I'm having way too much fun with my Legend of Zelda Encylopedia. This is the game that got me into roleplaying so have a lot invested in it's lore and stories. Too bad can't have all the games too.

"I see this monkey has quite a loud howl." Glacier eyed Wolf with the look of someone who considered the saiyan a mere insect. "A soldier who does not know his place needs discipline. Yari Yari, I suppose I may have to get involved after all." Glacier rubbed the back of her neck as she casually strolled up to Wolf. She considered her options, perhaps a death beam in a non-vital section of the body, or she could show his neck just how powerful her tail was, making sure only the barest amount of oxygen made it to his brain to keep him alive. There were so many good options but if she applied took much power he could easily die, there were also the onlookers who might interfere if she got too violent.

"You know, I believe your race was always rather hardheaded, perhaps I'll test that theory for a bit." Glacier grabbed Wolf by the head and started to squeeze. Her fingers dug into his skull, and she lifted him up by her grip alone. She may only have access to her first form but she was still quite powerful. "I have very little doubt that your race tends to have rather large veins on your foreheads, probably because they need to overcompensate in trying to get blood toward that small brain of yours. I may be a bit biased but then again, I have a right to be." Glacier, despite what she was saying did not smirk or smile, but looked at him with a dead-pan expression, as if he was just a useless weight to dispose of.

"Many noble beings of your race was raised on this planet but I suppose the apple fell quite far from the tree when the dark saiyans were created." As she droned on she kept increasing the pressure on his skull to maximize the pain. Glacier's tail waved around at the others in the room to warn them to stay put, "You know I suppose you could try to kill me right now to escape this but if you do you'll be seen for who you really are and you'll certainly not make it out here alive. Then you would not be able to apologize properly to the people here, you seemed so sincere before, surely you would not go back on your word now?"
Well drama will soon arrive cause Glacier is going to get a little bit violent on that smart aleck Wolf. Don't worry, he's not in danger of dying, just a lot of pain and humiliation.
Name: Dahlia Bramble

Aka: Dendrobate

Age: 24

Appearance:

Bio: Dahlia Bramble was kidnapped as a small child by Hydra and put into one of its many secret programs. The particular program was created in order to engineer deadly assassins capable of handling the deadliest of poisons and toxins with little risk to themselves. Subjecting to cruel treatments and testing over the years they built up her immune system through the use of exotic poisons and drugs. Through consistent doses of poisons and rigid training, Dahlia’s body grew accustomed to toxins and eventually her body became virtually immune to every kind of poison known to man.

At the age of 13 the testing facility where she was being held and experimented on was taken over by S.H.I.E.L.D. operatives and she was freed; however, since she was trained to be an assassin from such a young age she really did not feel she could live a normal life and therefore took up residence with S.H.I.E.L.D. and before long was a special SHIELD operative. Due to her body’s immunity to poison SHIELD decided to capitalize on that so aside from regular SHIELD training she has been made into an expert on toxins and poisons. With her specialized training she excels in creating antidotes, administering dangerous toxins and chemicals, and potentially one of SHIELD’s most dangerous hitmen alive.

Due to her unique background she is often put in the field on threats deemed too dangerous for normal agents to handle. Often times her missions include biological threats with the potential to wipe out entire populations but she can more than handle herself. Even at times supervillians have to beware her poisons or meet an untimely defeat to her exotic devices. Human or alien, foes have to watch out for her sting.

Personality: Dahlia is a unique one to be sure, some think that her personality is a bit warped due to her early childhood of HYDRA upbringing which is probably true to a certain extent. Quite eccentric, Dahlia knows how to have a good time, be it with booze or battle she tries to enjoy life to its fullest. Dahlia adores dangerous work as she feels the most alive during such battles of life and death. She also has a bit of a dry wit and her humor can be a rather tasteless at times.

Powers/traits/weapon(s) :
Poisonous Body: Through HYDRA’s program Dhalia Bramble’s body is quite full of poisons, especially her blood which prevents her from ever being a blood donor since it would kill the recipient. She cannot transfer her natural poisons through casual contact thankfully so you will not get poisoned just by touching her; however, if she manages swap bodily fluids with a target the poison will easily enter their system.
Poisonous Arsenal: A large majority of her weapons are coated with various poisons, ranging from neurotoxins to pain enhances and sleep inducers, this Dendrobate is more than ready to bring on various aliments to her foes. Throwing daggers, darts, knives, certain kinds of bullets, and even gas grenades of various toxins are at her disposal. She also sometimes brings along special vials of concentrated acids though she has to be careful with these as her body is not immune to acid.
Marksman: Just because she likes using fancy poisons does not mean she neglected more conventional fighting. She is well trained in small arms, grenade launchers, and sniper rifles. She is a very good shot and has been known to snipe enemies with just a pistol. Her marksmanship skill translates well to her thrown weapon ability as well.
Combat Styles: Ninjutsu, Silat, and Krav Maga are her main fighting styles though she is proficient in many others. She uses her combat style to end fights quickly and decisively. A fight is a fight so there is no real meaning to fighting ‘dirty’, anything goes when you’re taking down evil.

