Desktop profile login won't work. Coincidence that Windows 7 is no longer supported on same day? Consider me doubtful.

I'm having way too much fun with my Legend of Zelda Encylopedia. This is the game that got me into roleplaying so have a lot invested in it's lore and stories. Too bad can't have all the games too.

Underneath a mostly harmless telemarketing company dwells the pit of devils, the slime of the earth, the baddies that want to do more than just make some money, the infamous [at least in the villain community] E.V.I.L. corporation. The rather large underground structure contains three major divisions which in turn have their own accommodations and facilities. The story begins in the confines of the somewhat dank and dreary Bronze Division where villains gather who are treated as noobs, given the scraps from their betters tables to trickle down to their level. Still, even in this lowest of lows there are devious and dangerous individuals, along with some who don't know what in the world they're doing. Even down there are plenty of missions and things to do, money is going to be made, especially since so little money is put into the Bronze division in the first place.

Somewhat out of place in this low end section is a short android. Her bright colors of white and blue clash with the mostly low-end industrial look of the Bronze division. She has gotten the name Sammy and has been operation for almost a year. Thanks to the wonders of Vocaloid, Gumi version, she even sounds mostly human and if one couldn't see her roboticness might possibly mistake her for a flesh and blood girl. At the moment she was messing with a holographic status window that projected from left forearm and with the right she manipulated the screen. "Alright, I have you grouped up as a team for mission 'steal the priceless gem'. I have you all registered so now you can expect payment on the successful completion of your mission." With a final click on the screen the flashing word "Accepted" appeared and the group of darkly clan, soon to be thieves, nodded and left.

"Well that takes care of that, I should receive a new batch any minute now." The android mussed and sat down on a packing crate that often served as a seat in the Bronze division. "Ahh, I kind of wish they'd let me go out on a mission, this place is not very stimulating. Everytime I ask they say I'm not ready yet." She sighed and then as if to prove their point, Sammy had not calculated the strength of the box correctly which buckled and then cracked apart under her weight, causing her to crash, butt first, into the middle of the mostly destroyed crate. "I have to remember to run a strength check before sitting down."

Yay I made it! So when is the first post gonna come out?

Depends on me. Good chance sometime today. I think I'm also going to make a special 'important npc' section on my first post to help me keep track of important story characters that will show up from time to time.
It should be, at the moment though I need to go through the arduous process of figuring out who to accept and who not to accept. Enough people have made characters that at this time I think I shall say no more can join at this point. No more character skellies, this is the cut off line. Congrats to those who make it, sorry to those who don't.

My Power! : - Whatever I attach my puppet string to becomes a puppet for me

This power is too abusable as it is. It needs to modified somehow, either include some kind of limitations so you can’t just body jack anyone, anytime, or maybe change the power to manipulating only the inanimate instead. The other thing is there are a few grammar mistakes and punctuation mistakes that just will not do. The character skeleton is a little on the short side as well. Character on hold for now.

World Beware My Power! : I have what I like to call a - I can persuade anybody to do anything. (Can turn on and off, his eyes turn bright green when in use.

As with BlackCat above this power DreadPirate is too powerful. Mind control like abilities are hard to effectively roleplay since often you need permission in order to use them against other roleplayers. Even if you never use it on other roleplayers and just npcs its still quite abusable. There needs to be some kind of limitation on the power, perhaps making it more like a powerful suggestion, kind of like the traditional Jedi Mind-Trick. The other thing is the character skeleton is fairly short though that’s more of a preference thing. Character on Hold.

My Parents Gave Me This : David CreedBut

This Sounded Cooler : KreigMy

Parents Did Not Decide This…I Think : Male

The World Has Been Doomed for This Many Years : 20

People Think I’m Crazy But I’m Really : A cold, unfeeling, machine however not by choice. The chem injections keep his emotions dead. Why I’m so Bad : Stolen from a happy family of crime fighters, David has been trained and "improved" since the age of seven. When old enough, i.e. 15, he was given his first job and since then has seen more bloodshed and devastation than most villains see in a lifetime.

