Ok, so I think we could go around and just say what our characters are doing. and then decide on plot ideas once we have established what everyone is doing 'right now'.

Anyway my characters:

Miff is at the farmers market with Cinia, and is currently talking to Alice.

Farad is still at the Tavern, waiting for his partner in action roleplayer midcube to reply to his p.m ... -___-

Clark is still at the hotel with Thass.

BobbySlik is at the edge of the destruction of the first big fight where Miff and Cinia and a bunch of others had to deal with Lucien and aliens.
Miff smiled at Cinia's teasing and then watched as Alice a newcomer that he didn't know much about approached their fruit stall and proceeded to buy some fruit. Then he further listened to Alice be all happy that she was a hero and Cinia shut her down, to be quiet about it. He decided to spill the beans about them. Pitching his voice low, "I'm miff and this is Cinia, we are both heros. We do want to keep it on the down low for now, just because we don't want to reveal our identities and locations to everyone."

It does sound interesting. So how would monsters have survived the miasma?
@GarethCould our characters have met before?

Sure, I like the idea. :)
I guess. He has the Dark Warlock on his side, though, so they'll have to be in on it.

yeah your right and I can't wait to get this story rolling. And are we still missing roles like hunter and spy?
@TheUnknowable also I looked up that mehrunes guy looks scarier then rancor so I go with mehrunes. :P

Should our past lives lore, be somewhat thought of together, like the fight with Xalafoor could be written together by the four companions who fought him.
Trying to find a role for Kassy in the early early past that wouldn't make her like... evil-sounding. Or maybe I'm thinking incorrectly. I mean, mother goddess worship would have been still quite active in the Bronze Age, right?

^ I tried wikipedia, and I got this info.

Several small, voluptuous figures have been found during archaeological excavations of the Upper Paleolithic, the Venus of Willendorf, perhaps, being the most famous.[1] This sculpture is estimated to have been carved 24,000–22,000 BCE. Some archaeologists believe they were intended to represent goddesses, while others believe that they could have served some other purpose. These figurines predate, by many thousands of years, the available records of the goddesses listed below as examples of mother goddesses, so although they seem to conform to the same generic type, it is not clear whether they, indeed, were representations of a goddess or whether, if they are, there was any continuity of religion that connects them with Middle Eastern and Classical deities.

^ So there does seem to be the possibility of mother goddess figurines existing a very long time ago, much longer ago then the 3000 years Unknowable mentioned for bronze age.

So with that I'm sure you could go with the idea that Mother Goddess worship did exist in the bronze age.

With my Character when I heard about the Bronze age, I wanted my character to be a mercenary, because that way he could use his warrior skills and it was the first idea that came to my mind.

I also used wiki for it.

A general systems collapse has been put forward as an explanation for the reversals in culture that occurred between the Urnfield culture of the 12–13th centuries BC and the rise of the Celtic Hallstatt culture in the 9th and 10th centuries BC.

The growing complexity and specialization of the Late Bronze Age political, economic, and social organization in Carol Thomas and Craig Conant's phrase[32] is a weakness that could explain such a widespread collapse that was able to render the Bronze Age civilizations incapable of recovery. The critical flaws of the Late Bronze Age are its centralization, specialization, complexity and top-heavy political structure. These flaws then revealed themselves through socio-political factors (revolt of peasantry and defection of mercenaries), fragility of all kingdoms (Mycenaean, Hittite, Ugaritic and Egyptian), demographic crises (overpopulation), and wars between states. Other factors that could have placed increasing pressure on the fragile kingdoms include piratical disturbances of maritime trade by the Sea Peoples, drought, crop failures, famine, Dorian migration or invasion.

^ that underlined part tells me that, mercenaries did exist in the bronze age. The rest I can study more later, if I need to. :P
I'd like to be your third person. :)

I have wrapped Abyss, so I understand the world in the game and I am guessing it's going to be fairly similar to the roleplay's world?
Ok, I have a suggestion that we have a recap of what's going on right now.

Because there is so many names and so many little groups that it is hard to keep track of, without having to keep a notepad.

