"We'll probably have to be all nice to them either way, you know? They won't just give us the Dragonballs for free," Takeshi mused, folding his arms and nodding confidently, "I bet we'll have to do a few favors, probably stuff they don't want to do themselves. But know what? Considering what we'll get for it I don't really mind doing a bit of work." Getting the Dragonballs meant getting Viral back to his health, and also it meant he would be able to fight with them again. Oh... And he'd just be better, he supposed that was a pretty okay turnout too. Whether or not Namekians were here who remembered Goku he couldn't say, namely because he wasn't even sure if any were alive or not. Considering how old Dende was, though he didn't know exactly the guy was pretty old, there was a fair chance someone here might know. "If they let us use them I doubt they're gonna be too bent out of shape over it. I mean... If they had something they wanted to wish for they wouldn't let us, right? So if they say okay then we're clear, simple as that." It would be another thing if they just blatantly came in and took the Dragonballs without asking, making their wish without so much as a second thought as to what it might do to the Namekians. Were they their father's men then sure, that would probably happen, but no way would their group be so nasty.

Vegeta didn't expect nor ask for Viral's forgiveness on this matter, he knew it was going to upset the Beastman whether he apologized or not. Realistically Viral sounded like he'd been skeptical of getting better anyways, so why get angry now that it might take a bit longer? Or perhaps it was just over having information kept from him, which wasn't wholly wrong; how many of their group would be willing to go off on this tangent when curing Viral was so close? Vegeta wanted to see his friend cured as well, but in order to do so they needed to secure the favor of Namekians, and what better way than to deal with a possible intruder? "I know you're anxious to continue Viral, we all are. As soon as we confirm there's no threat to the Namekians we'll go ahead and begin the search in earnest, I promise. Just hold on a little longer." He'd only need to wait a few moments at most, they were closing in no the smoke fairly quickly, and no doubt the crash site of the ship. Exchanging a glance with Ricken he gave a small nod, looking back at the group gathered in the bay. "We'll go in first and check what the situation is, if you all can just wait here we'll signal you as soon as we find something. If it's a threat it'll be just as easy to send a small team in to handle it, rather than having everyone trip over each other."

Once they were near enough where flight would be a simple matter of seconds Vegeta called for Sasha to stop, letting the shuttle hover just over a plateau not too far off from the crash site. Gesturing for Ricken to follow along he jumped out of the ship, landing on the damp grass below and looking out across the terrain at the smoldering wreckage. From here he could indeed confirm it was a ship, though from this distance it was a little difficult to discern just what kind of vessel it was. Well, only one way to find out and that was to investigate it in person. Slowly lifting off the ground he gave a small wave to everyone in the shuttle before flying off towards the wreckage, moving slowly so he could scan the area and keep an eye out for anyone, or anything that might be lurking around. The way there he saw nothing of real concern, just a few small creatures skittering to and fro, hardly anything to raise alarm about. Once they had reached the spot where the ship had come to rest he stopped in mid-air, looking down at it with a frown as he deliberated how to approach this. It could be a trap, if the person was down there, and he'd be foolish to wander in to it. Perhaps trying to address them first was the best course? "Hello? is anyone down there?" he shouted, frowning as he placed a hand on his hip, "Come out and show yourself, we're not your enemy." Yet anyways, it depended on who or what might be lurking below.
Jeez... He couldn't even tease Shu without feeling bad anymore could he? Takeshi didn't get what was so scary about being in the ship anyways, not until Shu said something about crashing. Was he talking about that time he'd fallen out of the air while flying? It had to be, it was a pretty nasty incident and no doubt the little guy still remembered it plain as day. Okay, so if he was worried about that happening again maybe it wasn't so unreasonable, but really they were safe as could be here. If the ship was going to go down, which it wasn't, they would have more than enough warning. With the exception of Viral every person present could fly, someone was bound to grab Shu and keep him from hitting the ground so he was totally safe there. "If bad people are here we'll just kick their ass, like we always do," Takeshi said, grinning as he cracked his knuckles, "The Namekians are friends of Goku's, you know? And anyone who messes with them is messing with us." Anyone stupid enough to try messing up helping out Viral too was going to get it tenfold, of that he was certain. Maybe the siblings weren't vested in the Beastman's well being, but he felt everyone here had come along to try and get their friend better, so anything that got in the way was going to be a problem.

