RPG of my own using Tabletop Simulator computer program?

I came up with a lot of lore while at work, some of which changed previous ideas. A lot of races are now spawning from the same one over time with the help of the spirits. The spirits didn't create the different races from scratch but they did create who these people became. There was a war between them and (some of) the gods.

I have the weekend to get this stuff typed up.

non-Chinese Cartoons

*Starts twitching as I try to refrain from mentioning that anime wouldn't be a chinese cartoon so would technically be free to post here

The best cartoon ever is Avatar: The Last Airbender as well as the spinoff Legend of Korra series (better then most anime, possibly the best but it's a close call). Spongebob was really good around the middle seasons but I haven't watched it lately, the one's I have are not nearly as good. Still, some really great episodes and jokes in there.

Then of course there is the newer My Little Pony cartoon that's really good...I've heard.

The Dragon who went to Sea (Ranked battle, Anna V Evvie)

Her readied hand had nothing to grab, meaning that the attack must have headed off in a different direction than anticipated. For the brief pause in the action she began to try and flap away to regroup when the geyser erupted. She let out an unusually shrill cry, taken off guard and not particularly enjoying being drenched in water or cold temperatures. Putting all of this together was not pleasant indeed. Luckily her armor was up so it didn't have as much skin to come in contact with but it still found enough of her to have a decent enough effect. Looking at the water above her she realized that she had nowhere to fly to unless she cleared the way. She breathed fire upwards as she tried to ascend, hopefully bursting a hole in the attack. On the downside, repeatedly using her fire like this would soon leave her short of breath and cause her to drown even more quickly should she get caught.

"Ha ha. Look, Eldwick, our target is totally talking to an inanimate object right now," Allison whispered into her gun, a huge grin on her face as the festivities roared around her. The gun let out a sigh, wondering if she was just messing around with him or was seriously lost to the irony of that statement. She did read the mission statement about their opponent, right? Actually, it was sad to say that he had a shadow of a doubt. She had the attention span of a feathered rabbit on speed.

"He has an AI companion who seems like a fine gentleman," Eldwick commented in a defensive manner, albeit still keeping his sophisticated British accent. How dare she call such things "inanimate objects", even as a joke.

"Yeah, yeah, let's just get this over with. I think I saw an adorable sticker vender I might want to check out after this," she replied.

"You better not be planning on dressing me up in them..." he said, once again having the shadow of a doubt.

She let out a suspiciously evil sounding giggle and then turned her attention to their target, who was eating some tasty looking fries. Perfect. She casually strolled up to him in an innocent, cutesy manner to try and see if she could toy with him a bit. So much for wanting to get this over with quickly.

"Those look delicious. Can I have one?" She asked with a bright smile, her hand still on the grip of Eldwick, who was holstered at her side.

Was she trying to confuse him for strategic reasons or did she really want to eat the fry? Shadow of a doubt.

The stats in my example are real life stats. I can only run a certain speed and lift a certain rate. However, I'm not garunteed to be punched repeatedly in the face without being able to block it because my opponent is faster. Of course getting a faster opponent would logically make it now difficult but not in any way set in stone. Not using stats as run speed would allow me to claim I can actually run faster then what I had originally had in mind, so it would indeed have more freedom that way but you still have tons of freedom even stating their max run speed.

I'm thinking of a more detailed tier list that you guys may or may not find helpful and could maybe be used for some battles. It also keeps opponents more packed on a level playing field by having a certain amount of points they can put into their character. Here it is so far (the left number is the points). Things like enhanced reactions and such could all fit into abilities:

Speed (miles per hour)
1- 15
2- 30
3- 45
4- 60
5- 75
6- 90

Strength (Deadlift in pounds)
1- 250
2- 500
3- 1000
4- 2000
5- 4000
6- 8000

Abilities
1- Very minor advantage (light a match with fingers)
2- Semi noteworthy (shoot out a small fireball)
3- Moderately helpful (shoot out a large fireball)
4- Very helpful (shoots out a couple large fireballs at a time)
5- Major factor (multiple streams of fire burst out)
6- Extreme (fire explodes across a large area)

Equipment
1- Very minor advantage (switchblade)
2- Semi noteworthy (very good realistic melee weapons/armor)
3- Moderately helpful (old muskets/somewhat magically enhanced medieval weaponry)
4- Very helpful (Six shooters/decently magically enhanced medieval weaponry)
5- Major factor (modern weaponry/even better magically enhanced medieval weaponry)
6- Extreme (futuristic weaponry/tanks/very enhanced medieval weaponry)
