Something, like making you think that isn't there is an understandable part of his abilities and I think I don't need to say he can use them. And also due to the sheer versatility of illusion magic, if I listed every spell he has the post would take too much time for no reason.
Also, what you are basically saying is Hal cannot be S-tier because he lacks the amount of magic power of Jaden and Grasida. That means that the only way you can be s-tier due to high raw ability, which completely ignores the point of his character, a trickster who uses his brain, finesse, and his magic to win battles due to outsmarting his opponents.
