I'm not trying to speed of pacing if that's what you're concerned about. I can pull back if you'd prefer? I think they're both trying to find footing around one another outside of the assumed acquaintance status they both hold for each other. He's beginning to see her as someone with real burdens, as opposed to someone who's just happy-go-lucky all the time. And she's beginning to see he's not just demon with high intelligence but someone who has serious ties to the human world.

His thoughts on her made sense, which was why I brought up her becoming interested in him. After all, like him, she hasn't seen another side of him other than a fighter/aid to the team. She's intrigued by his family connection and day to day life. It's nothing like Yusuke's and it's a refreshing change to be around someone who can hold a decent conversation. :3

I really wanted to reply but knew by the time I'd log on, I'd be back to my sleepy self but I did get a chance to think over some parts of my post at least~ I'd say Botan would approach her need to properly defend herself (plus the investigation is clearly a risk in of itself) and look to Kurama to help in that regard. She'd probably have no problem dealing with it in just a post but she'd know her own spirit gun may lack, despite having taught Yusuke how to use his, it's likely been a while since she's used the attack, hence maybe relying on a more 'human' approach like the bat, that's easy to have handy. I'd say another 1-2 posts for the evening, we could have them talk a little more? While Kurama is getting some insight into Botan, she'd like to do the same with him.

And it's a shame they can't be doing what Shiori thinks they're doing. Eventually...

Incidentally then, this is almost a blessing in disguise. The lackey is somewhat exposed and there's a lot less gossip/talk around school regarding the new hot couple at school. But then again, that's a thin silver lining compared to trauma. ^^;

Of course, we gotta introduce some safe fluff before the waterworks are summoned. We're evil.

Btw, I had a tough time falling asleep cause of the dogs so I lurked and read most of it last night and it made me super giggly. Gotta love Kurama's insight on his own friends. I think in my post, it'll be somewhat short since I don't think we need to skip to tomorrow after class just yet. Unless you want me to? But yeah, it was a very good post, totes worth reading it at like 1 AM lol

Seriously tho. Teems are fucked up. Sure, be a perv all you want but considering the circumstances, keep it to yourself cause gossiping like nasty fuckers is one sure fire way to get Kurama to nearly murder you. And he's such a nice guy, I think it would be quite notable for him to get pretty scary pissed off should some doofass be stupid enough to mention the event in such a disgusting manner. He will probably make it pretty damn clear that any sort of talk of that nature would be met with some bad consequences.

That sounds so fucking cute. Reaping old people is probably a lot more delightful and cute than people who are young and feel like they weren't ready to go. But imagining an old lady stubborn but in the sweetest sense, is pretty fun. We made need to bring that into the IC at some point, maybe when Kurama shadows her but before a tough one?

And my brain is mush, I'm gonna hop in bed. I should be online tomorrow evening unless I go see a movie but I'm doubting I will. I'll let you know when I do hop on though~!
