Nope, I don't use any of those things because if I wanted people to know what I ate or when I take a shit, I'd tell them. And I don't need to see all the old, unfunny memes that were on 4chan and reddit weeks before. Also, good luck with the make up thing, Briza. Sounds very weebish you should get a lot of votes from the guild.
It is true a lot of people are like that on facebook, but a lot of people aren't.
The only time I may post anything food related on facebook is if it is an insanely odd thing (Like a poutine burger).
The vast majority of what I do is take up in facebook groups (which varies from spam like activities, talking about games, debating and organizing gaming sessions), use it to organize events (such as when a party or d&d session is happening) or share something with friends that I find particularly interesting.
What you get from facebook is honestly hugely dependent on who you add and the communities you choose to get involved with.
