Any disagreements people have about Religion aside it is unarguably a influence on people's culture and personality.

So quite simply it would simply be an RP injustice to try to avoid or not address it with your characters.

(What? No long rant on Religion? Are you ok Gwazi?)
I'm fine, this is just a pretty clear cut case in my opinion. If something plays an effect on people it's something that RP's should at the very least address.

sweeeeeeeeeeeet.... well im going to work on the ooc i'll get it up as soon as

as? :P
I'm pretty sure Lost Cause means the post order part. Which I admit i missed earlier and would cause issues.
People have real lives and can't afford to constantly post in a set order. The only way I can see everyone making it is if the wait between posts was fairly significant, in which case the RP would go so slow you'd just have people lose interest outright.
Roose Hurro said Sorry, could have worded that better. As in, if the lady says no to his interest, he'll accept it and move on, though he is perfectly able to form a non-romantic friendship with the opposite sex. In other words, he's not the "pushy" type. That's what I meant. And I mentioned it because it was a point of character development. Aaand this topic has its focus on the romantic elements of roleplay.

Ah okay then. :P
I was worried for a moment there.
So Low to Mid Casual then? I can keep up with that :)
I'm in.
I might be able to work with that, depends on how much is happening though.

I can't type several paragraphs if it's all inner monologue, or being extremely detailed about the environment. But I can if it's about actual events and interactions taking place.
Griever said Eh, I don't think that's necessarily true. Just because you tolerate a different demographic, doesn't mean you have to tolerate behaviors by that group. For example, I have many intelligent, successful black friends, but I still openly condemn the ratchetness that is so prevalent in the Afro-American community. I am, for all intents and purposes, a black-American ally and my condemnation of the worst aspects of black culture does not diminish that.

GAH! My Grammar! D:

Anyways, fair point.

On better reflection it would of been more accurate for me to say, "You are a LGBTQ supporter, but one who still confines people to sex/gender roles" for those who like masculine Gay men but not the feminine ones.
Brovo said So you called in sick to marathon a video game?... Hmm... No, sorry, I don't think I could really get this. I'd have never gotten away with this level of irresponsible behaviour. Two different lives, though, I'm struggling to comprehend why you would even want to ditch what is quintessentially free education for a video game you can play anytime.

That was the case with me though, my parents were completely fine with it because I was already doing better in school than most people were. I technically could of done it later, but I was honestly just too excited to wait, I wanted to play it right then and there. But I also wanted to enjoy the experience of marathoning it for the first play-through, just cause all the narrative and story tends to be richer and more engaging for me if it's all done in one sitting and is the first time I'm seeing it.

Hell last week I basically spent day and night doing nothing but marathoning Game of Thrones for similar reasons, though it's summer so I wasn't missing school this time. Also with the show I could of waited a bit, but Mass Effect was a series I played a lot of since I was 12, so there was years of enjoyment, loyalty and excitement all built up making me want to play Mass Effect at that very moment.

School was rather relaxed and not teaching much atm anyways, I ended up coming to school the next day and finding out I had missed absolutely nothing. Though my High School was rather shitty and ill-prepared in general.
I wasn't doubting you originally said that. :P
I said it like that just to poke fun at that in this case it was technically Rilla and you just approved.

But yea I do agree, an RP isn't truly dead until every last roleplayer in it gives up on it.
