this; thinking a massive city like this could exist underground would have been absurd up until now. The sheer surprise and majesty of it all had him over his tension pretty quick, and now he was too busy looking at everything around them to bother being uneasy. Not realizing he was being watched he twitched a little when spoken to, looking over at Takeshi and managing the faintest of smiles. "Uh... Yeah... It's neat." Neat was a bit of an understatement, the palace here made the King's back on Kortal look so plain and boring. Plus this one was just amazing to look at, and there wasn't that sense of foreboding or dread when you went near it that the Saiyan palace had. This was just a really awesome place all in all, and he couldn't wait to see inside of it. Seeing as there was still plenty of light outside Yumi and Viral had opted to go back out after a while, and enjoy themselves this time around. Maybe they wouldn't go hunting, but there had to be plenty of other things that they could do for fun. Just exploring, maybe some training, though the doctor had said no rigorous activity; going a bit further out beyond the forests could be fun, they could see what was beyond the cities they knew so far. Ultimately however it was going to fall to the Beastman to decide what they were doing, even if Yumi was more than ready to offer a few suggestions here and there. "Oh! We can always go into the city and look around too!" she said suddenly, smiling at the idea, "Or we can just go for a walk, see what's out there! I bet there's all sorts of cool places just waiting for us to find them!" "I've been to the city twice already, if it's all the same I'd rather not go again," Vegeta interjected, rubbing at his neck tiredly. This was proving to be quite difficult, not speaking to Viral of his problems or bringing up his injuries. Yumi had been very adamant about him leaving their friend's condition in the medical ward from now on, and any time they were outside of it that wasn't to be a topic. Reasonable enough, but for a person who was incessantly concerned for Viral's well being it wasn't easy to do. There was something to occupy him at the very least, and that was keeping an eye on Yumi. He'd learned of what had happened, how she had allegedly bitten Viral and then had no recollection of the event. A temporary lapse in memory coupled with a violent outburst, you didn't need to be a psychologist to figure out why that was bad. He would observe her for now and try coming up with some plan of action as they went, but right now he couldn't do anything for her. "Viral, what is it you want to do exactly?"
Given that the bloodied nose was due to stress the obvious solution then was to remove said stress. Lying down, taking his medicine, there was a number of things which could be done to help Viral relax; a normal person might benefit from those, it was difficult to say with the Beastman. At the very least the real serious injuries on his arm and leg had been dealt with, and bloody though his nose may be Viral would hardly bleed out from it. Applying some pressure with the cloth and waiting could just as easily make it clot up on its own, and they could clean up after the fact. "If that works for you then very well, you may do just that. It's not my place to tell you how to be comfortable after all." As soon as the bloody nose ceased the pair could leave once more far as the Doctor was concerned. Sure, it was painfully obvious there were underlying issues here, but his position and Vegeta's requests left him largely unable to help it. Preparing to dispose of the bloody rags the Doctor paused hearing what Viral had to say, frowning and looking at Yumi confused. "You bit him...? Why?" "I don't know! I don't even remember doing it!" Yumi said defensively, pouting as she folded her arms. "Are you sure you're not mistaken, Viral? Maybe the lizard bit you instead and you thought it was me?" Though she could see the marks earlier, and they were far too small for the size of the creature they had been attacked by. If it hadn't been her then it was some small predator, and she was hard pressed to see anything smaller than them trying to attack Viral. The truth was clear earlier but she had been very reluctant to accept it; facing it now left Yumi all sorts of anxious and guilty. Wringing her hands she looked down at the floor, shifting her weight before glancing back at Viral. "I'm really sorry if I did... I just can't remember it right now..." she explained, "I won't do it again though, I'm sure of it!" Takeshi was trying quite hard not to laugh at Shu, being far more entertained than annoyed at his brother's silliness. "I'm glad you enjoyed nothing so much buddy. Now we can enjoy nothing until we get to dinner!" he teased, reaching out and prodding the little guy's forehead. "No more sneaking fruit until then, okay? You're going to get all messy and sticky from the juices." If Shu ended up really filthy, which he no doubt would after today then they were going to have to wash up; Shu hated washing up, evident enough by his inability to stand or sit still while doing so. Takeshi was fair lenient when it came to his sibling's habits but marching around or sharing a bed while dirty was just out of the question. They didn't have time to be on the prowl for fruit anyways, not with T'charrl all set to get moving. So long as they could hold out just a wee bit longer for a meal they'd have what they wanted soon enough, hopefully. L'esta couldn't help but laugh when T'charrl stumbled to him, figuring the Prince would try to put up a strong front. It was easy enough to see the boy was weak after his change, and there was no shame in admitting this, maybe except for a hurt pride. Extending an arm for the young Kaesstrian to take the Captain nodded his head, a wide smile on his face. "Of course, Prince, I'd be happy to help you." It may be faster just to pick up and carry T'charrl, but the boy likely wanted to get moving of his own volition. Not one to deny the boy L'esta resolved to simply act as a support, keeping his arm out for T'charrl to grasp on to as they moved. "We'll take one of the side entrances to the city, one of the ones specifically for our use only, that way we can hopefully avoid most prying eyes. It's a bit further of a walk than the main gate, is that alright?"
