It would be cool to have one, and maybe assign "coaches" that could participate it the tournament, purely for story purposes, that would just watch the fights from the sidelines.

Or if not, just have someone that could offer tips for each individual participant

Just another outsider who is reading all of your comments towards our discussion thread and I just wanted to say that I think this would be a fantastic idea. I know quite a few people who would likely be interested in learning the Arena-based Roleplaying style and would probably benefit from having such an area to begin and receive feedback. That's something that's always been discussed, three issue has ALWAYS been getting people involved.

Name the place you first began roleplaying.

Myyearbook before it deleted he forums(the most active part of the site. Literally one of our to posts had 1000000+ posts). Then moved here and spent time on Gateway

In all honestly, I could probably point to each mod and tell you exactly why they aren't really active, or only active for a bit, or not really involved.

But I won't do that. It's certainly not my place.

I just know it used to be different. But, it's a totally different group of mods now.

They used to be. A LOT more. But, things changed after Guildfall. It was more or less, specifically requested that they stay out of things, as far as using a specific Username for "Official Post", etc. I mean, they could obviously contribute to forums and such... but it just stopped being how it was.

On a possibly related note... I miss Sophi. :/