"I know, you've always been really good at swimming Viral. Even now there's no way we could swim as well as you," Yumi agreed, smiling hopefully as they talked about one of his skills. Maybe if she could keep him on this line of thought he'd perk up some, perhaps even feel a little like his old self. That hope was dashed however when Vegeta and Ricken came out to join them in the compartment, both looking ready for action as they went to one of the open doors. Giving them curious glances she watched worriedly as Viral too got up and went to the door, standing promptly and frowning. "Viral... I'm sure there's a reason they're doing this," she cautioned, stepping closer as she tried to grab one of his arms. "Come on, let's let them do what they need to do, we're going to get the Dragonballs soon enough."

Vegeta had been focusing on the smoke and nearly missed Viral, turning his head to glance at the Beastman curiously. Was he really going to do this right now? Sure he wasn't crazy about this either but he had agreed to do it, going back on his word now, especially with the siblings present wasn't going to happen. Sighing softly he shook his head to Yumi, stepping away from the door and gesturing out towards the smoke. "I was asked by Sayomi to help look into this, so we're going to do that real quick. We've no idea where the Dragonballs are as of yet and who knows, this may help in our search somehow. Besides... If this is a potentially hostile individual we're heading towards they need to be dealt with, as the safety of Namek should be considered alongside our wish." No one was going to hand them the Dragonballs after all unless a favor was done, and what better favor than protecting their world? Sure, perhaps this person wasn't even going to be of that caliber, but it was better to be safe than sorry. Given that nothing came of this they may need to find another way of securing the Dragonballs too, but they could cross that bridge when they got to it. "Just trust me, things are going to work out, we're just taking a slight detour."
"Well... We want to land near whatever we're looking for though, right? That way we don't have to do a lot of walking," Yumi pointed out, glancing out of the ship before smiling, "Or... Swimming. A little more flying, that's all it should take." Besides if there was someone hurt they would want the ship nearby anyways, what with the few medical tools it had onboard; crashing from space onto a planet was bound to cause a couple cuts and bruises at the very least, and that would be the best case scenario. Yumi did rather hope whoever crashed was alive, as finding someone splattered about at the landing site wasn't going to be pretty. Hearing how upset the Beastman still was she took a shot in the dark at improving his mood, suggesting something that realistically he couldn't be doing. Viral raised a fair point, though she didn't like it, so she let the idea drop just like that with a sigh. "You're right, we should be careful, no reason to risk anything at this point," Yumi agreed, nodding her head before smiling at her friend, "But just think... We should be getting you on the fast track to recovering here in no time! Then you'll be able to do whatever you want without having to worry." Perhaps more importantly he would be able to do what he wanted without the need for someone to be constantly watching over him. Yumi would like to spend time with him of course, but she was sure he'd love getting that sense of autonomy back.

Takeshi didn't mean any harm by teasing Shu, in fact he was trying to help the little guy relax by doing so. If he goofed around and showed there was nothing to be afraid of, which there wasn't, then maybe his brother would calm down and enjoy the trip. Even the simple act of strumming his belt however was enough to make Shu gasp, which pretty much ruled out anything else more he might do. Going as far to verbally poke at the younger boy too he smiled apologetically as Shu fumbled to defend himself, just the way he was talking being a dead giveaway that he wasn't loving this. "Hey, it's okay if you're scared bud, seriously. Everyone's afraid of something, ya know? Just remember we're all here and nothing bad's gonna happen to you and you'll be fine." What might they find on Namek anyways? Takeshi hadn't given much thought to that, even with the fact they were here basically to investigate such a thing. There was a possibility that it could be a Saiyan ship that had crashed he supposed, but that seemed quite unlikely. Could it be a rebel then maybe? He'd figure Sayomi or someone would know if someone was missing though so probably not that either. Frowning he leaned back against the wall, crossing his arms as he furrowed his brow in thought, "Huh... Maybe it's just some random guy that crashed, you know? No reason to think that it could be something bad."

It was difficult to spot such a small target in a vast landscape; Sayomi's description of the vessel in question was hardly bigger than their shuttle, and Namek quite the vast world. To find the crash site of such a vessel would be tremendously difficult for their small group, of that Vegeta was certain. There was no way of knowing where the ship may have landed down, or if it even had for that matter. The air in the cab of the shuttle was one of dejection, as no one there was overly hopeful that they would find their mark anytime soon. No sooner had Vegeta begun contemplating splitting up to widen their perimeter did he spot something in the distance, and evidently he wasn't the only one who did.