The wounds were the quickest part of this visit, now they had to deal with the bloody nose and any other problems. The one thing the Doctor could think of immediately was a stress related bloody nose, just going alone by how Viral and Yumi had just tussled with a wild animal. The best thing to do in that case was to see the Beastman relaxed and try to keep him hydrated as well. What better way to relax than to lie back and take a load off? "I didn't mean the whole way back... Sorry for being unclear," the Doctor said, bowing his head uncomfortably, "Just... Do whatever makes you feel comfortable, Viral. I'll get you another glass of water to sip on and we'll wait for your nose to stop on its own accord." Either that or they could stuff his nose with cotton balls, or cauterize it shut, neither of which were going to be very plausible when even getting near the Beastman was unsettling. What the Doctor could do however was provide a little something to help clean Viral up, which he did in the form of a few wet cloths and a towel. "Here, go ahead and clean yourself off, then use the rag. I'll dispose of the shirt for you so you don't have to keep using it." That little sneaky devil... Shu had snuck off with fruit after all! It didn't much matter seeing as T'charrl had gotten his fill but Takeshi was still going to give his brother a hard time of it. Looming over the younger boy he smirked amused, placing his hands on his hips as he leaned over a bit. In his usual blissfully unaware way Shu was hardly phased, giggling as he scarfed down the last of his fruit without a care. Even if the older boy did try to chastise his brother he was sure the little guy would simply laugh it off and go about his business, just as he was now. "Guessing huh? You've got juice all over your face!" Takeshi said, shaking his head in amusement, "I don't know what you think you're hiding squirt, but it's not working." They had bigger things to focus on than some stolen fruit though, like going to see the Queen again. Confident as he was trying to come across as the Saiyan was particularly worried about getting smacked around; given his track record with women even the slightest wrong step would get him a good wallop. "I understand your point of view, and believe me, you're not alone on it. Until we can ensure that there's no longer any threat from the General's people however we have no choice but to patrol, even if we don't catch anyone. It's our hope that our continued presence is enough of a deterrent to keep them from doing any harm. Whether the common populace understands that or not isn't my duty, that falls to your mother and father to share." It wasn't as though anyone was even being aggressive during these patrols either; soldiers were armed, yes, but went about their day as normal. Even L'esta typically spent a patrol just walking around the city, chatting with the locals and enjoying himself, he just happened to be keeping an eye out for trouble as well. In reality he saw it as very similar to the city's own law enforcement, only they were aiding them as an outside force. "The majority of people from the city have had no problem with us, and those I've spoken with are grateful we're here, so I can't be led to believe we're harming anyone." Offering T'charrl a hand to move the Captain let the boy do it on his own as he wanted, but remained close at his side. Seeing him hunching over as he walked was hardly reassuring, and more than once L'esta made a move to help. "Are you certain you don't want aid...? After what you just went through it's not wrong to accept some help."
