@Jangel13 You might want to take over monitoring the agents' statuses, since I think that what the Overwatch agent would normally be doing during operations.

Just a quick explanation, when I say the agents are 'In play' what I mean is that they're within the area of the operation but haven't exposed themselves by taking any actions which would point them out as being agents yet. As far as most people know they're just strangers walking the street. However if there's anyone else in play who could possibly recognise any of us then @Dragonite777 might be sending us into an ambush before the mission even starts.

Once we take actions which could compromise our covers (talking to an asset, entering a restricted area, accessing a restricted computer system, etc.) the agent status would switch to Active, placing them in greater danger of being noticed, and if their cover is blown (for instance if Condor breaks someone's arm and points a gun in their face) then they'd switch to Engaged.

Other agent statuses I'd use would be 'In Transit' for when they're moving to or from missions, or relocating between locations; 'Mission Prep', for when they're taking actions to prepare equipment or researching information, which could include going on supply runs or accessing the Internet which may place them in danger; and 'Inactive', for when the agents are stood down between mission, either resting or incapacitated due to injury (or excessive drinking.)

Technically we're always in danger, since we could possibly be attacked even in the relative safety of our safe house, depending on how nasty @Dragonite777 wants to be to us, but in order of danger I'd rank the statuses as Inactive, Mission Prep, In Transit, In play, Active and Engaged.

@Jangel13 I'm planning on just walking in and chatting with the guard. It's a flower shop front after all, so we should be able to pass ourselves off as normal customers for the most part. Any 'smooth talking' that needs to be done I'll leave to @Dragonite777 and Birdseed, since Condor's idea of 'smooth talk' normally runs something like "Tell me the code, or I cut off another toe!"

You might want to check in with the other team as well, since I think you're coordinating both operations.

Almost jumping back as she felt Birdseed's arm grabbing hers, her instincts telling Condor it was an attack before she realised that the younger woman was simply trying to sell their cover. Slowly relaxing she listened to her colleague's advice carefully as they both walked down the road at a leisurely pace.

It might be a good idea to spend some time chatting with the team shrink at some point but not right now. Not only were they on a mission and Condor couldn't afford to get distracted by unwanted emotions right now, but they were also on an open comm with Angelo listening in on every word they said. The thought of him spreading gossip about Condor suffering a panic attack on mission would be mortifying, and Condor could already feel her guts twisting just at the thought of it.

Closing her eyes for a moment SArah took a deep breath, holding it for a second as she calmed herself, finding her centre as the ill-feelings melted away before exhaling calmly, her mind feeling crisp and focussed for the mission ahead. Turning towards Birdseed with what she hoped was a friendly smile, Condor replied, "Let's just take the mission as it comes. If the guard comes on too hard I can always just break her arm and we can fall back on the preferred option of storming the place. It's what I'd've done if the rest of you weren't around anyway." If anything the thought of a straight up fight against opponents she could see was far more calming than any breathing exercises, and Condor felt her mood lightening with each step. "What weapons you carrying, if we do end up fighting our way through this?"