"Black smoke... That's burning fuel..." Ricken said confidently, "That must be our ship. I don't imagine the Namekians are burning a lot of fuel on this planet." It didn't seem the type, it was much too clean for that. Besides if that were the case no doubt they'd have seen other smoke by now, as it was fairly easy to see long distances with such a flat world. Directing the ship to fly in the direction of the blaze he looked over at Sasha, nodding as he released his controls and let her take over primary command. Undoing his harness Ricken climbed out of his seat, grabbing his combat vest from a small locker behind the seat and sliding it on. "You and I will be the first two down there Vegeta, this is our concern. I suppose I'll need you to translate with one of your scouters though, and possibly provide support if we run into trouble."

"Right... Glad to know I'm a utility," Vegeta remarked, frowning as he grabbed his own combat vest. The threat of combat hardly worried him, in most part because he simply didn't think it possible. Even if the individual who had been inside the ship were hostile they likely sustained some kind of injury from the landing, meaning more like than not they were incapable of putting up a fight. If Ricken was so ready for combat however he'd allow the other boy to do as he pleased, on the condition whoever they were collecting wasn't killed. If Sayomi found out this individual was killed rather than brought back as requested she wouldn't be pleased; at the same time Vegeta had been quite clear himself, as anything that would inhibit their collecting the Dragonballs was not going to be given any leeway, he'd deal with it then and there. With both of them suited and ready to go Vegeta led the way back into the compartment of the ship, moving over to one of the openings and grabbing the handle as he hung out slightly, staring at the encroaching tower of smoke.
It had only been a few days travel to reach Namek, and finally catching glimpse of their goal was a sight to behold. The most immediate thing everyone probably noticed was how the whole planet looked green from above, just completely green. Yet as they climbed into the shuttle and came closer to the atmosphere greens gave way to blues, showing there was plenty of water on this world as well as plants. Once through the shaky entry through the atmosphere there was an even clearer image of the world that awaited them; seas of green-blue grass littered the landscape, tall spires of stone and deep valleys scarred an otherwise flawless landscape. Separating a lot of the landmasses were vast bodies of water, easily a lake and perhaps even a small sea. It was a beautiful if not alien world, and very simple in comparison to many of the others they had visited. Where they had come down there was a noticeable lack of civilization, meaning that they may have to travel some ways until they found a village to speak with someone. Though everyone had a common goal here in helping Viral, or the rebels in Ricken and Sasha's cases, the moods amongst the crew were quite different.

"You can get out as soon as we find a place to land, just hang tight until then," Vegeta replied, glancing back over his shoulder at Viral. It may even be quicker to fly for their search rather than use the shuttle, it would certainly be much less obvious they were coming. It didn't matter too much, he supposed, seeing as they were hardly coming here with any malicious intent. Any initial hostilities could be quickly settled, and with no doubt a favor or two for the Namekians they might get their wishes fulfilled. Leaning slightly out of the ship, the side door open as they drifted along, Vegeta scanned the landscape below for possible signs of life. He hadn't seen a village thus far, nor had they spotted the supposed crashed ship that was here either. One or the other were bound to turn up eventually, he just hoped they didn't have to scour the entire planet to find them. Sniffing in slight annoyance he shook his head, stepping back into the ship proper and going to the control room, putting his hands on the door as he leaned in and glanced at the siblings. "You two are absolutely certain this ship landed on Namek? We're not hunting a ghost are we?"

"Of course we're certain, we're going off of Sayomi's data and that's infallible," Ricken responded annoyed, "She plotted the trajectory and this is the only possible body it could have collided with. That being said it is possible I guess it blew up somewhere in space too. If that's the case then we are hunting a ghost." If this person were dead then it didn't matter much who they were allied with, being friends with one group or another wouldn't stop your demise. Truth be told Ricken was more curious about why the ship had crashed as opposed to who had been in it, as it was rare to see a ship like that even during war. The fact it may be here told him it was an emergency landing, but knowing that much hardly answered any of his questions.

