Physical Description/Picture:

Standing a none to imposing 5'7, Louise carry himself like he owns the place regardless. He has a flair and a flamboyancy to him that makes him very eyecatching. His black locks of hair are unruly and always all over the place. His facial features are soft, androgynous and downright pretty.  He dresses at all times in custom cut suits that do nothing but enhance his gender ambigius looks. His eyes are a clear, vibrant green, his skin rather pale without seeming sickly. 

Strengths: 
Blood Seer; The bloodline of Louise Cotton runs deep and is rife with mystery. But one thing that is clear is that their unique power is what has kept them alive. Louise is only a novice when it comes to his power, despite being 60 years into his undeath. His kind has a sixth sense that relates to blood. With a single drop of blood, Louise can discern the age, basic motivation and relative power of other vampires And if you hand him a entire bowl all kinds of secrets would unravel. This also means that when he drinks from normal people, he learn alot about them in one go. 

Call of the Blood: A power more unique to him then his bloolinem this offshot of the Blood Seer ability allows Noir to keep a track on people whos blood he has imbued, even across large distances.

Weakness: 
Being a blood seer is something that can quickly turn around on you however. Drinking to much to quickly muddles his senses and overloads the mind with memories and information not his own. Thus he must find new victims each time he has to feed, and directly after feeding his powers do not function properly. He likens it to drinking and driving.

For all intents and purposes, There are alot of more scarier things out there then Louise. He is not a very physically imposing vampire compared to most others.

Motivations: Revenge and power. Louise hates being made a fool, and his turning was equal amounts punishment for trying to outsmart a vampire as it was a mercy to keep him alive after Madammes thrall stabbed him. He wishes to take his Sires place as the ”bloodhound” and make it so that nobody dare mess with him again.

History:
Born to a small, but well off family, Louise (Then known as John) was a the only child of a Banker. A carefree kid, he grew up in a city during the roaring 20's, the less roaring 30's and the down right brutal 40's. He was a smart kid, he was quickly catching on to the needs of people. He knew information was the key to success even at the tender age of 13. He would spy on neigbours and then trade what he knew for treats and favors. He would hoard information by the age of 17, constantly updating himself on who was who, and with who day hanged out. His father was concerned, to say the least. But he was also a bright kid, and he his grades never suffered noticably. By the time he hit his 20's, he had mapped out a large part of the local nightlife and its majore players. It was then he decided to start working towards his ambitions. By then, he had grown distant from his parents, having moved from his native home of New York to Charlston. He partnered up with a friend from college and the two, both with substantial funds and ambitions at their disposal. The two started a sort of two man con scheeme where they among other things, scammed people trough fake warbonds. They were good, and between the two of them, they extorted, scammed and conned people all down the east coast.

Their endgame was to start up a nightclub, it was at the end of worldwar two and the american industrial machine was in full swing. There were people with money to spend, there were veterans with stories to tell and America was the undeniable good guys. IT was a time of forward thinking and uncertainty. Perfect for a conartist. The two set out to purchase a club, a rundown place with a storied career as Jazzclub and speak easy. Only there was another buyer, and whoever it was kept matching their bids. Smelling blood in the water, Louise thought he might be able to use this. He began researching the mystery buyer, and stole property from under her nose by funneling funds into others who were interesting in the properties as well. He started a real estate war. 

But he was bidding against Madamme Blanche, within the Vampire community known as powerful, vindictive creature of a woman. And she did not take lightly to being showed up. Especially when she knew her opponent was a young, albeit clever, man. So she did what Blanche does best. She moved a bulk of her money into a lucrative deal that drew Louise in, and then beat him at his own game. She contacted and enthralled his companion, making him sign over his share of the deal to her in secret. 

Only Louise tried to pull a fast one on her, having realized his friend had been compromised. He liquidated all his assets and tried to leave town. Only of course, Blanche had somehow acquired a drop of his blood. She tracked him down easily enough, and when he was cornered, he tried to bargain with her. His deal ended with a blade to the gut and a ultimatum. Sign over all his holdings to her, and she would spare him his life. He accepted. And that is when she turned him.

Nowadays, Louise run the very club that got him into the mess in the first place, keeping to the shadows and plotting. Officially, John Lenburn was found dead down stream some 60 years ago. Louise Noir however, is a active member of the Charlston vampire community. A blood pimp and information dealer by trade, the club keeps him financially stable. His passion however, is to keep a eye on everything, and trying to come up with a way to unseat Madamme.

Joseph Bevvy (Associate, Thrall), A thrall under Louise care. He runs the day by day operations of the Web Lounge for Louise.

Age: 34 and 30. Sired 15 years ago.
The Levou siblings are the muscle and protectors of Louise, who took up guardianship off them after Blanche killed their Sire. Their Sire was late on payment, a lowlife dreg who had sired the two serve under him as a smash and grab crew. Of course, being phenomenally stupid idea to use actual vampires as robbers never occurred to him. Louise came to know about this after realizing one of his longtime customers, Minnie, had turned up as a vampire and unwisely bled all over his nice new carpet after a botched job. With her blood he learned all he needed and contacted the Baron, going over his Sires head. IT occurred to the Baron, who knew this unlawful siring reflected poorly on him, that he should reward Louises swiftness. BLanche and Noir showed up with two enforcers of their own to kill their Sire. The two siblings however, were deemed useful as they had been clever enough to seek out someone other then their Sire. And as they come from a bloodline that specializes in resilience, they were rewarded to Louises care. They've been his eager and loyal muscle since.

Strengths:
Scarification Armor: Upon tearing trauma, their blood seep out and cover the immediate area and scar before coagulating and becoming durable to the level of kevlar

Weaknesses: Even though they are relatively young, they consume well above the average amount of blood. And their powers only work for so long as they got enough blood to keep it going. In short, their power make them bleed out and go into frenzy faster. 

A thrall who has worked for Lousise for nearly 20 years. Due to the helpful nature of vampire blood, he is a healthy man, albeit still aging and very much human. He owes Louise his life, as he was a poor economics student who just gotten evicted and was on the limit of both his patience and wits. He answered a add for a place as a accountant, showing up in a rain and mudcaked suit. After being extensively question and giving a sample of his blood (Allegedly for drug testing), Louise realized Joseph was perfect. He had no family, nobody to miss him. He was out on the street so had every reason to be thankful and loyal to the job. He hired the young man on the spot, and in time, turned him into a Thrall. Louise is very fond of Joseph, much like a cat is very fond of a particular toy. 

Age: A lady never tells

"The bloodhound" is one of the most influential vampires in the French Quarters. Known and feared for her immense skills as a blood seer, it is said her powers extend well past that of any of her children. She can feel your blood, discern your weaknesses without even tasting it. Her nickname comes from the fact that even the Monarch himself call upon her skills to track down targets of his ire. She is also a financial wizard, known to do things with numbers and others peoples money that would make a banker hide in the bathroom.
