Eryx watched carefully, this was something new, something actually interesting. He watched the girl getting tazed, ignoring the action itself but instead the tazer. He watched the little volts, seeing the true nature of them up close, how they didn't zap forward as all were taught but rather how they curved throughout the air. This entertained him, seeing such a thing in it's purist form. Before he'd just flip a book and read it in a moment, but now it had been useful, it showed him something only he could see and he enjoyed it.

"Why are we here?" He asks, moving back to current speed when the event was over. As much as he liked the experience he also found a flaw, if things were moving that fast he'd slow them automatically, even if he didn't necessarily plan on it. The instinct could also save him, he thought. In an ambush situation he'd need it to trigger like that, he'd never be caught by surprise.

There are questions of the vague nature of my ongoing RP, Fallout: Fall of the Brotherhood of Steel. and because of this I am going to start a section of lore here, explaining my version of history more in depth. This will act as a guideline, FAQ, and textbook. Of course I'm open to letting anyone who wishes use this lore for their own RP's, I wouldn't care if you didn't accredit me but I will if you accredit yourself for it. Any questions about an event or happening, specifics of any kind, send a message because I've probably either thought of it and haven't written it yet, or I can think about it and put it in. These will be multiple posts, all on different major and general subjects.

General Lore

It is 2302 in this world, the NCR and Legion are nothing more than minor factions. Over the past eighty years the brotherhood from the capital wasteland has come to rise. The Legion has been repressed to Florida where they use the ocean as a natural means of defense, the NCR is reduced to little more than what is left of it's rangers that are now in California, where they still have stability.

From the Pentagon (The Citadel) the Brotherhood has salvaged and brought about a great deal of knowledge and technology. After the happenings of Project Purity (Fallout 3) many of their armors have been upgraded with enclave tech. Their weapons are more proficient than ever with institute beam technology. (Fallout 4, BOS ending.) and Gauss rifles have become very much standard issue for soldiers.

The Brotherhood now control most of the US, their airforce offering rapid deployment and ease of transport, upgrades causing many raiders to run, or at least be smart enough to stay back. This has also brought about corruption, and capitalism. Brotherhood doctors have made chems stronger, but also clean, keeping customers healthy enough to come back for a refreshing new high.

An organization of anti government wastelanders with an unknown background has begun operation to fight against them, using advanced operatives as well as talented wastelanders to fight their shadow war. These "terrorists" are funded by unknown benefactors (TBA when the RP reaches that point.)

I'm thinking of making a Non-RP discussion thread for questions to the lore of this current world. I know all of the answers, everything has been thought out, I'm just not sure where to start. Maybe it can be like a textbook of this new world.