Other: Due to her highly toxic body, Dahlia has to keep in top physical shape to make sure her body’s toxic levels stay at livable levels. Dahlia therefore has a very strict training regiment to keep up her form and abilities since if she slacks off her body might lose ‘containment’ of its toxic culture. Also due to her poisonous body she is unable to have children since nothing can survive for very long in her body, including viruses.
While it was somewhat amusing to see the R'yak and Yu interact, Glacier was more than interested when she heard that there was currently a dark saiyan prisoner. Glacier's eyes narrowed, perhaps the humans had some potential after all, in any event this was a combination of good fortune and yet bad luck. "If what has been captured is truly a dark saiyan no doubt there is little time left before this planet is invaded." Still, despite their obviously short timetable there was certainly much that could be done before the enemy came. The machine may have not actually said they had captured a dark saiyan, but she had a hunch that they really did have one in the facility.

"It would be best if we get to work as soon as possible. If you allow it I am sure that R'yak here would be more than happy to extract any useful information from the dark saiyan. While I would like to do the interrogation myself I must admit my talents are much more suited to destroying than forcing someone to talk." Glacier experimentally clenched and unclenched a fist, thinking about tearing apart the dark one with her own hands; however she knew how to look at the big picture and she was not about to allow her emotions to force her to make rash decisions. If they could use the captured saiyan to their own advantage she was going to use him until he was useless.

As the company walked further into the lab Glacier realized she really did not know what to make of Yu. She seemed so...energetic, in any case she had better stop calling R'yak cute or the fur would fly, so to speak. Inside she was eager but on the outside she was as cool as ice, just how she had trained herself to be in order to survive.
Glacier smirked a little at Maximus, while he was machine there was still something to be read in body language. From its reaction it obviously recognized her species, it was somewhat nice to see that the ice-jinn still incited fear though it could make negotiations haphazard. Before she responded to the machine the Procyoniddian saw her, seeming honestly glad at seeing another survivor of the massacre. With a racial ally in the vicinity her chances of success were greatly boosted.

"I see, so you are here trying to find allies on this world. Indeed I have thought of procuring help in my revenge; however, I must say the power levels I have noticed so far are not exactly impressive, still they could be useful I suppose. The main reason I am here is because of a much more important nature than finding allies. While a small and insignificant planet the Earth none-the-less gave raise to some of the greatest fighters known to our universe. The reason I am here is to acquire their secrets so that I may prepare for my revenge, also I have need of a cure for a certain...ailment." Glacier decided to be vague about the 'ailment' on purpose as she figured it would be best not to put all her cards on the table at once. Her race was known for their naturally high power levels to the point of containing their full power in lesser forms, revealing that she was currently stuck in her most restrictive state might give them ideas such as taking her out as there were sure to still be bad feelings about her race as a whole.
Despite the jets attempts at pursuit Glacier was just so much faster and more mobile than the jets. She was able to fake them out with a double back and she watched as the jets flew away in pursuit of her 'shadow'. "Galactically substandard technology but their persistence is admirable. Now this is interesting, another power level headed toward the others." Glacier observed the other power level and noticed carefully its location until it got into the interference zone; however it was more than enough to pinpoint the location. Glacier quickly flew toward the sources and found what must have been interfering with her scouter, a building that was nestled in a nice location to avoid any public eyes.

"I hope they have the answers I seek." Glacier mumbled as she descended on the structure, which was already blaring with alarms. "It appears someone has already arrived uninvited." As there was no real point in hiding now, Glacier confidently walked into the structure, moving about with the grace and confidence of her proud race. It did not take too long before she was able to see at least three figures of note. There was some sort of large mechanical being, what appeared to be a human girl who seemed to be glomping onto a race she certainly had not expected to see, a Procyoniddian who had actually been one of her races allies in the war against the Dark Saiyans. He must have been the one to set the alarm considering the positioning of the three.

"I must say I am surprised to see one of your race here Procyoniddian, though I suppose you could say the same thing about me." Glacier continued to stride forward confidently even though the scouter was useless in judging the machine and girl's power levels, even stuck in her first form she could easily take care of herself if things went south. "Before you ask I am here for information foremost so you have little need to worry for yourselves or anyone else for that matter. I hope we can come to an...understanding."
Glacier was still searching but wherever those power levels were coming from had to be in an area or building that was scrambling her scouter's sensors. She tried messing with the bandwidth a bit to see if she could get a clearer reading but all she managed to find was how to make it even worse. She turned around when she started to hear some kind of whirling sound from behind her and saw a military grade helicopter armed to the teeth with missiles and machine guns.

