Those gifted with magical talents have been hunted down in one fantasy world, for several decades, during that time, a Healing user was taken to another world to hide. Twenty years later and the fantasy world is reaching rock bottom. With multiple wars, famine, poverty and drought abundant, it's time those who can change the world, step out of hiding. Evil has been ruling for far too long. Those with magic have been either killed or gone into hiding, in whatever world they feel safest in. Our story begins with a Spirit and Healing user paths, soon to be followed by someone with Elemental and someone with Mind magic. A plan has been made to use the four magicians to restore magic to the fantasy world, to give people a proper fighting chance. With magic being so rare, it's necessary to keep talents safe and ensure the blood is used for good, even if it means losing a little bit more.
Our magic users:
Elemental - Controls wind, fire, water, and earth as aforementioned
Mind - Able to read minds and move things with their mind
Spirit - Can see up and down the past/present/future as well as able to use light enchantments to trick people
Healing - Basic ability to heal injuries, use organic alchemy potions to help or hinder someone and able to transfer lifeforce from one person to another in dire situations
I will be playing a female Healer and a male Mind user.
You'll be playing a male Spirit and a female Elemental user.
In terms of age, I was thinking mid twenties to late twenties. I was assuming we'd use pictures, be them anime or real. I'm sort of a visual person, but it's best to be on the same page in terms of that sort of thing, even if it's just a quick reference. I can get a CS sheet for both up this weekend, we can probably start when things settle down for you.

Mimamoru has been with the current Tokyo gang the longest. She is more or less acting leader, save for their actual missions since they come through the Cnnt App. Then we have Soshi who is a bit younger but has earned his stripes regardless. Then we have Sarah who is the same age yet has been with the group for a short while (I was going to make her new right off the bat but to avoid the awkward meet-n-greet stage, she's been here for a "while" so it's up to her writer to dictate that time). Then there's Michiko, Irie, Matsushita who round out the group who has been trained by Mimamoru during their beginning years. The group is decent in combat together, but since some of them change weapons or even alias, from promotions or upgrades when they've logged in enough credit with the Gvn, sometimes perfecting harmony can be a challenge.
It's currently the year 2021, it's January the 9'th and most holiday celebrations have ended, even so, the Correctors have been called away several times over the past three weeks, despite the supposed promised downtime for them. Normally things can be put off until after the holidays but this year, things seem to be picking up speed in terms of hackers and thieves. Depending on where your character lives and possibly may go to school (if they're still in it?) you should take your intro into consideration and give a general sum of things over the past say, two months. You don't need to go into massive prose about family and history. Have fun with the winter season, my intro will outline a new threat that is the cause of so much unrest in the DgtWld.
Should you wish to collab with someone based on their character or if they're somehow roomies or whatever, feel free.
Any questions should be asked in the OOC so everyone stays on the same page. And of course, should there be a delay in a post, tell us so we know we're waiting or so I give the "okay" for you to be skipped this round. Generally I'm fine with waiting for posts but if I have to wait in the IC, try to make an effort in the OOC. Some people are busy in the summer, some aren't. Everyone is different but that doesn't mean communication should down. As we progress through the first Chapter which is mostly a means to wet our feet in the world, I will be making possible banners for collections for the RP. There is no order but I think RF is still sort of MIA so...I'll try and work around that.

And "Amy's Choice" and "Doctor's Wife" would be fun as well, I agree. Personally, I found the Silence plot a bit lacking so we can do away with that whole mess, I mean we're already bringing Rose into the mix, not too far of a stretch to say Eleven's new fate changes.

I did snorkel twice, the first time I came in wrong and got slammed into fucking coral and cut my legs pretty bad. The second time was much better. We saw giant see turtles, whales, dolphins, fishes. And we saw a few peacocks running too. I'm just happy to be where there's AC. XD

Greetings! I've only just stumbled upon the site while searching around the internet, and I'd be interested in a Game of Thrones setup, particularly the Theon or Robb situations as they're probably the only characters I'd feel comfortable writing as. The only thing of particular importance I can think up off the top of my head (for Theon at least) would be just how long after his arrival at Winterfell it'd take place, or, if the Daenerys plot, whether or not the War of Five Kings had already started up, and just how they'd meet each other.
Forgive me, as I'm not very good at the whole introducing myself on new sites bit. I've been roleplaying for some three-ish years and basic conversation just eludes me. I'm more than capable of multi-paragraph posting and collaborating in terms of plot development and that kind of stuff along with doubling if other characters were needed to move the narrative forward or we just needed a new dynamic. Something tells me I'm not presenting myself very well at present. I'm better at talking about ideas than I am at expressing interest in the ideas, I swear.
As of late, I should probably edit, I can't say I'm too eager to deal with Dany due to the latest season. I don't really approve of the "development" she is making, so if we did pair her with either male, we would need to do a great deal of tweaking and back-peddling since we'd have to start in season one, at the latest probably two. It would also depend on the premise as to how much tweaking you're willing to do. Some people are more sticklers for certain canon situations, while others are happy to move people and change events/reactions.
I'd say I'd be more keen to play Sansa or Arya against your Theon, maybe Cersei...if that interested you.
Oh no, you're not presenting yourself poorly at all, don't worry. There wasn't anything about your post that could make question your merit. I tend to let writing speak for itself, we all have off days, but as long as we're happy and making nice juicy posts most of the time, I am a happy sponge. Being able to give me several paragraphs is the best way to get into my heart, I must say. You can generally tell when a writer is happy when you look at what they're producing. So whatever we end up deciding, as long as we're both feeling good and communicating, there shouldn't be anything to worry about.
