Nope I do during one of the books. I did try one post war but that was on the old site.

Good good! Any book you're thinking about or should I list some?

Are you still open for some original RP? Perhaps slice of life or medieval? :) If you are, I will PM you!

Sure, I'd be game for some good ol' slice-of-life!
You too.

Happy 9'th Doctor Day ya'll~!
The Creator said I quite comprehend what you say. Doubling has become quite difficult these days, but I have faith in thinking there might be some people out there who can still handle it well.

Um, so, I don't think I'd do quite well in whatever is specifically labeled as "cyberpunk" or "high-tech sci-fi", because it rather intimidates me. If I was to choose, I'd say we can try out for option 3, since I can say I have the same problem whenever I try to roleplay in that sort of field, my partner usually pulls it off the edge onto multilateral quirks, when it's quite simply two individuals trying to survive in an environment that only makes things worse. I say I'd love to try this one out just to see if it turns out effectively.

(And yes, I can absolutely relate to that when you mention being bugged by how some roleplayers make the story revolve around their character, and make them always have something that requires constant attention and soothing.)

I'll be waiting for your reply.
PD.: I apologize for the unicorn.

Hello there. I saw you replied to my PKM post as well, it might be more up my alley since I have had a few PMs of interest regarding this topic. I'm not if they'll work out but doing something different (ex: Pokemon) might be better for me right now.
She knew many guys didn't pay mind to the day, either because they didn't have anyone special or because maybe they were nervous about it. Either way, Sasha had hoped having a boyfriend meant they could have a nice time together, perhaps more meaningful than their usual dates. Then again, putting pressure on Valentines Day wasn't what she intended to do. It seemed James had other things on his mind, maybe it was for the better...? Thankfully he got around the point and mentioned he would be going on a short holiday with his family to America. Woah. She wasn't sure if she felt like going. It wasn't exactly what she pictured when she thought of a romantic holiday. Going overseas was a little scary but it could be fun, as James mentioned.

"I'll talk to them about it." Sasha replied, not feeling able to give a full response one way or the other.

She would be gutted if they didn't get to spend time together and though she didn't really want the company of his family, she didn't think it would be too weird or embarrassing. They sat around, watching students. Many were running around or trading stories, others were studying or on their cell phones. Sasha glanced toward James and nudged him a little. "Oy, we should do something after school." Even though they hung out, it still felt like they hadn't done anything in a while and she wanted to have some fun with her boyfriend. They were still trying to figure out a good pattern so they didn't fall into some rut, so Sasha had done some poking around online.

In doing so, she found a cool underground sewage system from decades ago that hadn't been used. it supposedly would take them to a cool site by the river. She got up after packing up, ready to call it an early lunch so she could get ready for the next class. "I got a place I wanna check out and if I don't take you, something bad might happen to me which would make you feel terribly rotten!" Sasha teased as she threw what trash she had away. "Anyway, I gotta go, see you!" She waved and headed off to catch up with some of her other girl friends to talk about what James had suggested for their Valentines Day plans.

Sasha waited outside the school when the day was over. She figured they could grab their bicycles and some snacks and she could show him what she found. It was out of the way but that was part of the fun.
No I have seen the 50th and 12's first episode with the dino but the two after that, are still untouched in my Recordings. >__>

Oh and happy 9'th Doctor day! :3

*celebrates alone in the corner*
Fantasy World:

Seems we're settled here for now, nothing to discuss.

Sci-fi World:

Same as above I think.^

Modern World:

And as above too!

Misc:

I think we have a good general concept we're happy with now. I think we're on pretty much the same page so if anyone ever embellishes a concept in a post, it shouldn't be a stretch to assume the others could go along with it. I think our judgement and comfort with most things is pretty similar that if someone makes details about a concept in a world, it would be safe to let us have fun with it, granted we're consistent. You know? I think the basics are good and now I think we can let the posts speak for themselves in terms of tech and vision and mood.

Roles:

If we want an age range of say 19-29, that could work. I just shy away from young roles and to me anyone with "teen" in their age is pretty young and as such, tends to lack development and range.

I think we could make our own CS, as I assume each world would have different requirements for important information.

Should we assume our roles initially will be FROM their respective world and soon possess a mirror shard or two? I'd hate to assume we're jumping in after they're in a new world and all...