It was nice, finally being in a position they could actually help Viral. Sure the Dragonballs were a ways off still, and sure they would likely have to do some work for them, but at least it was within their grasp. So long as the Beastman could make it to the end of the day he should be alright from hereon out. Yumi refused to even acknowledge the chance of something going wrong here, only thinking of how close they were to finally resolving the Beastman's problems once and for all. Looking at her friend with a smile she leaned a little closer to him, placing a hand on his paw and giving it a gentle patting. "We're almost there, just think of it that way. Maybe while they're gathering the Dragonballs you and I can take a look around? I'd like to see more of what Namek looks like, I don't know about you." Maybe they could give hunting another shot if Viral was up for it, there had to be all sorts of interesting animals on this planet. Watching as Vegeta went off into the cab to speak with the siblings Yumi let out a yawn, stifling it with her hand before leaning against the wall of the shuttle. Sitting inside this ship always made her sleepy, she wasn't sure why; the dull humming of the engines or the gentle shaking could do it. Once they finally set down and got moving about she could stretch some, wake herself up before they got down to business.

Takeshi was a bit impatient ridding along like this, if only because he wasn't really used to being a passenger. Normally when they took the shuttle he'd fly it, or at the very least be in the cockpit, but this time around he was just along for the ride. It didn't much help the situation either that they were trying to keep an eye out for Namekians or the crashed ship, as being busy meant people were pretty much not able to chat. Shu was not one such person however, yet surprisingly the little guy had been quite quiet up until just now. Glancing over at his sibling and seeing him gripping the seat belts he smiled amused, nodding as he leaned forward in his own seat. "Yeah, we're almost down. As soon as we find something we'll land," Takeshi explained, reaching over and strumming one of Shu's belt straps like a guitar string. He didn't have his own harness on, having taken it off well after the turbulence of entering the atmosphere had passed. Unfortunately for the little guy he was stuck where he was until they set down, though he supposed they could always just hop out of the ship and fly. Maybe not though, they hadn't brought scouters as far as he knew which meant everyone pretty much had to stay together this time around. "You're not scared, are ya buddy? You know you're safe in here."
Well this situation had become perfectly awkward, though Viral didn't appear to mind much. Yumi worried that somehow things might become worse here, whether Takeshi was his usual daft self and said something off color or if one of the others might do something mistakenly. For the time being however things looked alright, she'd just have to keep an extra careful eye on the Beastman with the boys and their friends around. Smiling sheepishly Yumi scratched at her nose, only offering a shrug in response to the idea of a smoothie. She didn't hate the offer but anything that detracted from her keeping watch over Viral could be a problem, and with him going back and forth as he was she wasn't sure if she could take her eye off him for a second. "I guess I'll have one, and... We can go and play with you boys for a bit, I suppose. Maybe Viral will want to join in, depending on what it is?" Yumi mused, smiling as she looked over at her friend, "What do you think? It might be fun, just goofing off for a bit, since we've got time to kill until we get to Namek anyways."

"Yeah, if you guys want to join us go ahead, whatever you want," Takeshi agreed, smiling awkwardly as he rubbed at his neck. Something was definitely wrong with Viral, more so than usual, but what was he supposed to do about it? He could say something but it'd probably be the wrong thing, Yumi would get mad at him and so would the Beastman too; knowing that guy it wouldn't take much to piss him off either. Best thing for him to do right now was probably get to work on the smoothies, the others could worry about trying to chat up Viral. After rummaging through the cabinets for a blender he grabbed an assortment of fruits from the walk-in refrigerator, as well as a carton of vanilla ice cream to mix in. That is what they used, right? Takeshi figured just mix the two together to make a smoothie, seemed straightforward enough. Peeling a pair of bananas and pulling the greens off of some strawberries he went ahead and dropped them in the blender, grabbing a serving spoon to put in a big scoop of ice cream as well. "This is pretty easy... And I pay some guy to make these things..." he mumbled, smiling as he placed the lid on and pressed the 'blend' button. A little unexpectedly the device shook some at having so much in it, rumbling slightly on the counter as Takeshi fitfully had to hold it still. Smiling sheepishly he glanced back at the others, shrugging before watching as the smoothie began to form.

