150 feet. A fun bit of trivia, if google is to be believed, people have thrown frisbees, boomerangs, etc. over 1,000 feet.
I have a character not posted yet who can stop someone's perception of time by flicking their forehead. The effects wear off eventually. This is obviously far from an op ability.
It'd be more of an enormous ring that emerges from his back, and then explodes.

And re-iterating. This would totally be a high tiered character.

It depends on how vulnerable and obvious his time stop is, such as he has to stand calmly in place and chant something, then I see this not being too powerful.
Like any action, the action can be stopped, predicted, seen, or interrupted. If the action has a big enough tell, then preparing a defense in response to it is entirely possible.

The way I read it, it sounds like the charge and time stop take place in the same post, so the opponent would have to already have a defense in place before you start the charge. I assume you mean the first turn is the charge to try and bring up the freezing of time, which only activates at the starts of the next turn when they move in to attack?
Its next on my list

No rush

So, I was working on a time based character. I've had a few in the past, some of them work, some of them don't.

But, I found a way to make Time Stopping Viable.

Make it functionally the same as charging a spell in T1.

The First Turn is the Freezing of time, and the charge.
The Second Turn is the Attack while in Frozen Time, and blowing the charge.

Meaning that the way to resist it, is to charge a defense equally. Meaning that if you know it's coming, you can resist it.

But if their first turn they stop time, how could the person resist it if time is already stopped?
Then getting reprimanded for flying during a boxing match. Lol

When is our boxing match starting, anyways?

I was thinking the one hit defeat would be in another battle.

Ours isn't ranked anyway. If I rmemeber correctly. Lol.

I'm guessing our battle would involve a certain lovable dragon girl taunting your character that he can't possibly hit her while she's in the air.

One hit.

That would be a hilarious battle but I don't think I'd like that for a ranked one.
@ImportantNobody Pay attention to me vs DJ, I'm already in the process of laying the groundwork.

Groundwork smoundwork! Evvie doesn't even need to walk on the ground to win a fight! *Beams with pride
