Being honest for the longest time I just imagined you as the person from Trigun because you had that as your profile picture for so long.
Once you changed though it just kind of defaulted to a generic straight hair, no glasses. Nothing real specific, more a blurry silhouette to use as a consistent face once you started changing profile pics.

That Academic Adrenaline thing sure sounds like me... when I'm in the mood to do work I swear it's like all the fun things around me don't stop being distractions, it's almost like they become weirdly repulsive... o.o So yeah I get my work done.

That describes almost every college person I know, which I just cannot relate to.
I mean, I have sat down and focused on projects before to the point it blows classmates away. But that was always when I was actually genuinely interested in the assignment.

If it's ever an assignment I dislike or hate I can barely pay attention to it, while others seem to be able to generally stream-roll through no matter what it is.

To be fair, my friends say the same thing about me.
Though I think I'm more just trolling annoying than insane character annoying.

Nothing wrong with it before anyone get's the idea I'm saying that, it's just different than the image I had in my head.

Foxxie said I figured as much. I just hope either Kaga has an iron will or Henry settles down once college starts becoming a little more of the student's burden that it tends to be. Otherwise, this honeymoon phase might come to a crashing halt when midterms and intense scholastic periods come around.

That's really program specific, some like mine remain easy sailing the full way through other than placement.
Some throw a ton of work at you right at the start.
Some slowly ease you into the work load.
And some procrastinate and throw assignments at you during the last week or two.

Generally though, as stressed as I've seen people get over it they've always managed to remain civil and sort it all out rather rationally rather than say an all night coffee rush.
They handle it so well it's as if they got some sort of Academic Adrenaline mode going that prevents them from breaking down... :/

Then again, all these observations are made from either in class or clubs. I was never a dorm student so I've never seen first hand how other college students react in privacy.

From what I understand Kaga just started college this month.

Personally since I kind of been thrown into a position of leadership this time though I'm waiting until we have a better of idea of where we're going with this before deciding if I bring back my old character or not.

I don't know you that well so I can't say if they're right or wrong.
But note they're looking at Sheldon as shown by the TV series, not Sheldon if they lived with him 24/7.

I'm not sure what country you are in and it's understandable that it's hard to find help in form of foodstamps for a young single man but in the US and I'm sure most first world countries, there are food banks and churches willing to feed you. Most cities have them set up in the central part of town for easier access. Also reddit has a few subreddits about frugal living and even places to find financial help. I haven't read them too indepth but on my cruising for funny cat pictures I've seen they exist. I wish I could help more other than to tell you to keep pushing and don't be too proud to ask for help if it means you not starving.

Even if you count as an adult there has to be some kind of welfare system or charity that will aid you. If not a food drive or generous church.
(As much as I speak out against Religion in OT I have grown up around a very kind and caring Church. One that constantly helped feed children and ran youth groups. If there's one like that in your area you should be fine).

That and don't turn away help from your friends and girlfriend. You may not want it, but imagine if the situation was reversed and it was your girlfriend struggling to get by. Would you not want her to come to you for help rather than simply try handling it on her own?

I know personally if when I had a girlfriend a long time ago if she was ever in such a situation I'd be far more miserable finding out about her situation and that she hid it from me than I would be if she just came to me for help.

Note: That's just a hypothetical, although I have been in a relationship before they never were actually in such a situation.

To clarify, posting an interest check for a PG 13+ RP in public is fine (as long as there's no actual PG 13+ content in the interest check).

But any in character post that is more than PG 13+ is what needs to go to PM.

Like I pointed out earlier, it's all a matter of how communities communicate. If they were legit, honest and sincere death threats then I'd be all for stopping them altogether. But considering it's just how people talk, it's a waste of man-power when we can easily just recognize for what it is, ignore it and focus on actual issues.

I feel the need to point out people say the same about characters like Sheldon in Big Bang Theory. Where although fun and awesome with the stories, is someone that would actually drive you nuts in real life.

Henry's the one on the left. The girl on the right is me. If you want to live with her I should warn you that she tends to laugh uncontrollably in her sleep. Her dreams must be fucking hilarious or something. @_@ Particularly, one night she was laughing while saying something about "basement pizza"... I have no idea what was going on there, and apparently I will never know, since she completely forgot the dream when she woke up.

Do you actually have curly hair or is that part of the drawing?
Also are you both meant to be wearing glasses there or is that just eyes?

For some reason I can't find it atm, but I remember some entries in the game about Flemeth and how she made deals with a demon that in someway involved a former lover. But then said lover betrayed her and she went bat shit crazy.