A reasonable enough request, Vegeta figured, and something they would likely do without being asked. Should this individual prove to be someone they were allied with it was obvious they would try to help, any other course of action would just be foolish. Depending on the condition of said individual though, particularly whether they were alive or not, that would change how they went about this. "Regardless of what we find I'll try to inform you and the others as soon as we know one way or the other. Should they prove to be an ally of ours I can try to bring them to Uuonoe myself, if you wouldn't mind. We've the medical bay here to at least stabilize them for the trip, and as I recall Uuonoe has exceptional medicine practices. Might as well make the trip ourselves rather than send them to you, yes?" Otherwise it seemed like a lot of back and forth, and if this person were indeed in any kind of critical condition they may not be able to make the extra journey. Ah, he had nearly forgotten about searching for the research facilities, or rather he simply didn't have the time to do so; Viral's condition had been on a steady decline, devoting time or energy to anything else was nigh impossible as of late. Hearing that Sayomi had been doing so even in lieu of all of their own troubles was humbling, Vegeta would have to find a way to repay her for her efforts. "You as well Sayomi, and give our regards to the rest of the crew as well. I do hope there's no ill will between us, I would like to think Korian understands our situation," he said. On the topic of monsters Vegeta could only smile, slight shadows appearing beneath his eyes as he chuckled, "Don't worry... Anything that gets in our way at this point, especially those things, will be killed without hesitation."
Yumi didn't know what more she could do for Viral, finding herself becoming uneasy and stressed as he rambled. The only course of action she could ultimately decide on was to try giving him a hug, perhaps hold him and hope somehow the intimate contact would give Viral chance to relax; the effects weren't immediate, but after a brief spell it looked like the Beastman had managed to calm down. Smiling sadly she let out a soft sigh, closing her eyes as she gave Viral another hug before easing up her grip on him some. "I can't tell you that, no one can. You're Viral, that's all I can say, it's your choice to decide what that means." Even if he had said before he wanted someone to order him she couldn't do it, she refused to tell him what to do like she was somehow superior to him. If anyone was going to give Viral directions it would be Vegeta, or perhaps even Aito, though she knew at least the former wasn't a fan of it either. Hearing the doors to the kitchen swing open Yumi's ears perked up, looking over hastily and relaxing seeing it was the boys and their friends who had come in. Perhaps while not the best timing on their part it could do some good for Viral, having others around to give him support.

"Well just close your eyes like I tell ya squirt and you won't get soap in them!" Takeshi retorted, smirking as he rolled his eyes. Taking a bath wasn't rocket science, and he was a little hard pressed to believe Shu had never cleaned up before meeting him. He'd lived with some old people before coming to the city hadn't he? Surely they had him shower, even if only once. Hey... Who was that talking in the kitchen? It sounded like Yumi's voice but what was she so worried about? Walking over to the kitchen he slowly stepped into the room, blinking a bit confused seeing both Yumi and Viral hugging, certainly a different sight. Then he was addressed by Viral, or rather the whole group was, over... Coffee? "Uh... What?" Takeshi asked, frowning confused as he glanced around before spotting the pot on the counter. He wanted coffee? Well alright then, though he didn't really get why. Searching around in the cabinets above the roaster he managed to find a sizable mug, pouring some of the freshly brewed drink into it before offering it over to the Beastman. Boy, for somoene who just came out of a healing tank he sure did look like crap. Seemed out of it too, he wondered why that was. Maybe that's why he was asking for the coffee, to try and wake himself up some. "Uh... Heh... We're makings smoothies, do uh... Do you guys want some?" Takeshi asked uncertainly, looking more at Viral than Yumi.

"Right, it would be awfully presumptuous of us to appear on Namek and expect them to abide by our requests. Though to be fair I never did intend to simply go and ask them without compensation, this just wasn't quite what I expected," Vegeta explained, nodding as he placed a hand on his chin, "Do understand though that we are not generally the type to strike first and ask questions later, so we may try to get the story from the individual whose ship nearly hit you. It could very well be an innocent individual had a streak of bad luck, which obviously would not warrant our attacking them. You've my word that we'll handle the situation accordingly." But only this situation, after Namek was seen to it was back to their own agenda; the rebels had their own business to deal with, as did they, and thankfully Sayomi was perfectly understanding in this regard. "Ah... Yes, thank you for that by the way. Sadly I've not been able to put much focus on that. Even in your situation you've far more resources to use, I'm ashamed to say. I really appreciate your aid here Sayomi, I'm in your debt."
"Viral, only the Saiyans and the RRA want to control you, no one else. None of us do, Aito doesn't, the rebels don't. There's some bad people sure but not everyone is like that. Hell, we're trying to do the exact opposite!" No no no, why was he thinking this way again? No one here was trying to do anything like that to him, so why was he saying these things? She couldn't figure out, and that was making her feel both helpless and afraid, afraid for her friend's well being. Trying anything to bring Viral back down Yumi reached out and grabbed hold of his arm, hoping perhaps something as simple as contact would be enough. Gripping his arm gently she glanced up at him, frowning sadly when he continued to go on, almost becoming hysterical as his voice rose up in volume. Having enough she shook her head disdainfully, stepping in and pulling Viral into a hug, taking his head down and laying against her shoulder as she let out a shaky sigh. "You're NOT a weapon, or a demon. People don't love those, people don't care about those. You're a person, you're our friend, you're our mentor. And you are definitely not inferior, you never have been! You have your own strengths just like everyone else, that's all. You're different, but that doesn't mean you're any worse!"

