I think I'll drop out.

I have a few too many RPs to keep tabs on already, and I'm not very good at super-detailed stuff.

I'll probably read posts from the sidelines, but other than that, sorry for getting your hopes up. ^^;

Yeah, I can understand that kind of thought process. Personally though, I consider myself to be a very shoddy writer, so looking at past creations years or even months later would make me cringe like a motherfucker.

While we're seemingly on the topic of character profiles and stuff, I tend to just keep them in a .txt file on my desktop rather than in a separate thread. Most of them are one-offs designed specifically for their respective RPs, so.

I suppose I could do something like that, though. It works differently in his native game, but I can work around that.

Although, I might elect to either pick a different character or drop out of the RP entirely.

In which case, I'll let you know so you can scratch off my reservation.

Fire Emblem - Dimensions (Open Beta for FE Tabletop) [Always Accepting]

Alright, so I'm working on a new character right now but I'm not sure what time period she should be from/what it should be listed as.

It's already decided that she's from Chon'sin, but I don't want her to be from some point in the events of Awakening. This is because she's basically a war hero/legendary figure(well, maybe not as legendary as, say, Athos from Fire Emblem Blazing Sword, but she's very well known).

I guess what I'm trying to say is I don't know what I should list her time period of origin as. "Chon'sin Folk Legends/Stories" kinda doesn't sit right with me.

So, uh. I have a bit of an issue that I just realized.

Flynn (like most Shin Megami Tensei protagonists) relies on demons (the series' equivalent of recruitable monsters) for a lot of heavy duty stuff, to the point where, in Flynn's case, he relies on demons to teach him new skills.

Not to say he can't do work on his own, but again, he relies on demons to nab him the skills he needs to be good. Otherwise he just has a basic attack command.

So, my question is, would it be too much for you to put some demons from the series as 'random encounters' for Flynn to recruit? Or am I allowed to tweak him so that he's up to standards with everyone else here?

I zoned out during some of it, but I think I got the basic gist of what it's trying to say. I'll try incorporating some of the suggestions here into future RP posts.

Tekkan groaned in increasing discomfort as Aya did her typical Kaiju shenanigans. Tribute his Gauntlet Launcher for Jizukiru, Summon a Jizukiru to her own field, and kill the Jizukiru she summoned to Tekkan's field by changing its position with Kaiju Capture Mission and attacking with her own.

When she declared that her turn was over, Tekkan drew his card and let out another irritated groan. Igknight Champion, huh? It was borderline useless in his hand, since he only had 1 of that and Lancer in his deck to use with Viscount.

"Urggh...I surrender." The white-haired youth's duel disk powered down, the solid vision dissipating along with it. "Take your stupid giant monsters somewhere else."

Tekkan then turned towards the two blue-haired duelists which seemed to have been watching Aya and himself duke it out. He grimaced at Yuryuu in particular, who he assumed spectated just so he could see the white-haired youth get defeated again. "F-Forget you two saw that, okay?" He said, flustered and sputtering out his words. "I'm getting out of here to find Leader!"

Tekkan quickly ran outside the hallways and started his search for Fyodor, hoping he wouldn't be disappointed in him further.