Personally I'd be fine with whichever world but I think I'm eyeing Thera and Rathe the most. Maybe a male from Rathe and a female from Thera? Again, it could be the other way around...and I'll edit the first post with what we've settled upon.
"Did you hear a moving lorry last night?" Jackie Tyler asked her daughter as the two stood in the kitchen, trying to figure out what they could come up with for breakfast. Rose had been busy working and her mother had been on a date so neither woman had much time to pop over to the market to replenish their fridge. Rose shook her head, not sure why her mum would ask a random question. The older blond carried on at rate. "Someone's moved in down the hall. I can't believe it, you know it took us weeks to unpack and settle in. How on earth could someone do it in the wee hours of the night without waking anybody up? It's so weird." Jackie said as she poured herself some coffee while Rose fixed herself a cup of tea. "You oughta go over there with something nice and check it out. Who knows, it might be a handsome young man."

"I've got Mickey." Rose said, knowing her mother and the boy didn't along well, even though they grew up together and thus, knew each other for years.

"I meant for me!" Her mother said.

Rose rolled her eyes and shuffled out of the kitchen. "I do have the morning off. I guess I could go over and see what the fuss is about." She considered aloud as she headed back to her pink bedroom. The girl changed out of her pajamas and into some jeans and a union jack tee-shirt. She brushed her hair out and grabbed her wallet, figuring it would be better to go buy something than try to come up with something in the kitchen. Though she and her mum lived alone, neither of them were great chefs. They got by but Rose knew it would be impolite to offer a neighbor something questionable. Rose called out to her mother who was watching the news. In the background, Rose caught a few snippets. It seemed there had been some break-ins around them but nothing had been taken, nor had anyone been hurt or killed.

How odd.

She closed the door and meandered down the hall, looking out at the gray view. As usual, the weather was gloomy with a chance of rain but it was November and she expected to see the sun in say, about six or seven months. Rose headed down the long flight of stairs and headed down the two blocks to the store. She pulled out her cell phone and sent a text to Mickey to see if he was awake or not, though he probably wasn't, since to her knowledge he spent the night at the pub watching the match. Rose poked around the store and chatted with the old woman behind the counter. Some cookies with dark blue frosting caught her eye so she bought them and headed back toward her flat. As she walked along, she could have sworn she heard someone walking around.

Kids and teens would be in school though, so Rose assumed she was hearing things. The blond headed up the stairs, taking her time still. She was bored, work was boring, everything was boring. Even Mickey was boring, though that was probably because they were such good friends, drifting between more than friends, at some points. Rose finally got to her level and began to walk down the long stretch of open hallway, letting her hand trace side of the rail as she went. There were many apartments open and she had lived in hers so long, she already knew which were still on the market and which weren't. She stopped in front of the one she knew must be the one someone had snagged in the middle of the night, 709.

Knocking once, she stepped back and looked around.

Even though she didn't have anywhere to be and didn't mind waiting, she couldn't help but move to knock a second time. "My name's Rose Tyler, I live a few doors down, I wanted to have a chat, welcome you to the neighborhood." She called out and stepped back, hoping it was a cute guy, rather than some old lady with a collection of cats. They had far too many of those. The girl glanced down at the round sugar cookies with their ocean colored frosting and silver sprinkles. They sort of looked like the night's sky. Of course in London seeing the sky and stars was impossible. It was too bright. But Rose did have fond memories of camping with her mum when she was younger, when they got out of the city, they could see stars much easier. Rose liked to poke around the forest and play games with Mickey but now it seemed that passion had hidden itself away somewhere, leaving Rose in a dull job and a dull life.
(trenzalore & Genkai only)

Alright so far we've established:

Nine is being hunted by a bounty hunter, he flees to his favorite little planet to lay low for while. He snags an apartment in the same complex as Rose Tyler who is going about her life, still bored as ever. Rose gets caught in the middle and when she's invited to travel with the Ninth Doctor, they take a trip back to the American Civil War. From there we can use Daleks, or Woman Wept, etc.

I shall get the IC up soon, it being 9/9, it's a suitable day to start this thing.

Alright we can do that.

Alright, should I assume the roles of Hermione and Draco?

And in terms of setting, I'd prefer doing it during one of the books since anything post-war is hard to generate ideas/conflict for. Unless you had an idea...
Bump.
