The sassy grandma character I mentioned earlier is one of the few characters I have who's power is basically where she can't lose due to all the powers she's learned in her old age. Her and the girl who has power over threads basically can't lose, but if they fought than the win would go to sassy grandma.

Sassy grandma claims that back in her day she had to destroy 10 planet buster monsters on her 1,000 mile walk to school every day, barefoot through the snow and lava and spikes. Some of the story is true. But she's definitely a solar system buster.
It doesn't have to make sense.

I prefer an explanation like that, even if it doesn't make sense, over no explanation that doesn't make sense.

I demand that others can interject as these random people that are having their shit destroyed ... because of the hilarity that would ensue.

"It's a bird...it's a plane...oh my god, it's a missile coming straight for m-"
This seems like it might be Hunger Games like where random people are chosen to fight for the amusement of otherwise. Otherwise they wouldn't let a group of people beat each other senseless during the Super Bowl.
@Seed Though there is one proviso I must mention. The fight has to happen in a metropolitan area, for maximum effect.

Funny to think about role playing from the point of view of someone caught in a battle between superman like entities flying around destroying everything.

"Hey, that's my car! My house!!!"

I prefer the tag-team. I don't have enough characters that fit that style to go random.

Ideally, I like the idea of two on two, with teams seeing how far they can go and set in a dynamic environment. Meaning, treat it like an underground tournament. So, while one fight might be in boxing ring, the other could be in a subway, during rush hour or ontop of a building... or ya know, center stage at the Super Bowl.

With a lot of battles it sounds more like a tournament, right? Or you mean one part of the team fights a completely different battle, or different teams fight different teams in other battlegrounds and our teams fight each other in one.
I think a Street Fighter/Mortal Kombat power level would be amazing! That's my preferred level of power.

Of course without the mortal Kombat gameplay ability to withstand multiple sharp objects impaling into their brain and other horrific injuries and keep fighting as long as they have a health bar. ;)

Did you like the idea of a tag team or you just randomly get one out of five choices of something?
Seed's character may be powerful, but I doubt he could withstand the power of a sassy grandma mentor character.
tfw my character is some wierd ass hivemind conglomeration of multiple beings' sub consciousnesses, rather than something sentient, and trying to include some of its personality in your OOC posts is a futile effort

I should have an evil butterfly overlord from outerspace and incorporate that into my personality on the forums.
Sooo....I'll be fighting a character in development for over half of my lifespan.

This should be fun.
