Such as a HUGE work project or raised as levies???Manpower is the number of regular troops one county can have. It's the maximum number of troops you can have without raising the levies. Total manpower of the duchy is 6000 regular troops as we have previously agreed on. Levies are every other capable man, woman or child that will fight for you when necessary but they are poorly armed and generally bad quality troops. You only raise them in dire needs. They are free.

I am a 25 year old male, though comfortably I'll play anything as a character.
I am a Brit born and bred and so that is my lingo, I use British words and love my slang, and if I don't seem to make sense I may simply be using English idioms that don't translate outside the rural country abodes I swan around.
I enjoy all sorts of things, I am an avid football (soccer) player and supporter, adore music, and live for a good story. I am in love with history. So you will always get a decent plot or conversation out of me on that subject.

Since its more about usefulness that aesthetic beauty it looks fine and is easy to navigate. Just a point to make, how is income for a count going to work??? Because, for example, the Burgrave of Manburg gets 1125, how much goes to the count??? Since the Burgrve needs to make some. Again, that same point works with the count's income to the duke.
The table looks fine to me.
