Victoria & Scathach

Victoria stuck close to the playwright after the battle, listening to him speaking. She had not really read any of his works, but he was still famous and easily recognizable. Even Victoria knew about his play Hamburg, or Cameo and Tourettes. It was interesting just to hear him talk. She certainly didn't quite understand most of what he said, but it was a funny way of speaking nonetheless.

"You wish them a place to stay for the night as recompense? I believe the inn should work if they are willing to pay, but if they do not, then I'm afraid they're out of luck. The last pack of demon beasts that struck the town has made them wary, and though they may have helped you, the townspeople aren't quite as open-hearted in strange times such as these..."

Almost as if on cue, a faint noise came from a distance, carried by the wind. What the odd foxy servant said next confirmed Victoria's suspicions. Beasts, perhaps the very ones that plagued these townsfolk.

"Eh? Did you say mangy mutts? You meant those beasts attacking the townsfolk right?" Victoria slammed her fists together. "Alright! Let's go beat up those beasts!"

"Master," Scathach put a hand on Victoria's shoulder, wearing a slightly concerned look. "Perhaps we should take another course of action first?"

To her going after the beasts blindly wasn't a great idea, especially when they literally knew nothing of them save for the fact they're beasts. Her Master, with all her potential and brashness was just as likely to be suddenly recruited by a flamboyant immortal vampire with a penchant for knives as she was to defeat those beasts.

"Ah. You're right." Turning to the guard, Victoria continued. "Hey old man, if we promise to get rid of the beasts, we can stay in this town right?"
Still writing for the other two ;w;

Jekyll

Well, that meeting certainly gave Jekyll a lot to think about.

There wasn't much time to ponder them however, for several explosions shook the city. Undoubtedly bad news. The proclamation that they were facing armies on two fronts confirmed it. A large scale battle was bad enough, but being hemmed in from two sides was worse. Doubly so considering what Jekyll was and his field of expertise. He was unsuited to fighting large armies such as these. Hyde on the other hand.

But, all that didn't matter right now. What mattered was that they needed to find a way to handle this situation. The enemy wasn't about to give him a free pass just because he was unsuited to direct combat after all. Wordlessly, he followed Richard towards the western walls.

"We aren't exactly suited for this, but let's not skulk about when there are enemies at the gates. What a shame we didn't bring any artillery of our own. A Caster would do wonders on the battlements- Oh my."

"Indeed."

The waves upon waves of beasts assailing the walls was staggering.

"Assassin, on my signal, you are going to infiltrate the enemy forces and find their commander and whatever armaments are barraging the walls. A horde like this along with golems must certainly have a driving mechanism far from the front line. Report their location and then sabotage or commandeer the weaponry. Oh, and don't die. That's rather important."

"Understood, Master. I'd like to say the same to you as well. It'll be a tad inconvenient if you were to fall here."

Intrigued, he watched Richard work his magic, manipulating smoke onto the beasts on the ground. He had only ever dabbled in alchemy after all.

"That would be your cue, Assassin."

Without a word more, Jekyll turned invisible. He wasn't actually an assassin, but his own demeanour and weakness was such that he was granted the Presence Concealment skill by default. Calculating his steps carefully, he ran through the army of beasts, towards the back where presumably he'd be able to find someone in command. If he recalled correctly, those in command would be dressed in a more elaborate outfit.

That should make his job easier. All he had to do was find someone wearing an inordinate amount of feathers and/or decorations and silence them.

@Lonewolf685
finally got internet back.

That one was my bad. Probs should have planned things out properly. ;w;

Anyways ill be posting by tomorrow.
Hazel Baker

Her eyes had been glued to the monitors ever since Hazel finished talking to her team. It was interesting how their powers worked, though she didn't understand some of the things they did. Why did he put pants on her face? Why didn't he just shear off the flags off her? Why was the lizard so weak? A whole lot more swirled in her mind, but the paper she was handed was for criticism, not questions, so she put them aside and thought of how they could improve.

This did bring up the question of how her own fight will go. Could she expect heavy resistance? How will she fight in an open terrain? What happens if it wasn't on open terrains like alleyways in the city? She didn't want to lose, that much is sure at least. But, there was a possibility that she will lose, and that scares her. What will happen then? Grabbing a pen from the box, she started to painstakingly write on the form.