"Halt! Surrender immediately and make no aggressive moves! You are ordered to stand down!" A speaker bellowed over the copter noise as Glacier merely glared at the machine. Looking through the window it was easy to tell that the crew had already radioed in for backup.

"Wonderful, I have been discovered by this planet's military force. Fighting with them would be a waste of my time. Hey you in there! I would appreciate it if you would just go away, I did not come here to play with weaklings." Glacier waved a hand at them, trying to get them to fly away but of course military people are stubborn and instead they increased the ante.

"Stand down immediately or we will open fire!" The helicopter blared at her annoyingly, being persistent as a cockroach.

"Is this how earthling's treat all their alien guests? They really can be quite savage for such a powerless species." Glacier sighed and cracked her neck a little. Not getting any real response from her the helicopter opened fire with machine gun fire and missiles. Glacier easily swatted away the missiles and pretty much ignored the bullets which were not even close to having any sort of penetration. Glacier considered swatting the copter out of the sky as well but it seemed that reinforcements had started to arrive in the form of other helicopters and jets.

"Taking them down is going to get me nowhere. I'm just going to lose them." Annoyed at the interference, Glacier dove into the trees and jetted away at incredible speeds, the helicopters were nowhere near fast enough though the jets were being annoying persistent and would take potshots at her from above. Bullets and missiles racked the ground, mostly behind her as she raced along. She would not doubt lose them, the question at the moment was when.
Her ship now certainly unsuited for flight there was little she could do with it for the moment except extract a few needed supplies and of course her custom designed and enhanced scouter. "You have served me well these past years, perhaps some day I can get you repaired. For now there are much more important things to do." Glacier gave one last look at the rather trashed machine before she started to fly through the air. Now that she was no longer trying to save the ship she was able to procure a good look at her surroundings. It appeared she had crash landed in a rather remote section of the planet, which overall was probably a good thing as there would be few witnesses to her arrival. The area seemed forested and a bit mountainous, of course this presented little problem to an ice-jin to whom flight was second nature. She activated her teal-tinted scouter and started to scan the horizon for collections of power signatures that would indicate life.

It was fairly easy to figure out that the largest clusters of power levels, quite small most of those numbers, indicated cities and towns on the planet. Power level based native lifeforms of the unintelligent variety tended to only have small colonies so the smaller clusters were to be ignored. Now what was of interest were a few power levels of decent size; however the signal for them was rather garbled and so would only flick on the scouter occasionally. The question was where to start her search, the cities would most likely have more medical technology which could lead to a scientific cure for her condition; however she would have to be careful to not create a panic in a city. The other good potential was to search for the higher power levels that she could catch glimpses of on occasion and hope those beings might have an answer to her problem, be it through training or some technique. Frankly either option had a low change of success, plus finding the higher power levels could prove difficult in the first place and going to the city could cause a mass panic.

"Neither option is very favorable, but perhaps it is best to avoid major population zones for now." Glacier reasoned to herself and started to head in the direct of the fluxuations. It would take a while to locate the sources but hopefully her timetable was not too short. There was still time and she intended to use as much of it as possible toward her eventual goal.
Glacier fought with her ship's controls, trying to make sure it stayed on course. "To think I would be pushed this far," Glacier hissed as she barely managed to avoid a random piece of debris. Glacier was not in the best of moods however, she was still in control of icy self however and she was more than used to having crap happen to her. Her destination at the moment was Earth, the very planet that raised the greatest threat the Planet Trade Organization had ever faced, the threat that had defeated the Cold Family all those years ago, it was somewhat ironic however that in the end it was another group of saiyan offshoots that had destroyed her race, it seemed that the saiyan race as a whole could manage to rise into a destructive force wherever it ended up.

The Dark Saiyans had forced her on the run and along the way her true power as an ice-jin had been sealed somehow. Glacier knew she had to take a stand and fight back against the dark ones at some point but unless she could regain her former power that would be completely impossible. The ice-jin were a naturally powerful race that put limiters on themselves so they could be in control, but being forced to stay in her weakened state was proving to be a huge liability for her as even low-level Dark Saiyans, if there were enough of them, could probably take her down with a concentrated effort, like it or not she knew as she stood now there was no chance for her to strike back or survive if she was spotted prematurely. There was a good reason she was headed for Earth, some of the universe's greatest heroes had come from the backwater planet so there was a good chance she could find a way to 'cure' herself of her ailment, be it through some kind of training or even a medical procedure, no doubt it would be hard to gain the trust of the populace however.