"I don't know if smoothie time is the best time, but it sure is up there!" Takeshi said, laughing as he put his hands into his pockets, "And hey, bath time is fun! And it's important, otherwise we'd be all smelly and gross all the time, you know? Staying nice and clean is important buddy." Particularly when you could be a bit of a germaphobe like he was, or anything that was a little creepy crawly really. Washing daily, sometimes twice a day, was the only way to ensure they were bug free. It was nice not to be sweaty too of course, but if he said the real reason then T'charrl would end up all bummed out. Ooooh, and here was the mess hall again, smoothies were only moments away now! Smiling eagerly Takeshi rubbed his hands together, throwing open the doors and marching in with a purpose as he began going back towards the kitchen. He thought he had heard something for a moment but dismissed it; not seconds after he heard a voice again, this time it was most definitely Yumi. Judging by the tone she sounded pretty upset, but over what? Slowing down in his steps Takeshi frowned, glancing back over his shoulder at the others uncertainly before looking at the door to the kitchen. Should they go in and see what was going on? It might be a little intrusive but what if Yumi needed help? Biting his lip uncertainly he went ahead and put a hand on the door, shaking his head before pushing it open and stepping into the kitchen to see Yumi and Viral standing there... Hugging? "Uh... Hi?"

Highly unusual that a ship would crash on Namek, if only because it seemed too coincidental. They were looking for Namek, another ship ladns on Namek, again Vegeta found himself drawing doubts. Whether this ship was a threat or not he was going to go either way, he had to confirm there was no reason for alarm to settle his own mind. "Of course, I understand. Eliminate any potential threats to the Namekians, easy enough. Though we're going to obtain the Dragonballs the well being of the locals is our priority." He never intended to inconvenience or be rude to any of the Namekians while there; if they were denied access to the Dragonballs then they would leave, begrudgingly but they would. The task in of itself was simple enough given that was their destination anyways, and should they encounter any of those creatures it shouldn't be overly difficult to dispatch of them. "We'll see to it that no harm befalls Namek or its people while we're there, of that you have my word. Do understand that while we're agreeing to see this through however we are not by any means aiding your struggle again, not just yet. Once we've ensured Namek's safety our only objectives are to see to our own, I'm sure you can sympathize with that. Once we're back to full strength however I'm sure we'll work together again."
Asha seemed like easy game, in a matter of moments Katsu was confident she'd be eating out of his hand. Or she might be, had he not been struck by Siku and promptly shut down by her in one fell swoop. Rubbing at his head with a wince the thief glanced over at Siku, smiling tightly as he gave a nod and chuckled uncertainly. "Of course I'm hungry, especially since you're buying," he replied, "I wouldn't dream of passing up your hospitality." Heh, with this other girl here no way would Siku outwardly treat him like she normally would, especially not if he behaved well. No reason to make herself look bad, right?

"Inspection? You're full of yourself Hiresh, like I said it's just a toy," Katsu argued, sticking to his guns as he pocketed the badge defensively. Much to his delight even Siku agreed with him, albeit her argument was more of Hiresh trying to act with authority when he wasn't in uniform. Served the jerk right, trying to make him look bad in front of this new girl. Hopefully that brief altercation didn't shed any light on his true identity, if he was going to manipulate her into being a sort of buffer between him and Siku she had to have a good opinion of him as possible.

So where were they off to eat anyways? Republic City had hundreds upon hundreds of places to dine, both high and low class alike. Given how snooty and stuck up Siku was he was confident it would be high class, probably real frou-frou with tiny portions and ridiculous prices. The food there was good, Katsu had been taken once or twice by clientele, including some older lady who really, REALLY liked him for some reason, but he'd never come to a place like it under normal circumstances. Sure enough Siku had brought them to some classy place, whose name he hadn't even bothered to check before going in; this would be a once in a lifetime visit then he'd never come back, why commit the name to memory?

