This Saturday I'll be changing state, so if I go silent that's what I'll be doing until I get settled in, which shouldn't take too long. I'll be posting regularly up until that point. After Saturday, I'll be in a training school and we'll see how my battle rhythm goes once that starts.

@vosenedich@vosenedichNow as for starting slave roles, I can see Merlin and Poe having similar jobs lol. I can see Merlin being tasked in the library. I also see Poe tasked in the library as well. But he can always bee a birdkeeper. This game has technology as high as steampunk but we can always use the Game of Thrones message system, ie. birds. :)

Basic Personality: Merlin is a very reserved lady, who often preffers to be ignored rather than be included into unnecesary chit-chatter. She is often concerned about what is to come and what must be done, and is the first to commit to a personal sacrifice for the greater good.

Psychological/Social Issues: She is so concerned about the future that she often forgets to live the present, distancing herself from everything that might derail her plans.

Appearance: Merlin's a short frail-looking girl, a look betrayed only by the slick muscles she's developed through thorough slavework around the household. Her golden hair shaved clean glimmers in the sunlight, contrasting against her dirty rags. A triskelion shaped birthmark spans the width of her left breast.

Natural Abilities:

• Seer – Merlin held a great power to see the future in her past life, which shows as foreshadowing dreams and fragmented hallucinations in this one.
• Daughter of Magic – Merlin was once a mediator for all fey and supernatural of Britania. While a lot weaker in this reincarnation, her natural charm and disposition to the non-human (beasts and monsters) remains.

Power: Arcane Arts - Some said Merlin earned her powers from a pact with the Last Dragon, others that it was the Fey King Oberron that granted her control over the winds, and yet others that it was his non-human ascendancy that made him powerful. Whatever remains of her powers in this life serves her to pass off as little more than a conjourer of cheap tricks.

Clarification: I'm basing this character off of the original depiction of Merlin, as a woman born from a incubus and a human, who uses the powers she inherits from her father to plot the birth of Arthur and lead Britania into an age of glory.

Maximum age is 12. So she needs to be 12.

"Arcane Arts" is not a specific enough power set. You need to be specific about the spells that she can cast. At this time, seeing as they are kids who don't really remember their past life, they wouldn't remember much about their powers either. She will have one spell at this time. When the Great Time Skip occurs later, the characters will be much older and therefore, the relationship building that they do now is crucial for events in the future. Say, if they choose to reunite later. They may not even recognize each other all that much because last they remember is that they were all bald prepubescent kids lol. But yes, by then, they should have more powers/spells unlocked.

@ShaggyDoo0I see Crassus making Robin a hunter. He'll have to bring home the meat or die trying lol.

Leon is going to be a pit fighter. He will be hiding a lot because he wants desperately to sleep but because his fights don't seem to stop and just happen whenever, he'll always get caught sleeping. They even use the dogs to find him when he's hiding.

I have a feeling Robin would find Leonidas a few times just out cold asleep lol. I don't know if he would try to help him by keeping the dogs away, but if he's caught, even HE could get in trouble.

Physique: His physique is misleading. Appearing small and frail, he is often underestimated by his opponents.
Complexion: Olive
Immunities: Infection, parasites, and the cold.
Weaknesses: Leon is naive. This naivety having cost him his life in the past. Perhaps too caught up in command, he was unable to see Ephiaites’s betrayal and the vulnerable hole in his defense at the rear of his formation.

Titles & Feats: None

Basic Personality: Leon is a quiet boy due to his head always being in the clouds. He is a daydreamer and he will speak when spoken to often proving to be a friendly person. He carries a lot of pride and self-esteem and doesn't like when those two characteristics are challenged. Even when faced with impossible odds, Leon's courage and determination to succeed shine true to the end.

Psychological/Social Issues: He isn't very good at understanding sarcasm and he takes most claims as truth. This makes him seem rather naive or not well-versed in the social amusements of the later generations.

Appearance: Like the rest of the child laborers, Leon's head was shaved of his dark and curly brown hair. He is one of the shortest boys in the group as well as the fiercest when it comes to combat. Straps of cloth are tied about his knuckles and feet to protect them when he is hammering them against an opponent's face. He wears shorts made of itchy sackcloth.

Natural Abilities:

• Resilient – Leon was able to survive the rigorous hoplite training in his past life. His physical and mental toughness are to be rivaled.
• Predator – He has been able to see the hole in the enemy’s defense. One on one; this ability is advantageous, against an army, it relies on the abilities and faith of his own soldiers.

Power: Extraordinary Strength – Mentally and physically, Leon has demonstrated a strength that is above average for a human. Greek historian Herodotus believed his family to be descendants of Hercules, which can be traced back 20 generations. It is perhaps this bloodline that gives Leon his tenacity.

Appearance: Merlin's appearance often changes, mostly to suit the needs of the current plan. Her true appearance however is that of a young lady, with long wavy blonde hair, a slender and slightly curvacious body that seems frail, but hides the strength of a half-demon. Her usual apparel includes a long dark blue cloak over a white robe and blue corsette.

Natural Abilities:
>Seer – Merlin was born with the gift of oracles, and planned the road to a better future for all of Britania.
>Daughter of Love and Magic– Merlin is a powerful being of magic due to her conception, and as such is often recognized as a superior being by other fey and supernatural.

Power: Arcane Arts - Aside from the powers commonly seen on Incubus/Succubus, Merlin has gained access to powerful magic and used to count incredible beings as her friends. It is perhaps the Last Dragon, whose flame wrought Excalibur, that stands at the top of the list, and from whom she learnt to control her powers.

All of the characters start off as children. I recommend reading the second post of the OOC, the character section again. They are also child laborers/slaves under Crassus. They don't remember who they were in their past lives, but they know their names and barely even that.

Also use the explanation as a guide for writing out the CS. Some areas are preset and not meant to be filled or altered.
