Heya.
I had two active partners (one who vanished into thin air and the other is kinda MIA too) on here who I thought were really great and that's why it's hard to come back. Plus the habit of hopping on here has been broken thanks to my last semester. I'm trying to get back into the Guild but coming back everything is so dead...it's depressing. It doesn't have to do with our RP though, in fact you and one other person are the only things that show signs of life, which is nice. ^^

I've been okay...got two Bs and an A on my semester so the struggle was worth it...we move house and are finally settling in. I'm still looking for work, gonna graduate in less than a year which is kinda awesome. And scary. I'm glad you're around though. Now that I know you are, I'll try to get a post up ASAP. I used to be in the habit of going on here all the time but school stole me away and now it's like there's nothing left and I'm trying to find a reason (and more RPs) to get back into the habit. It's hard, man.
Seeking new RPs.
Doctor Who, Dragon Age, SVU, Hunger Games, and Divergent.... Any of these I'd be more than willing to play. My ONLY problem is that sometimes I disappear for a few days because of work and I have a kiddo. I can, and like to double. My post length varies between three and six paragraphs per character I'm playing depending on what I'm getting from the other player.

I am seeking some skilled writers to partner with. I have had some great Doctor Who RPs in the past but they never seem to make it to the finish line. I've done crossovers with Games of Thrones and Harry Potter. I've played The Doctor and I've also played companions. I've done RPs with new companions traveling with canon Doctors and I've also done RPs with all canon characters mingling together. There is so much we can do with the vast universe at our fingertips. It just seems like a crime not to have fun and develop some amazing plots. I want us to look at the big picture and see there's more to adventures than bumbling around Earth.
So if you're craving a thrilling adventure with danger, character development and exotic destinations, then come with me!
You must be active. I am trying to come back from being very inactive due to my academic duties. The only way I can return and actually want to (as opposed to feeling guilty and never logging on) is if I have a plethora of awesome stories and partners. Right now, things are looking rather dead. So I want to find some great people to inspire me to come back and be active again, instead of making things feel like a chore I've fucked up. Not only am I asking partners to be active (2-3 posts a week is fair) but they must be advanced in their posts (4-5 paragraphs) as well. Other than that, I just want communication. When my winter semester starts in January, I will be busy but all classes are online so it means I'll still be able to be online. If I get busy, I want to tell you, as you should do the same for me in case life explodes in our faces.
I'd like to stay on-site if possible. If we need to have some mature sex scenes, we'll go to PMs briefly but I'd like us to stick to threads otherwise. Below are some pairs I have in mind, now I do have ideas for some of them but I'd prefer my partner and I work on them together. This is a partnership after all. Now when doing these RPs, I tend to pick a few episodes and ask my partner do the same so we can 'redo' them with our own take on the plot and pace. Like, wouldn't it be interesting to see The Ninth Doctor and Rose deal with things in '42' or 'The Beast Below'? Or maybe The Tenth Doctor and Amy dealing with 'Boom Town'? Let's have fun and then when we're comfortable with our roles and dynamic as writers, we can make more things up without using the canon plots as a crutch.

This is my preference. It always will be. I find canons so fun to toy with. I will be listing some basic pairs, swapping some Doctors and companions around. Those with * by them are roles I feel comfortable writing as. As a note, no crossover pairs are listed since anything can be crossed over and we'd have to agree on that before anything else. Because I really hate Clara and River, they are not included.

Hello all.
I have been away for nearly a month or two. It feels so weird because I'm been swamped with college but I've also been able to use another site to make friends and roleplay on the fly (No, it's not stupid Iwaku). But the point is, I'd like to try and return to the Guild. I'm not sure I'll be able to though, not that I don't want to, but because my old partners seem to have faded away and it's hard to find that special connection, you know? I didn't really miss the Guild, as much as I felt bad about being away and letting down those I was with. So I'd love to go back to the mindset of having fun and not being stressed or shamed into posting.
Right now I'm on a major Daredevil and Jessica Jones kick.
I'd like us to use canons and if you're interested in a crossover between the two, that can totally work! In terms of amount and frequency of posting...I'd like anything between 3-7 paragraphs and a post every 2-3 days. I will say while my semester was keeping me off the computer unless I was in class (and that didn't lend itself well to thoughtful Guild-like posts) this upcoming one is all online so I should have less trouble in being active. I understand real life being a dick or kicking you in the nuts though, and I'll do my best to communicate, if you do the same for me.
Below are some pairs, ones in bold are ones I could play. Pairs with a ~ by them, have ideas. Of course I'd love it if you didn't rely on me to figure out a plot. I want this to be an equal partnership in which we both have a say in direction. We both need to be happy and not feel anxious about writing together. I'd love it if you were comfortable with eventual sex scenes but if not, it's okay I suppose...other mature content like rape, drug abuse and such will probably be involved, given the two shows themselves being pretty graphic/serious.
