Take advantage of that. But don’t fall into the cycle of self pity, not without taking steps to do something about the problems at least. Alcohol is just an enabler for that.

The scale definitely didn’t help, I’m sure. Starting back from square one, making choices for you and the things that matter to you only, will probably be a good point to turn things around.

I'm just.. tired of being confused about what choices to make. I wish thigns were clear, but picking a choice nowadays is like picking a rock up in a river. What your left with is muddy water no matter the rock you chose.

Like I said. More relatable than you know. Everyone has to deal with it. Trust me when I say this isn’t meant as harshly as it sounds, but the only difference between people is whether or not they’re gonna cry about it. Choices always had to be made before, and always will need to be made in the future. You can’t let that be the thing to keep you down though, or you’ve already lost.

It’s more relatable of a trait than you’d think. If anyone tells you they were the king of good choices, they’re almost definitely lying.
*Takes my own water and drinks a bit*
But it’s never too late to steer in that direction.
