Is there even a need for spam if everyone is just skyping now?
I've had some friendly flashpoint groups.
Though I did play flashpoints ALOT which may be why.

I outright hate it when you get those people who demand to spacebar though, and then get furious when you don't.
That's a very respectable and rational stance and opinion to have on funerals.
There are many cases of people feeling even worse at funerals cause the whole thing basically constantly reminds them the person is dead, and forces them to focus on it exclusively.

But sadly, culture has basically drilled it into people that "going to a funeral = respect". So naturally they make the connection of "not going to a funeral = disrespect". It's silly and irrational reasoning, but people were raised to think that way. So you're going to get flak for it, even if you are fully in the right.

But Poland man... Poland is so good in BNW.
A lot of the heroics are doable solo, it just takes a lot more patience and time. To the point it would be far faster to get a friend.
Bounter Hunter's have it easier cause their very first companion is a healer, the best one to have when soloing.

However as much as I like the Old Republics story telling, it was big design problems. It requires you to grind you essentially everything so you're at a level to keep up with the story fights. Working with players offers about no benefit other than social points and speeding things faster, they could use a system that makes it actually more engaging. :/

Though an MMO is always hugely reliant on the communtiy, a good communtiy lets it flourish. A nasty one will cause it to die because socialness is essentially needed to do a lot of the stuff in the game.

Yes, I agree. He's very talented with a trombone. Honestly, I never understood the trombone. It looks like you have to guess where the notes are.I personally liked the child in the background, I thought it was amusing.I quite like it, really.

Back in elementary school I had classmates learning the trombone. They make you practice holding the handle at set places/positions, essentially hard wiring the note locations in your brain so you don't need any visual cue on the instrument itself.
Being perfectly honest, the popularity of super heroes seems to be shifting. DC has been getting a number of complaints with superman and batman, while Marvel has gained nothing but high praise for their work. And all the works either involve a group of heroes, or a solo hero who is also part of a larger group elsewhere (avengers). So the idea of superman being "thee" hero is getting weaker, the popularity and fan base just is not as high anymore.

I will fully admit that any super hero RP though, may you go the super man route or the avengers route has serious power scaling issues. It would take a skilled and controlled group of players to properly handle and manage abilities and their use. But at the same time, let's remember the whole point of the genre is for insanely powerful people. I can completely get why that may draw people off (and is probably a big reason for people not doing hero rp's). But I still find it to be a more popular topic than anime (unless if you look at free, free tends to go anime crazy).
First I feel the need to highlight, you're asking this on an Internet community. A community that has a higher than average percentage of people who feel odd/out of place in society, those who flee to online social circles because real life one's reject them. So the general opinion you get here probably won't actually be representative of the general opinion of people overall.

That being said, Aspergers is Autism but at the high functioning side of the spectrum (People have started to try separating the two though, so I'm assuming your doctors didn't inform you of that part). So if you know what Autism is, try picturing it. Then imagine a less severe version, that's essentially Aspergers. Almost all the traits you see in autism such as sensitivity, pattern fixation, lack of ability to adapt, social difficulties, language issues, stimming etc. are all symptoms that can pop up in Aspergers. The only difference is they are either less severe, you have less of the symptoms, or there's both less symptoms and those symptoms are less severe.

Just felt that should get clarified, because you seemed unsure about it and if it may play a role in your difficulties and anxiety is life. Which most likely it is playing a role. Now that being said people without a diagnosis can also find people odd, or not socialize all the time. But they are common difficulties found among people with Autism.

As for your Halloween choice?
Just do what you want to do, the point of those halloween in parties is to have fun.
So if you want to go and think you'll have fun there then go, if you don't want to go than stay home and enjoy Halloween another way.

Magic -You aren't differentiating RP audience with general audience (partly because I didn't clarify that I was speaking about it in that way).Seeing something also doesn't correlate to wanting to play in that universe. In a lot of the superhero universes, unless you go Heroes, X-Men, or Avenger's routes, only one person can be 'the Batman', 'the Superman', etc. That genre's prominent examples takes the special snowflake concept to an extreme where only a few people get to be special.I brought up the broadness of Anime because that is what Yog was speaking about. That'd be like comparing a specific car manufacturer to an entire market of imported cars. It seems silly. However, Bleach and Naruto work well as a roleplay concept (and are likely attractive) because there is a wider populace that has access to abilities, which is generally not something available in the other genres. You don't have worry about fighting about who gets to be 'the Batman' in it. I think it can be a lot easier to make a character that can fit into that universe and be what you want. From an entirely balance perspective, it can be a lot easier to refine the scope of power in the way that anime's divide up power into named techniques.I would prefer we not make blanket judgments on which has more variety. I'm not going to really speak on it because it is entirely subjective, but I've seen some incredibly unique concepts in anime AUs.EDIT: Pachamac very succinctly captured my point.

Like I said though, you can't really do the 'special snowflake' hero RPs. But the one's that focus on many mutants and heroes flourish. Those are the one's I've seen happen on the guild constantly. As for Heroes and X-Men not counting? I think we might be having a miscommuncation now.

When I think superhero RP I'm thinking anything that gives people special powers and abilities, but still was to be in modern society and it can't be something that the everyday person posses.
But I assume you're thinking more directly "Man flys on cape and sends the evil scientist to Jail" sort of concept.

And if we're defining superhero RPs that way then I have to agree, it is greatly uncommon compared to anime RPs.