World Beware My Power! : David is the subject of highly advanced training with multiple types of weapons and at the age of 10 his augmentations were grafted. These augments make him the peak and beyond what a human can obtain.
- Advanced material grafting onto skeletal structures to make bones virtually unbreakable.
- Protein complex is injected intramuscularly to increase tissue density and decrease lactase recovery time.
- Platinum pellet containing human growth hormone catalyst is implanted in the thyroid to boost growth of skeletal and muscle tissues.
- Submergence and boosted blood vessel flow beneath the rods and cones of the subject's retina. Produces a marked visual perception increase.
- Alteration of bioeletrical nerve transduction to shielded electronic transduction. 300% increase in subject reflexes.Random Things You May Want to Know For No Real

Reason : David has been on the emotionally dampening chems for so long that he doesn't know how to function without them. The flow of emotions is too much for him and should he run out of chems he would become a danger and a hindrance to those around him as he lashes out from extremely strong emotions.

I’m Just That Cool : If one were too take away the surgical and battle scars, add some color to his pale skin, and put some fire into his eyes then David could be considered fairly handsome. However they are and they are here to stay. Because of his augments, David stands at 6'10 and casts an intimidating presence, especially when coupled with his armor and ghostly quiet movements. Davids skin is extremely pale due to the fact that he only leaves the confines of his armor when he needs to shave his hair, keep up with hygiene, and eating, plus it is extremely scarred from both the augmentations and general battle scars one earns from the life of a mercenary. However his eye's are the most noticeable feature of his face as they look completely dead. No emotion, no life, no fire. They are empty and soulless.

Now this is pretty good, such an empty soul he is. I feel I can grasp the essence of the character from the bio quite easily.

Well actually I'm kind of, forgettable I guess, really. Honestly, there's not a whole lot to say. The job market was in the toilet, and E.V.I.L. Inc. just seemed like a good career choice at the time. Granted, the advancement possibilities are a little... limited... I've... I've actually been working here since I was twenty years old... the pay isn't terrible, but everybody just thinks I'm "the new intern..." even though I've known them all for nearly a decade at this point...

I'm curious to see how Mr. Generic can survive as an E.V.I.L. c. employee.
OOC is up for those interested. Will hopefully add more to it later.

This is a Public Announcement

Welcome to the E.V.I.L. c., where every villain is legit and heroes would cry if they ever came here. Please make sure to only enter areas that you are allowed to visit or we cannot guarantee your safety. Employees are very possessive of their status so all in the Bronze division better not be caught sneaking around to where their betters are located. Please be ready for action at any thing for missions go fast and I'm sure you all want to build up your reputations as quickly as possible but be careful for others will be eyeing the missions you're eyeing so you may have to fight for it. We hope you can all contribute toward our glorious goal of world domination in all ways you can. Have a deadly day and don't forget to give any heroes you encounter a good beat down. Get out there and make some money!

Backstory You Probably Don't Care About

You are part of the fantastic organization, E.V.I.L. c. or Every Villain is Legit Corporation. Things have started to get a little tight around a few people’s belts, a few botched up master plans and foiled princess kidnappings have made everyone a bit edgy. E.V.I.L currently is split up into three major divisions, Gold, Silver, and Bronze which indicates the level of control that division currently has in the corporation. The divisions’ rankings can switch at the drop of a hat depending on how well it does which also confusing a lot of people when a change does occur as suddenly bronzies are no longer those lowlifes you remember anymore or you forgot to change your little colored stripe that morning after the change. Each division wants to be Gold as they have the privilege of carrying out the World Domination Plan, once the corporation has enough money that is.

