No, I don't think you should watch Game of Thrones. I'm fairly sure you lack the ability to appreciate the complex and layered, occasionally overlapping storylines, extensive character depth and development, or hours upon hours of (very interesting, but to one such as yourself no doubt boring) politics.

As advised, I revised Aran's history slightly. He flees Altakiril at age 14 now, dodging military conscription by less than a year, and I reduced his current age by a few cycles to reflect that change. Thanks for accepting me! I'm excited to start our lawless piratical space opera adventure.