Waiting for the lady to find their non-existent reservation was a hassle, though to Katsu's amusement they were given a table to accommodate their group regardless. Huh, how nice that Siku could get what she wanted at a drop of a hat, then so could he, albeit his name carried a different kind of weight with it. Glancing around as they were escorted to their spot he smiled smugly at some of the glances he got, obviously not dressed to be in a place like this. Eh, who cares? So someone who didn't fit the part was getting in on their exclusive little place here, why should they care? Watching as Siku and Hiresh took one side of the table he glanced to the two remaining chairs, grinning internally as he gestured for Asha to take the seat first. "After you my lady," he said sweetly, even going as far as pushing her seat in once she was sat. Lay it on thick, in no time at all he'd have her eating out of the palm of his hand.

Charming Asha might have been a simple enough task if it were just them, but during the entirety of their sitting down Katsu could feel Hiresh glaring at him. More than once he would return the glare, and more often than not all he offered was a smirk in reply; out and about like this in public there was little an off-duty officer could do to him, and knowing Hiresh he wasn't about to cause a ruckus to apprehend him. Anyways the officer wasn't his focus here, but rather the young girl sitting by his side. He almost felt bad taking advantage of her like this, almost, and yet he reveled in watching as she became quite clearly agitated by his presence. Heh, this was going to be far too easy.

"Hm? Oh, my name is Katsu, Katsu Takumi. It's a pleasure to meet you my maiden," Katsu replied, smiling as he placed a hand on his chest and bowed his head slightly, "I don't believe I got your name either. Would you be so kind as to share it?" Waiting for a response he frowned slightly when Asha's attention went instead to Siku, sitting back in his seat and grabbing up his menu. That's right, what should he even be ordering? Since it wasn't on his bill he supposed he could get whatever he wanted, goodness knows Siku was loaded. Scanning over the contents for a moment he picked out a few things that sounded good, ultimately deciding on one before dropping the menu across from himself on Hiresh's plate. "I know what I'm getting! This place sounds really good, thanks for taking us here," Katsu added, smiling over at Siku, "You're a great friend, bringing us along and all."
Brewing coffee was a pretty menial task, Yumi hardly had to mind the stand while it was going on. She should be addressing Viral's coming in and out of what she could only call hysteria, but how? It was obviously something that needed to be spoken about and yet she hadn't a clue how to go about doing so; if she did something wrong it could make it worse, and she really didn't want to do that. Sighing silently under her breath she turned around and smiled at her friend only to give him a confused look when he went to the sink, watching as he examined his reflection. "Who wanted a war machine? Aito?" Yumi asked confused, frowning as she leaned against the counter, placing her hands on the edge. "He never wanted a war machine, not the Aito I knew. Maybe the RRA tried making you into that but you're not that, not by a long shot. And what are you talking about? What did who want?" He really wasn't making any sense right now, Viral was being far too vague and all over the place. Smiling sympathetically Yumi reached out and put a hand on Viral's arm, giving it a small pat before moving a little closer. "Hey... Is there anything you want to tell me about? If it's not easy then don't worry, but I'm always willing to listen. What's on your mind, do you know?"

"Heh, if you want one that's really sweet then sure, go ahead! You can have whatever you want squirt!" Takeshi replied, grinning as he shrugged his shoulders, "Same for you two, I'll make whatever you guys want. We can use some of the fruit from Kaesstra too I guess, wonder how that will taste?" Would mixing foods from two different worlds work, he wondered, or would it end up tasting terrible? Only one way to find out he supposed and that was by trying it. Upon finally reaching the medical bay he made no qualms about more or less dropping their boxes by the door, creating a stack just off to the side so that someone else, probably Vegeta, could handle dealing with putting it away. "Alright, now that that's done, smoothie time!" Takeshi announced with a smile, promptly slipping back out of the medical bay after hardly a moment of being inside. So what kind of smoothie should he make for himself then, hm? Maybe a banana and strawberry one, or perhaps one with mango and banana and peaches... Did they even bring peaches? Hopefully they had enough fruit for all of them, with how often the stuff was eaten Takeshi wouldn't be overly shocked if they were nearing the end of their supply at this point. Sure they had brought almost a month's worth of provisions, but at the rate they ate it might last half that long at best.

