It didn't surprise Hermione much to find Lupin in the library. Her guess had been a good one, though she would enjoy spending time in there as well, so she didn't blame him for seeking refuge in the pages, be them fiction or fact. "To be honest, it was quite relaxing to do something different for a change, like potion making." Hermione said. "Did you want some tea?" She asked him, having not been sure if she should have made him a cup or not. "Oh here." She then handed him two small thin vials of the finished product. "You can take half before bed and after four days, you should begin to develop a better sleeping habit." She explained to him. Of course she felt a little silly giving him instructions, she was sure she didn't have to.

The Doctor nodded, that was along the same lines of his own thinking. He had a bow tie on, they were quite cool and in his mind, gave him more of an official presence. For a moment he wondered what Rose might look like with one but he didn't think she'd want one so he quickly moved on. "Good." He agreed. "Yes, very good." The lanky man then took another look at the address and found that it was only a few blocks away, in an apartment in the city. Lucky then. While he wanted to ask Rose a bit more about what she knew about him, they had already arrived at the complex. "Second floor, apartment 208." He said as he began to walk up the stairs, figuring the elevator would take too long and he wanted to stretch his legs a bit more.
RP Notes: This is based off the movie "Austenland" where we bring your dreams of going to Hogwarts, to life. This is NOT a Harry Potter story in which there is magic and evil doers and real wands. This is a story in which fans of the books get to immerse themselves in the lore and fantasy world that is Harry Potter. This is a modern day story, taking place in the year 2014, in the summer, just as it is now (for me anyway, I don't know about everyone else). Except that there is a company called Muggle Magic and it has created a massive castle that mimics Hogwarts. They have paid actors and actresses to dress up, create a backstory and become the students and professors Hogwarts to create a fun and fill experience.

Muggle Magic is a company which has been up and running for three years now, and has been advertising all across the world. As you'd expect they are stationed in the UK and have built their massive school in the countryside. They have even produced a small size Hogwarts Express, and have constructed their very own Hogsmeade. Muggle Magic is offering a full immersive experience to the fans of Harry Potter. They will get to pick their own name and backstory. If they want to be a rich wizard or a half-blood witch, their family and skills are their to create. Clients will be accepted from age ten to ages eighteen and are encouraged to return and receive discounts and perks.

Clients will be able to pick how long they wish to stay at Hogwarts (from one month to eight, each month is 5,000 dollars) and what experience they would like to have. Clients can have an action generated one where they focus on magic and fighting like Harry Potter himself. Or if they want something low key and romantic, or they can pick something more studious and engross themselves in learning all about the lore, courtesy of information gathered from J.K Rowling herself. Muggle Magic provides health care and food and housing for all the incoming clients. And like Hogwarts, they will be sorted into a House upon their arrival. Should they do well, they will earn themselves points and if they disobey rules, they will be punished accordingly.

GM Notes: More information will be provided in a further and extensive OOC, should one be made, pending on interest. This is a pure slice of life story, focusing on interactions, connections and relationships. I have little to no intention to make this suddenly magic. It is a small possibility down the line but it wouldn't copy the art of wands, but possibly go in another route with runes or something. But that's not the point. The point is this is about the art of deception and how well we can write people pretending to be someone else. You could think of it as a frame story where we are writing a story within a story. I will require actors/actresses, as well as some clients. I will require that you disclose only your status as client or paid actor/actress to me when we make a CS, as to uphold the idea of a real mystery.

I don't want people thinking that this story is all about the clients who are paying to be at Hogwarts, everyone involved it to have an equal role in the story which is why I insist we keep roles anonymous. There will be romance and conflicts but it will be up to the characters to figure out what's real and what isn't, if the fantasy isn't all they hoped it would be. This is meant to be more light and funny, filled with some fluff and drama along the way. While clients can be as young as ten years old, I would hope that for the sake of including everyone more easily, that most people will be in the 17-18 range, I may consider a client asking to be a teacher but it would be a rare permission granted for Muggle Magic since they need to monitor things closely through their staff and such.

So if anyone is interesting in something a little fun, ask questions or raise your hand here if you're confused.

You play a returning client, one who is only around for a month or two, etc.

I only ask you don't have a relation or connection to canon roles when it comes to your character making up their character. But again, more details can be outlined in an OOC. In terms of size, I'm aiming for something medium sized. Since some people end up dropping out in the beginning stages, I'd prefer we had a good size such as 5-8 players but I wouldn't want to go much higher than that. I will also ask that you're capable of posting at least four paragraphs per post, and that you're active in the OOC on a regular basis to ensure that the IC itself doesn't get too neglected. Again, more on that later if people take to the idea I've presented here.
I got something up, woot.
