Cortez soon got back to Red Base with the alien in the seat. He got out, carried the wounded alien over his shoulder and went inside the base. Then upon seeing an agent inside the base he dropped the alien instantly, drew his pistols at her and yelled "Halt in the name of Mother Red! I am Cortez leader of Red Base! Identify yourself!".

Yarin was one among the arriving group of visitors. He had originally heard of this place through old fairy tales, but dismissed them as such until travelers began reporting odd sightings in the desert. Yarin being both curious enough and living close enough chose to tag along a group of people fully convinced of this places existence, he didn't have much hope it was. But looking for it would be fun... except he actually did find it. His eyes were wide open in shock, disbelief and wonder at the surrounding environment, his very first action was to dip his finger in the lake and swish it around, making sure it was actual water and this wasn't one giant mirage.