It wouldn't be easy withholding information, but if that's what Viral wanted then the Doctor would have to oblige him. Dealing with an angry Beastman was much easier than an angry Vegeta, and one way or another someone was going to end up mad over this. Resigning himself to do as he was told this time the Doctor carefully patched up the first two most obvious wounds, now able to focus on the bleeding nose. It could be nothing, he mused, or it could be serious, they would have to take a look. In order to do that however Viral had to be relaxed enough to let someone work on him. "Your medicine...? Yes, yes, I can get that for you," the Doctor agreed, nodding his head. Having gotten the pills already he went ahead and fetched a small glass of water, offering both the dosage and water over to Viral to take. Hopefully if he were to relax then the nose bleed would gradually stop, and they could focus more on any other injuries the Beastman might have. There were ideas to where it came from of course, but amongst the several instructions given to him the Doctor was not to handle any psychological or mental issues that Viral might have. To be fair he wasn't overly trained for those, the Saiyans never concerned themselves with it much. "I suppose lay back and just relax for a few moments, then I'll see about cleaning up your nose some?" There was no doubt going to be a bit of drama going back, seeing as T'charrl wasn't completely himself and he didn't have full control; Things were better than when they had left originally, so that had to be worth something. Takeshi certainly hoped so, he didn't want their trip back to include being chased around by a mad woman with a chair, or sword or who knows what. "Hey, no sweat T'charrl, I'm sure things will be fine!" the Saiyan laughed, trying to be optimistic in spite of his nervous grin. "She'll be happy to see you either way, so there's no reason to worry. Just be happy we're going back, yeah?" There was no doubt the Queen loved her son, even if she could be a bit scary in showing it. So long as they minded what they did and said hopefully no one was going to get a slap upside the head. "Besides, she loves Shu, right buddy?" he asked, glancing over and frowning noting that his brother had moved. Spotting him a little ways off hunched over Takeshi smiled exasperatedly, walking to him and placing his hands on his hips, "Why are you hiding over here, squirt?" he asked, leaning over and ruffling the other boy's hair, "Got some fruit?" "Though I'm no stranger to Eslaria's anger I don't think you have much to worry about, Prince T'charrl. She has been incredibly worried about you lately so I can't imagine anything more than elation at your coming home. She may be angry with my not bringing you there sooner, but I've dealt with worse." He was a seasoned warrior, led men into battle and had received and given all kinds of wounds over the years, but deep down he was still a little edgy of the Queen's wrath. There were famous incidents in which people had struck back against the Queen before, and it wasn't even wholly illegal to do so, but if you were dumb enough to try she could really do some damage. Being royalty wasn't just a title for them, each member of the family could fight. Chuckling at the thought the Captain rubbed his head, glancing at the Prince as he got back to his feet. "There's little going on, honestly. It's just such a sensitive time for our people what with rebuilding and all, so the Queen is extremely cautious about preventing any trouble. As it seems so far just our regular presence in and around the city has made most would-be troublemakers back down for the time being. At any rate do you need help walking, T'charrl?"
While the injuries might seem quite bad to an untrained eye the Doctor was not wholly concerned about Viral's well being, or rather he didn't think his life was in danger. Sure, there may be a little lightheadedness from the loss of blood but that could be easily fixed, and the injuries themselves would heal given the Beastman's healing abilities. That was what he had gathered from Vegeta's notes, and it would have to be the basis on how he'd work with Viral going forward. After patching up the injured shoulder easily enough they moved onto the leg, going through the same process to cover up the wound. "You want me to... Withhold information...?" the Doctor asked, sounding uneasy again. He was supposed to report anything and everything, even the most minor of cuts. Should he do as he was told however he'd be on the receiving end of Viral's anger, something he very much did not want to experience. Glancing uncertainly over at Yumi he frowned when she seemed to agree, sighing before nodding his head. "Very well, I'll keep everything here confidential. J-Just don't expect me to have to answer to Vegeta for this..." Just like that he had the leg wound covered as well, and with that they could move on to his nose. "First things first... I think we need to get you to relax. What can I do to help you relax, Viral? Anything you need, just name it." Takeshi was pretty much starry eyed over the promise of a big meal; fruit they picked from a tree out in the woods just wasn't doing it for him. Granted that was likely going to be the bulk of their meal later anyways, but at the very least he hoped to see a little meat. Smiling a bit uncertainly at Shu's question the older boy chuckled, rubbing at the back of his head and glancing away. "Uh... I sure hope they are buddy, I mean at this point they kind of have to be, you know? Not a whole lot we can do between now and then." It was true that T'charrl had yet to fully master his power yet, but they didn't have time to go over it all just now. He looked mostly his old self and he was in a pretty good mood, for the time being that was all they were going to be able to offer. "Things are going to work out just fine T'charrl, just you watch. Your mom and dad will be happy to see you and I'm sure everyone else will be too. All we gotta do is bring you home safe and sound and that's that." L'esta sincerely hoped that getting T'charrl home was as easy as Takeshi made it seem. Unlike the Upper City even now near everyone in the Lower City revered the royal family, even if some thought the Prince a bit odd. Seeing their Prince return from travels not just abroad, but to other worlds would no doubt spark interest, and his journey wasn't a secret. So long as they went the long way around and he made his men swear to keep their mouths shut everything ought to turn out just fine. "My being out isn't uncommon as of late, what with patrols and all. Let me worry about what the others will think, for now focus on regaining your strength. The sooner you feel up to it the sooner we can go see your mother and father."