The rickety ship shuddered violently, it really was in bad shape but thankfully it was also nearly undetectable and she had been able to keep on the run for years thanks to the small saucer. From the creak of the hull it seemed that this trip might be its last, though if all possible she was going to save as much of the ship as possible so that some day it could fly again. The Earth was already coming up on viewport, the green, white, and blue sphere shone like a gem in the darkness, a potential refuge until she could once again stand up against the Dark Saiyans. Glacier maneuvered the ship as best as she could to make sure that the vessel entered the planet's atmosphere at the right angle to avoid burning up on entry. The ship started to grow hot and she found it difficult to keep the correct angle but she was not going to give up.

"I might be able to easily survive but I need this ship to survive as well since I shall probably need your services in the future." She told the ship matter-of-factly, the ship was a great listener but it needed to work on its understanding a bit. Part of the ship ruptured under the stress but thankfully the worst part of the entry was over. Flying across the surface of the planet Glacier tried her best to make a controlled emergency landing as she triggered the ship landing gear and tried to find as even a spot as possible. With a loud thud, the ship smashed into the ground, breaking off several of the landing gears but amazing, despite the fact that part of the ship was on fire a large portion of the vessel was still intact.

Glacier quickly went to put out the flames, quickly shrugging off any landing shock she inspected the damage after the fire was extinguished. While relatively still in one piece the damage was extensive, it would take a serious mechanic to get the ship back in decent working condition. "Well it looks like I'll have to make my stand here, I just hope I will be able to find what I'm looking for."
(Put in a limiter through the bio to make things reasonable, well we'll see what ya think)

Name: Glacier
Age: 34 (For her race this is pretty young)
Gender: Female
Race: Ice-jin
Appearance:
Personality: Since the destruction of her people Glacier has really transformed personality wise into a person very much like her namesake. As strong and hard as ice, her personality is really a defense mechanism to deal with the fact that she is now alone in the universe and has had to rely on herself for so long. Since she has never stayed in one place for too long, for fear of being discovered, she has not had a long-lasting relationship since the Planet Trade Organization’s destruction. There is a soft spot somewhere deep inside but good luck chipping away at her frozen heart, a tragedy like she has gone through leaves deep scars.
Equipment: Teal-tinted scouter
Weapons: Who needs a weapon when you have a tail?
Aura/Ki Color: Cyan
Power Level: 20,000 (First Form)
Special Attacks/Techniques: Death Beam, Tail Smash, Death Rush, Darkness Eye Beam
History: A distant cousin of the now deceased Cold Family, Glacier grew up during a time when the Planet Trade Organization had lost its ruling family and had split into warring factions trying to take total control of the once great empire. With the loss of royalty a huge power vacuum occurred in the Planet Trade Organization as subordinates quickly tried to become the new ruler of the Organization. Glacier was raised by a specific faction that was trying to reinstate the Cold Dynasty but one under their control and therefore tried to mold her into their leader and puppet. Glacier however was not as war driven as her relatives and therefore tried to stay out of the civil war as much as possible, letting other relatives battle it out for the throne. She also proved to be quite adapt at realizing the organization’s goals and therefore managed to hold onto her own ideals.
Soon it became apparent that Empress Ica was the true ruler of the organization and she quickly took control. Glacier took on the role of a high-ranking officer in the empire and worked hard to rebuild it after the devastation of war; however this reconstruction of their empire was short lived. Hurt by internal strife the Planet Trade Organization was too weak to defeat the invasion by the Dark Saiyan’s armies. Glacier fought hard but when she realized all was lost, decided to abandon the organization and the Empress to go into hiding, she barely escaped with her life and with her survival managed to avoid the complete genocide of her race.
During her travels Glacier has made sure to keep a low profile to avoid detection by the Dark Saiyan empire and has trained and studied so that one day she could have her revenge on the Saiyans. For years she has not dared to change out of her least powerful form less she accidently reveal herself to the dark ones; unfortunately a rare side effect has occurred that is most troubling, she is currently unable to unlock her true power and at the is moment stuck in her 1st transformation. Troubled by this turn of events she has searched fruitlessly for a ‘cure’ but has been unable to find one, as there is a high probably that the 'disease' is not natural and is in fact a curse put on her during a stay on one of the planet's that had been subjugated by her race. There is one dim light of hope, the legendary Super Saiyan Goku was raised and trained on Earth, a rather backward planet but if he was able to reach such power on that planet perhaps she could find a way to unlock her own power and even expand upon her normal power.
With this mission in mind, Glacier has decided to make her way to Earth in hopes of regaining her power so she can strike back at the Dark Saiyans. Like it or not, there may also be need to find allies in order to exact her revenge, the Z fighters may be gone but perhaps there are still powerful beings on the planet. Of course finding people that might actually help her could prove difficult, considering the possibility that Freiza might be the monster in bedtime stories for many races and he was kind of the symbol for her race.