E.V.I.L. c. Headquarters is hidden in plain sight in the middle of Jasper city, a thriving metropolis with some nice suburbs, trashy industrial area, large landfills, pretty much whatever you’d expect a large city to have. Crime, heroics, used car salesmen, Jasper city has it all so thankfully not all your missions are going to be here. Money needs to be made though and Jasper is a city of opportunity. Headquarters is located underneath a reputable telemarketing firm and is a large underground complex complete with all your villainous needs, well if you are at least not in bronze. Trying to save money, the three divisions get access to better equipment and facilities based on their precious metal rank. Golds get the finest luxuries and best equipment, Silvers for the most part are fairly comfortable but for instance miss out on top secret weaponry, the finest equipment, and a gambling deposit. Bronze, well, they get pretty much the scraps left behind and the most basic of accommodations, have fun with that cafeteria food.

The competition is fierce, the streets are dangerous, you want your own suite, the world is crazy enough that you’ll fit right in.

Things to Take Note Of

* Everyone is going to start out in the Bronze Division, so no fancy treats and super cool rides for you! At least not yet.
* Don't Godmode cause that's my job!
* Try to make your posts clean and pretty like a professional typist, paragraph min for a post but it better be an important paragraph!
* Better listen to me cause I'm the CEO of E.V.I.L c.
* Respect your fellows, sure they're all devious villains but no one likes a rotten apple.

(This will serve as the way to keep track of where you are in the corporation as well as be the accepted character list)

Ignore This Thread, guild wigged out on me and now I have two. I don't think I can delete the thread so any admin if you have the power go ahead and delete this one.
I'll make the OOC fairly soon so think about what you want.
Glacier kept a neutral expression from her place against the wall. Things had settled down without her having to intervene, when the majinn had decided to ignore her she had considered ripped the creature out of the lab and into the air along with a flurry of ki blasts but now she did not have to. What did happen was yet another of the pink creatures had decided to pop up. The place was starting to get crowded and Glacier found herself feeling somewhat uncomfortable. Even as a child, when she was living in relative peace with her people, she had only interacted with a few of her race at a time and now her days she found herself constantly near aliens and even saiyans, the origin of her race's destruction, it was not exactly a happy partnership. Even if she preferred her own company the necessity of her situation dictated the need to work with the aliens if she planned to destroy the Dark Saiyans for their destructive ways.

Glacier could not help but comment on Djin Ra's comment about being the protector of the Earth, "I don't suppose you could have tried to protect this world from that tin can that attacked earlier?" While the wording was a question, it was really more of a statement, one filled with a certain amount of resentment. Glacier knew it would be...polite to introduce herself but she was not in the mood. It was hard to get in a good mood when she still could only access her second form, which in comparison to the others was rather lacking in power, though she did have the advantage in actual combat experience and could probably take most of them in a fight it was still galling to know she didn't stand a chance against the dark saiyans. Glacier kind of snorted a little and strode past the majinns toward the lab's exit, ignoring the giant hole in the ceiling and opting for the door which amazingly still worked.

"I'll be outside," she said before closing the door and getting out. She looked out across the view which was marred somewhat by their previous battle but still was a fairly nice view. Earth certainly had a lot of vegetation, a lot of green and browns to be certain. It was certainly a mild planet compared to many she had visited, probably would have made a pretty zenny if put on the world market mostly intact. Course the Planet Trade Organization didn't exist anymore and admittedly she had never been the biggest fan of the big business part of her heritage. Her world growing up had been a cutthroat one, which is why she had decided to take a position under the new ruler of the organization without fuss, betraying the expectations of those who wanted to use her to gain power.

Glacier sat down on some grass and just gazed across the landscape as best she could. "So this is how I'll get my revenge huh, seems like a cosmic joke really." She mumbled to herself, it really was a strange situation she found herself in these days.

Do characters have super natural powers or is this strictly human level?

Characters can have super natural powers just don't go too overboard with them. Keep them reasonable and beatable if you catch my drift.

Ya, bronze is probably the best place to start for now.
