KIra's laugh is pretty awesome. :P

I just went ahead and watched the Japanesse Digimon theme song... It's not nearly as catchy as the english one. :/
And this is coming from someone who almost always watches anime with subs.

In all seriousness though, that is a valid criticism. Digimon World 2 did seriously annoy me with how unnecessarily complex it's digivolving system was.
And you're right, it probably is why pokemon games were far more successful. It's just that the digimon games I played (which were few, cause due to lack of popularity/availability combined with Japan keeping a lot to themselves) I loved everything about other than their digivolving mechanics, the fact each game was different was a bit of a charm for me cause it meant a new experience each time.

I need to start streaming the show though, I last watched digimon as a kid. And as a kid I relied on cable, so when the channels in my area canceled digimon for some court case show I was completely unable to keep up with it. :(
See's constant mention of Digimon.

It's Intro is just the best, and honestly I liked it even more than pokemon.
Digimon show = Far better than pokemon.
Digimon games = Just as good, but sadly didn't seem to get close to as popular.
I personally go to funerals, I find being around my family at the time of a loved one's death helps.
That and it helps with closure to have that one final goodbye.

But having been at several funerals before I completely get why people wouldn't want to go, it is really an environment that could very easily just make someone feel even worse about the whole thing.

"demand to spacebar"? Dafuq does that mean?

Basically what Derp said.
They want you skip all the dialogue just so they can grind through the flashpoint.
May it be for loot, social points or experience. Which really bugs me for two reasons.

1) It's a Bioware game, there main focus is story. You're playing the wrong game if that's what you want to be skipping.
2) There are many combat oriented flashpoints in that game, those spacebar people can just be playing those instead.
You're claiming others should post in higher quality (a subjective term) and then fully admit you're guilty of the same in free but it doesn't count apparently cause that's just for fun. Even though you're entire complaint is that people RP just for fun and not for artistic reasons.

So yea, you're being a hypocrite.
@ Everyone claiming superheroes and anime are being generalized.

I barely commented of the lore/subject matter of anime or super heroes themselves (outside of that there are some solo heroes, and some group heros. That's not a generalization, that's observable numbers. Batman = 1, Avengers = More than 1, therefore group). I mainly commented on the general popularity and interest of the fields, not the content of the fields themselves.

So, feel free to say that I may be generalizing peoples opinions on those genres. But do not claim I'm generalizing anime or super heroes themselves. Cause I never did such a thing. Unless if you count "Having powers, and then do anything you want" as generalizing. But in which case you better have a damn good reason to explain how "anything you want" = generalizing.

Yog Sothoth said Wow a lot of you made really generalizing statements about superheroes and it tells me none of you read a lot of comics.

Thank you for your well worded, and represented argu...

Yog Sothoth said Most people dismiss superheroes because they're American and have never really picked up a comic.

Nevermind.
The hypocrisy is strong with this one.
Everybody wants to be safe, but is safety too dangerous to be left in the hands of governments?

What if we had the ability to have some privacy? If a kid goes outside they can play with their friends, be active, and have a social life. If we could have free will we could make sure that another Stalin and Hitler wouldn't happen, and even if they do we have an effective way to get them out. Imagine if that dictator was about to commit genocide?; isn't it better that we have free will to ensure these sick things never happen?

What if we had a way to have a personal life? What if we were respected as individuals? Life might actually not be a living hell for some people. Lack of freedom don't always make you do bad things, but lack of freedom will ALWAYS lead to violence (America), and we need to respect the population to avoid that violence.

What if our law enforcement wasn't allowed to do anything they want to innocent people? They need a good reason. Why do you want an unrestricted authority? Do you like being hounded and abused? If you're a responsible person you have nothing to complain about. In my eyes, if you request a warrant then you know you're basic rights.

Imagine if we weren't allowed to instantly arrest and torture everyone because of terrorist paranoia?

How many people live in wealth and continue to throw money on unnecessary golden toilets? Why are people want to be harassed for basic support? Why would you want to be treated less than human? Do you actually respect yourself?

I believe a better world is a free world, but a free world is only possible through respect and common sense. Not dictatorship and paranoia.