Plus if we do a recap every so often its easier to keep everyone in the know about the story and it'll help us decide what to do next in the story.

Anybody like the recap idea?
Appearance:

Name:Sal Heath

Age:27

Role:Warrior

Skills:Weapon sharpening, Camp fire Cooking, Strategising Military Tactics and Maneuvers, Haggling, mapping out and understanding the layout of many different kinds of locations, extremely high endurance and speed from in part his years as a soldier and fighting in general and the other part from being a 'natural athlete' and he is exceptionally skilled with a variety of one handed weapons and shields.

Magic/supernatural abilities:Constant Vigilance: When something is behind him the hair's on the back of his neck stand up instantaneously and warn him which prevents him from being hurt by a sneak attack.

Metal Enhancement:While wielding his weapons, or shields or when wearing armor, he can at will improve the metal to make it more durable, or have a sharper blade or point, or even make it lighter without losing any durability. He can use this for a long period of time, but he will eventually tire out.

Mountain Stance: With both feet flat on the ground it doesn't matter if he was running a split second before-he can tense all his muscles up to either attack with a weapon with great force behind the strike, or if he manages to get his shield between him and an incoming attack he will block it and remain standing. He will eventually tire out from this.

Equipment: a big leather bag with a strap he keeps on his shoulder, a bunch of whetstones, some flasks of water, a heavy cloak and a light cloak, dry food like dried meat and berries and some canned goods, flint and small block of steel, a full suit of steel armor he wears most of the time, a large circular steel shield, a longsword, flail, short sword, a few daggers, a war hammer, and few gold coins along with a bunch of silver.

Personality:He is a casual kind of person. He will be friendly to strangers and even chat them up if he is in the mood. If someone wants him to do something he would want the why of it, especially when he trusts the person, because if him and the other trust each other, then there should be no reason for him not to know why he's being asked for something. Another thing to note about him is that he holds a grudge if he feels he has been betrayed one way or another.

Biography:He grew up in a castle town. he lived the average life of a lower class 'child.' He got to play with the other kids of other family's, living around his house where they would pretend to be great knights or prince charming saving a princess from being locked up in some lonely tower. But he wanted more then to pretend. He wanted to actually live that sort of life, rescuing or protecting people. So that day he went home and told his parents, who forbid him from going to the castle and enlisting as a beginning fighter because he was a child.

He didn't accept their decision and went to the castle to enlist anyway. Initially the guards at the front gate turned him down, but after a few minutes of arguing an elderly guard walked up to the gate to see what the commotion was about, he said that the kid could enlist and just remain in the castle for his safety until he reached adult hood.

Which is what happened, he trained there in the grounds, for years, learning various weapons, doing tons of training exercises, mingling with the other soldiers and occasionally being invited to the royal banquets held in the Castle Hall.

When he became an adult, he got to go with the other soldiers, and fight off bandits, go on trips to rally the people as part of the King's personal entourage on which the king gave speeches of how he was helping the common folk, a very honoured position and one he was suitably humbled to be a part of. There was other things of course and years passed.

He worked his way up to Captain of the Castle Guard. About a year after that there was an invasion by a neighbouring Kingdom. Sal thought it would be no problem to defend the Castle. He was wrong. He had made sure there were walls around the castle wall itself and trenches behind said walls to hide defensive forces to prevent any of the vermin from even reaching the castle gates. But they had dug tunnels beneath the walls and the trenches and Zal was stunned. He quickly overcame that feeling of shock and sent his second line of defence through the gates to meet up with the enemy pulling themselves out of the tunnel right next to said castle gate. The second line held their own until the first line of defence, foolishly turned their backs to help the second line. The enemy even from a distance saw this and took advantage swarming the castle. Sal realized his mistake by taking his eyes away from the first line and took to the battlefield. There were just too many of the men and the guards were quickly overwhelmed.

Sal knew no one was going to survive, so out of shame and luck he managed to fight his way out of the castle and left the kingdom. He hoped to one day, take the castle back, and so he has been looking for powerful people, and one day he had some kind of feeling which pulled him towards a cavern. That is where he is today.