Vegeta wasn't going to apologize again, not after having done so twice already, but he wouldn't argue any further either. He even let the comment about a 'parahuman' slide though it agitated him a bit. Personal annoyances aside they were getting underway with what he needed, and really that was what mattered here. Going through the process of putting in the commands he smiled gratefully seeing the data beginning to come in, taking a step back and inquiring about the attacks on the rebels and Saiyans. From what little he could see of their ship the situation did not appear to be dire, though Sayomi had hinted at a fair number of wounded and potentially worse. "So you're saying someone else could be on Namek then...?" Vegeta asked, unable to hide the disappointment in his tone. Depending on who, or what had landed it could have catastrophic results, they needed to get there as soon as they could to ensure things were safe. Even in their situation he was a little surprised the rebels hadn't sent anyone after it, but that was the past and bickering over it now would solve nothing. Frowning at the revelation Vegeta gave a small nod, rubbing at his forehead as he glanced at the data again, "Of course, we'll see to that. If it's one of those beasts we'll kill it, if it's someone else we'll see if we can capture them and figure out what's going on. For someone to just haphazardly land on that planet... Call me cynical, but I can't help but worry there's more to it than it being an accident."
Yumi really didn't know what was happening here, and the fact Viral seemed to be going back and forth terrified her. Things were supposed to be getting better, so why was he incoherent like this? Was it a side effect of the treatment? "Okay, okay no food, sorry. We'll get you that coffee and that's that." It was still an odd request, asking for coffee, but at this point she didn't want to argue with him. Finally reaching the kitchens she kept hold of Viral's paw, pulling him along as they cut through the mess hall and went right into the cooking space. Coffee... Coffee... Where did they keep coffee? In a cabinet probably, which was all fine if there weren't near a dozen and a half of them. Frowning in disdain Yumi released Viral's hand, closing her eyes as she began to walk around and sniff at the air. Coffee beans had a distinct scent, and she would be able to pick it up even without her enhanced senses; sure enough she managed to pinpoint the exact cabinet they needed. Pulling it open she snatched out the container of grounds, smiling triumphantly as she brought it over to the counter with the brewing stand. Popping open the lid she slipped in a filter, filling it with grounds and then finally adding water before sealing it shut, getting it to start brewing.

Being borderline aghast that Haku had no idea what a smoothie was of course Takeshi had to explain, otherwise it was pretty much an injustice not knowing. Perhaps he got a touch overzealous in his explanations, but that should answer the other boy's questions about it; glancing at Haku's expression it was obvious it hadn't helped at all. Letting out a soft sigh he smiled, shaking his head before chuckling, "It's fruit and ice cream mixed together, that's it. You'll like it." Everyone who ever tried them enjoyed them, even people like him who otherwise weren't all that crazy about fruit. It wasn't always easy to make one sadly, and if it were he'd probably be mainlining the entire industry by himself. T'charrl could back him up here, the guy tried one when they were on Earth and loved it. "See? They're awesome! We'll make you one and you'll love it, I bet. And even if you don't... Nah, you'll love it!" They were close enough to the mess hall now that he could almost taste the smoothie, but sadly they weren't going there just yet; the med bay was a ways past the mess hall, and only after they dropped off their equipment could they go ahead and grab some food. Bah, stupid favors, keeping them from enjoying their food.

"Tch... Very mature, typical Saiyan..." Ricken grumbled, frowning as he crossed his arms on his chest, "She's busy, or did you not consider that? A little selfish, don't you think?" Sniffing indignantly he winced when smacked in the back of the head, cringing slightly before glancing over at Sasha annoyed. He wasn't wrong, Vegeta was being wholly unreasonable, he should know the universe didn't revolve around him and his needs.

Vegeta was rather embarrassed by his sudden outburst, though considering the stress he'd been under as of late it could have been far worse. He did indeed feel like a spoiled child for doing that, unable to look at Sayomi for a moment as he looked away, his face burning with embarrassment. Shooting Ricken a quick glare he finally looked back at the screen, nodding his head before letting out a sigh and running a hand through his hair. "Yes... Yes I'm ready, again sorry for that. And I understand, encrypting the signal so the data cannot be intercepted and used, I know the process. I'll get right on that." Using the holographic display beneath the screen he went ahead and brought up a command console, waiting for Sayomi to begin before following her lead in turn, putting in every command needed to begin the uplink. Once it was done an empty file appeared on the display, the information pertaining to Namek gradually beginning to trickle in. Unable to hide a smile at the sight he rubbed his hands together, looking back up at Sayomi again. "Thank you very much, I sincerely mean it. And also... Apologies for the attacks. Sasha and Ricken shared a little information on what had transpired, and my condolences go out to those injured. I know we're currently not in a position to offer any aid, but as soon as we're able, should you need anything, don't hesitate to ask." Most of their group couldn't offer much more than brute strength, but T'charrl could heal and he could help with repairs and treating the wounded alike.
