@boomlover I'm sure you've seen it already, it's an old anime. But if you like history, you'd like Samurai X and there's another one that happens along that time period, I just don't remember the name. Both were excellent. They also have a live action samurai x that was AMAZING if you don't mind watching with subtitles.

@Dragoknighte Sekai annoyed the crap out of me in the beginning ... it took my other half to beg me to watch it. It wasn't until he and our nephew got into the beginning of the second half that I actually gave it a chance :p I respected him a lot towards the end though.
@boomlovereach series is usually independent of one another, the first season of 00 is awesome so I would definitely start there. The second season just reminds me of end of evangelion :p

Mobile Fighter G Gundam, though. It's the best not-Gundam Gundam show.

Gundam Wing is good. You have to respect the older series, but Seed would be my favorite. 8th ms team is a great story, much shorter than the other gundam series. 00 is alright. The first season is great, then it takes a nose dive. Gundam age is good, and build fighters is great. Seed and Seed destiny will always be my favorite though :p
