I'd still sooner know Tenlin happens than Borra. Korra does not deserve someone as great as Bolin. It would take far more time for her to get to a point where she'd be able to hold a real relationship. We shall see what we can do in the background...

Ahh the days I don't have class on campus, I'm kept busy with my online classes. And I'm trying to keep my weight off which means gym in the mornings when I don't feel super lazy. But this is a notably busy week for me. Two projects due at the same time, teachers know when to fuck you. (hint: when someone else is fucking you)

I suppose making her a victim of Amon would give us some plot to work with? Gosh, I've become what I hate. Nooo Pema isn't a plot device so I think it would be cool to flesh her out some, give her a cool ending when it's all said and done.

Noo I don't think we did ShikaSaku. But it was a guy from the old Guild. Naah Shikamaru is hella smart and so is Sakura. She kicks him in the ass to focus more, and he makes her forget about Sasuke and also hit the books more. They study together and Ino totally jokes about how they act like a couple. She's kinda jealous but still happy for Shikamaru and Sakura. Shikamaru and Sakura manage to graduate besting Sasuke who's pretty irked but forgets about it. Maybe they're all on Team Kakashi. Shikamaru is still lazy and snarky and Sakura is still a perfectionist but at the end of the day, Shikamaru lays his head in her lap as they read and enjoy tea, a nice intellectual couple. I imagine they lose their virginity to one another, end up being dope tacticians together too. Shutting up now.

Ooo so you mean Amon might take Pema as leverage? Dang, that's a neat a idea. Poor Tenzin. It's not my fault Tenzin and Lin's path is through suffering. I just want them to be happy...together. :/

Haha that's exactly how it happens! Really though she's just so horrible! She ruined everything! It's not fair! Fuuuuck. I should try writing a one shot as her, I know it can't be easy. I just found the choices she made to be really unclear and wishy-washy. God help you, man. But yes, I don't walk far without grumbling about characters who could have been better than what they were. It's a tough life being a writer.

I didn't mean the ultimate endgame, just his sort of game plan. But I'd say in our RP, Amon is still trying to be the shining beacon for all non-benders everywhere. I do think his goal would be to wipe bending out of existence. And I think him starting with fire benders is a logical step in his mind, they are the biggest threat to peace itself. But for where we're starting, Amon hasn't taken full control over the city. I know he briefly did at the end which was kinda badass but we should work toward that in step, you know?

Yeah I don't see Korra having the balls or foresight to tell Bolin. If she truly didn't know Bolin's romantic intentions, she probably doesn't see a point in telling Bolin? It's not a secret she likes him (in her mind?) so she figures Mako might tell Bolin eventually anyway?

I will probably go to bed in like 15 or so as a heads up, gotta have strength to do homework and gym tomorrow. :/

My brief ShikaSaku RP will always have a place in my heart. Maybe I'll find someone on here? It's unlikely though lol Oddly enough KakaSaku is more and more common than it used to be. I'd like to think we started the sexy trend.

Maybe she just leaves him. Like one day she vanishes cause she's had enough danger and kids air bending all the time. Ya know I still don't see them as very compatible. :/

I was thinking about Korra earlier and how much I fucking hate her sometimes. Like fuck, she could have been the badass we saw in season one but she ended up being a bitch to so many people. Season two was a trainwreck for her development. Good luck man, that's all I can say lol

So we'd have Amon more public, sort of acting as a servant to the public who cannot bend or defend themselves? We could have him openly go against the gangs (fire bending ones fo'sho). We just need to make sure we know his deal and what he'd do since I don't want to feel stuck with what to do with Amon you know? He is gonna be a big part of this RP for however long and I would like to see him used better than he was in the show. Amon does need to go after Korra certainly and if he thinks Mako is important to her, he'll be a target. Dun dun dun.

I think her dad wants her to stay safe by not bending because it just breeds issues, as he's seen with his wife's death. He probably wants Asami to use her business smarts to make a living as opposed to bending. He wants her to be independent and not just a pretty face (who can bend). I think using Mr.Sato better is a good route. I liked the dark approach but it made me feel something was lacking the same way with Zuko and his father I think. Mr.Sato died? I don't even remember that. :/ Seeeesh writers...

So I can get a CS of Amon up tomorrow probably and an intro? Does it seem like we have enough to get started soon?

Tenzin and Lin will find love, just in the background haha. Pema was never a good character. She could divorce Tenzin, knowing he has feelings for Lin still. Pema gets on with her life, buries the hatch with Lin and Pema remarries to a non-bender who has more time with her. Idk lol

I don't know. We didn't mention whether or not Bolin would find out through the dumb Nick way or not. I kinda wanna go with the idea Bolin did come back but like 10 seconds after the kiss? He doesn't know what happened but gets there to see Mako storming off?

Oh right yeah he is a bender, secretly. I do see the logic in him hiding his targets being fire benders. So in terms of him attacking those fire benders, maybe notable pro benders? So he would do that in secret? I thought he did some other demonstrations in public though. I know he made an example of that guy with the hair who people thought would have a bigger role? Emo pro bending guy. He did get rid of the bending gang The Triple Thread (I'm kinda skimming the wiki atm) though in this AU, his backstory is true, that he was wronged by fire benders.

Maybe we'll add a CS for him to sum all this up.

Ya know I kinda like the idea of her dad being redeemed in the end. Maybe Asami and Mako arrive too late to save Mr.Sato from Amon's wrath? I don't care if he dies or not but I do think it would be nice to make her dad not such a bad guy since it was a little tough for me to see him discard his daughter and throw himself into some crazy guy (Amon).

I might just let slip Pema passed, like in the most subtle of ways. Shhh...let Lin be happy and no longer living the past as she stays late working and looking over old photographs, missing the only thing that made her feel happy and loved.

I'll probably rewatch the episode tomorrow to when I find time between essays and crap. But yeah I may as well take my baby Bolin, he can give Mako a stern talking to, along with Korra. Ya know in my headcanon, if Mako is dumb enough to not snag Asami, I'd be happy if Bolin got her. But damn, I realized Mako and Korra don't even last for a second so them breaking up Masami was even more of a shit move. Like fucking useless. >_<

Yeah I wasn't really buying his connection to whatshisface investigator dude. So yeah he'll use chi to block the bending for fire folks while organizing protests against benders as a whole? Or should his motives be outright about fire benders from the start? Or should it be Equalist + fire benders being too reckless/dangerous? What I mean is, should we make Amon vocal about him targeting fire benders or make it something more subtle/on the side? Also I figure Amon is working with Mr.Sato so he may have found documents or a picture of Asami bending as a young child?

So Asami and Mako are the spotlight. They are the main characters. I will still slip in comments about Lin and Tenzin dating though, just you wait. I'll be super sneaky about it too. So should I take the role of Bolin or Korra for the side roles or should we just share those so we don't get too tempted to take on a lot?

Oh and this is taking place in the middle of season one. We are tweaking Amon's focus so he's hellbent on eradicating fire benders, which Asami happens to be but hasn't told anyone her secret as she's quite under-trained. We will begin with the kiss between Korra and Mako and Mako going to Asami to make it right.