She finally stopped writing, letting the pen fall to the table as she held the paper up. Hazel could write more, but that will take a while. Plus, she didn't really like trying to write anything down, considering it was tedious to do so.

"I am finished." With that, she handed over the form to Rosa.
Yes. Im still trying to write, but Im kinda stuck in a rut right now ;w;

Move on without Jekyll's input for now if im taking too long. ^^;
Its bloody cold here now, cant even go on fgo due to phone still being dead as balls and the backup phone is an old phone. Post will be up by tomorrow.
Victoria & Scathach

The others was... well, simply put, they had magecraft far beyond her mastery. The dead proved to be nothing more than just a nuisance for most of them, especially with their Servants around. Victoria's reinforced eyes picked up the Caster as he moved into range, spewing lines she could barely understand. He looked rather perplexed as the dead closed around him.

"Oh, this won't do at all--I wish to be a spectator, not a participant! Mayhaps you could help deal with this issue, for your sake as well as mine?"

"Master, I su-"

"Alright! Dead zombies coming right up!" Victoria wasted no time in flying to the newcomer's aid, kicking a zombie straight into a crowd of its kin. There wasn't much to say after all. For her, if someone needs to be saved, then she would save them gladly. If it wasn't impossible for her to do of course.

Her moves, her strength, her every strike, with her body reinforced, was beyond human. The impact of each blow upon the dead tore them apart. However, Victoria had barely any combat experience, nor proper hand to hand training thus a fatal mistake was never too far away. Striking only a glancing blow, instead of a solid strike on a zombie, it reared its ugly head back and would have torn her neck, if not for that blood red spear flashing out, and taking its head. Scathach moved with precision and power, her experience with the dead showing as she tore through most of them around William Shakespeare without missing a beat.

"W-whoah," was all she could utter at the sight of her own Servant's performance. Regaining her confidence, she strode back into the thick of it with her Servant, trying to mimic her footwork. "Just wait there, Mr. Shakespeare. We'll clear this out in no time."
Ok, now that i have a free day, I should have a post up by tomorrow for victoria.
Hazel Baker

Her mind was full of questions.

Through the classes and Fred's explanation, all she could think about was the dream. Kusari mentioned having a similar dream, but it seemed to lack the urgency and the sense of danger of hers, at least, as far as Hazel gathered. It was scary to think that she might be the only one experiencing this. Did Kusari hate her now? Probably. Scary things weren't something people wanted to hear. Thus she remained alone with her dreams, of her ever cracking room.

The price of power.

But how much was she willing to stand for more? The battle they had fought reminded her that she was weak, weaker than even some of the others. Hazel was sure she was growing stronger with every dream she experiences, but those dreams scares her a lot. She was both afraid of being too weak for them and being too scary for them. She didn't want to be punished again. She didn't want to-

"You want them back? Pay attention."

Pulled away from her own thoughts, she listened intently to Fredric. Basically the rules boiled down to take their flags, prevent them from taking your flag, find then bring back any healers and prevent the other team from doing the same. Anything goes as long as as the others didn't die. It had objectives that was better defined, and a goal that was more readily apparent than the first fight she had been to, so even without orders, she could perhaps figure out the best option to take. If Lawrence had no orders, and leave her to her own devices again that was.

As for that list of electives, she simply jotted down subjects in a random pattern; first woodworking, then music, home ec, PE, art, film study, creative writing, and lastly computer science. Hazel had no real knowledge of any of the subjects, and thus no real interest or passion for any of them.

Finally, they were corralled into some sort of observation room, with monitors everywhere; of note the ones with a view of Ground Zero. That girl was there again, a girl Hazel had forgotten the name of. Daisy was it? She was grinning widely all the time like some overexcited kid β€”at a play ground, where she spun around gigglingβ€” at their first time in a circus. There was food and drinks aplenty on the table, but that was not what she was staring at.

One of the girls in the observation room was dressed in what she could only recognize as underwear.

None of the others seemed to think it was strange as well. She ran possible scenarios in her head before finally reaching a conclusion. It was possible that the girl had taken off her clothes in an effort to minimize restrictions on her movements. Hazel looked down on her own clothing, looking over the simple blouse with puffed sleeve tops, and the simple brown long skirt. It certainly looks like it was possible her clothes could hamper her in some inconvenient way in a crucial moment.

"I see."

With those words, she started undressing, popping the buttons on her blouse first.
