It's like being in a stadium full of people chattering, it's just all happening at the same time, so, theoretically, it could sound like voices all clumped over each other. Granted no ones ever read minds or had a mind that can process like this.

Think of it like trying to read words off of a super computer screen as it processes them. They'd flash so fast they'd all be there at once.
