I always respond to OOC tags within 10 minutes, but I respond to PMs within 10 days. I don't know why- I suppose it's just because PMs are so easy to brush aside and forget about

By the way, I don't mean that my nation will be ultra-violent, simply that my people's religion requires that we challenge others to test their worth. They will actually be pretty co-operative to those nations who they feel respect for.

Haven't decided on a place yet.
Also, my nation is shaping up to be a bit more fantasy than the others. I'll try not to take it too far, of course, but it's probably gonna be a wee bit odd. No magic, but many of my people won't be human if that's acceptable.
