No, Peeta still wuvs Katniss even though he knows she doesn't feel the same way. I think. It wasn't really talked about but it should have been. Katniss at the end of movie seems clear about just moving on with her life but Peeta is still attached to her. You should sleep after Catching Fire, which still gives me massive amounts of Haymitch x Katniss. I'm not sure if I'll get a post up for you but I can try. I have some old ones that have been waiting a tad longer. -guilty-

Oh god no! Don't tell me it was fucking NaruHina in the end, those fangirls are so stupid. *shudders* And she was BARELY in his life like wtf. But don't tell me if I'm right because I don't wanna be right. The fact is I find Peeta bland, but I wouldn't compare him to Ginny because he has a bit more substance and important than her. Double mm? :3 Hehe yes, we're doing wonderful things.

Gale makes more of a move in the second film/book but even so it's not really much. I feel like she wasn't interested in either and if she was gonna be with someone, it's Haymitch cause he doesn't deal with petty shit and could at least kept Katniss on her toes since even then, she doesn't like settle down from my point of view. Peeta is so in love with Katniss, I feel for him because he took what she did seriously and the fake romance is carried through to the next book and becomes a plot device for the third, sadly. I just can't ever take the pair seriously or find its merit.

Maybe he can have a shot for a treat since he's been so good? I don't know if he needs straight up abstinence anymore as long as it's just one.

Everyone in the fandom love Peeta x Katniss and I don't see it either. *shrugs*

Gale gets more development in the beginning of CF and a lot more Mockingjay with Katniss and Finnick. Gale can make some deadly weapons so...he's got that going for him but I don't think Katniss likes him more than a bff either so...*whistles innocently*

Haymitch x Katniss have tons of angst but he'd sober up for her. And besides unlike Kakashi, Haymitch knows what skills his girl has under her belt. And Haymitch is clever as fuck, and the only one who can relate to her in terms of the brutality of the Games. Peeta is in upper class pretty much and though his homelife isn't great, he doesn't walk away with as many emotional scars as Katniss and thus Haymitch can help her heal. They both help each other heal while kicking ass. <3 Mah babies...they've suffered enough.

Prim is a minor side character sadly, she does a lot more in Mockingjay, at least in the books she becomes a medic/nurse and the mother actually tries to do stuff too instead of acting super comatose. The mom kind of ignores both daughters though, I guess losing your hubby and being in poverty isn't a big pick-me-up. But Katniss had the most promise to come back and win, Prim lacks a lot development but she's ok. I like how she's developing in my RP more of course. She's kind of useless otherwise. :/
