I would not put to much stock into it. Estonia and Lituania are both Nato countries. Russia would not invade it as that would be going into a straight up war with the rest of the world. WW3 would not happen, Russia would be massacred. China won't help them, they have been eyeing Russian border territories for decades. And the economic sanctions have actually started to hit Russian economy hard, especially since Russia made counter sanctions that only proved detrimental to Russia itself. They are nowhere near as powerfull as Soviet once were, they would not risk any sort of war with NATO. Russia waving the nuclear dick around is desperation. The stuff they have been doing has backfired against them in the longrun and they know it.

Also, we really need less super hotshots. Snow white runs the city more or less, people are generally under her or dead. We need more street level kind of charachters. Cops, Talented goons, vigilantes, local establishment owners such as Casino owners and what.
Viable on lower elo if you have synergy for it, yes. Some players don't know how to handle kill lanes like Jarvan and leona per example. Or sustain ap lanes like Soraka Veigar. A good player is at an advantage however, with the regular meta against those.
The reason people follow the meta is becouse it's simply easier to carry that way.

Classic literature would be preffered.
I'mma say No. Its not fairytale, its not a childrens fable or something close to the sorts. it's a religius, biblical thing straight up and really illfitting.. Christianty is a huge thing that people in the setting still know about. It would be really wierd to have actual creature from it referenced. I say no. I suggest looking up grimms tales and fables.
