I'm considering the creation of a new character. A flying guinea pig that can multiply rapidly and swarm an enemy.

I can come up with a character that will somehow loose against it.
Vincy was forced to her knees with the unpleasant introduction of the hammer to her forehead. What she wasn’t prepared for was for it to turn liquid and wrap around her face. This was the first moment where she showed panic, clawing at the material in a desperate effort to free herself. Although still not afraid for her physical well being, her senses had been cut off and that was highly troubling. For one thing she couldn’t effectively stop this villain from wrecking havoc if she didn’t even know where he was. Her gag reflex was triggered as the liquid metal poured down her throat. Thanks to her unique biology it would have nowhere to go once reaching her stomach, where food was absorbed directly into her body.

She knew where he last was and, for now at least, could hear if the lumbering beast would make any sudden movements. That being said she decided for a change of pace. She scrambled to her feet to charge directly at his position, which wouldn’t be very far from where she was now, arms flaily aggressively forward. If she could strike him with some good blows, even by luck, she felt like she could do major damage. If she did manage to hit him then she could feel more where he was located and hit him with more and more precise attacks.
Who wants to have a team battle, 2v2 at least?

I'm pretty sure out battle just ended with my post. Maybe I could fight with the twins I just mentioned? Although you probably mean two separate people rather than one using two characters.
Just as Rakkan had feared an innocent bystander was caught in the mess, becoming the villain’s hostage in the blink of an eye. He came to a halt as quickly as he could given his momentum so that he wouldn’t antagonize his foe in this delicate situation. Although he didn’t trust him, if he attacked now he was certain that the woman would die, so he did as instructed and backed away, hoping there was at least some hint of on honor system at play here.

Luckily this paid off as the woman was thrown from the man’s grasp. Rakkan rushed over to her with all the speed he could muster, snatching her up in his powerful yet gentle hands He checked to make sure she was okay, clipping away the wire with his sharp claws. In the meantime his blood was pouring all over her expensive looking blouse and shoes, but that was likely the least of her worries.

He didn’t feel like he could catch his opponent again, especially given how much of his vital fluid had drained from his body and how quickly he felt himself weakening as a result. That bullet must have been massive to do so much damage to him in only two shots. Who was that guy? Rakkan can only ponder why things had come to this as he collapsed to one knee after the villain disappeared from sight, feeling ready to black out at any moment. He could hear police sirens, or perhaps ambulances, approaching from off in the distance as his vision faded to black and he collapsed.
I'll get my posts done tonight during the olympics or something. Could have a multiverse Olympics. Evvie would do wright lifting or throwing stuff.

I realized recently that it doesn't make sense that she couldn't swim, given how she's always in nature, unless I add on a trait that she fears open water so simply avoids it.

Could be fun to have twin characters who try to be mysterious and talk in unison/complete each other's sentances but they mess up a bunch. When confronted about it they ignore all criticism to their act. XD Turns out they are the best henchmen to some bad guy who's technically not that bad, just acting like it, so this group in general isn't taken seriously and are phonies. perhaps they could be a pretend big bad in the multiverse.
The man continued to turn in an effort to escape his reach, but he was inhumanly fast and larger than the average man, giving him considerable range. Rakkan didn’t need to take a step to close the gap that was forming, only lunge forward with his hands extended for his panicked prey.

BAM!

He wasn’t faster than the bullet, however, as a black goo trail spiraled out from his newly detached right hand and upper arm, which tumbled chaotically back towards the mortified crowd. He didn’t give time for the villain’s finger to twitch off another shot. His left hand made it to the barrel of the gun, which had to be extended out a bit to get the angle needed to shoot off his arm on the other side of his body. With a violent tug he tore it from his grip, shredding the coat in two in the process as the left half came with him. He tossed the gun, wrapped up in the coat, aside. In the meantime the man was able to get a head start on running from him now that Rakkan didn’t have his right hand to pin him down.

((Outcome of Donny loosing his gun agreed upon OOC))

Although with a gapping hole in his chest and a missing right hand, Rakkan was still able to fight, albeit at a more limited capacity. The man was running away now but it was possible he would still turn violent yet again, especially with all the weapons that were revealed on his person now that the coat was missing. He gave chase, keeping a sharp eye on the weapons and his opponent’s hands so he could be ready to dodge if his opponent grabbed for something while running. He couldn’t see if there was any more weapons attached to his front of his body, but it would be pretty obvious if the man stopped his normal running stride and began to reach for something on his body. He would run at full speed after him, which wouldn’t take him long to catch up, until he had cause for concern and would then quickly diver for cover before an attack could come at him.
@ImportantNobody

As is I have him set up so that his power is under certain limits such as that he cannot generate limitless lightning of planet destroying magnitude. An attack like that with the way that I play my character takes at the very least five turns of prep and a fairly long setup post before it can be used and the last time I had to use it to kill an opponent I had to literally hold him in a bear hug after the fifth post. I do not ever seek to simply out power my opponent through the use of my abilities. I much prefer to beat my opponent through skill and strength of arms as I find that to be a much more honorable victory then just farting lightning at someone.

Sounds good. You mention editing the character sheet with stuff so it's a good idea, if you haven't already, to include such restrictions within the sheet so we have a better understanding of his limitation and he'd be far more likely to be allowed into official stuff like tournaments if there's ever a really high power tournament going on. I also don't know the range of his lightning and might assume it's as far as he can visualize the lightning going but it's possible you have made up some other range limit.
How about Donny doesn't have time to escape Rakkan's reach but manages to shoot the arm that is grabbing at his throat before the gun gets snatched away? Donny loses his best weapon and the element of surprise, and Rakkan loses the use of his right hand.

That sounds like it could be a good option.
@HarbingerKurahi

I'm sure you wouldn't abuse it and have limits in mind, but I don't see how the sheet itself follows t-1 limits as we know it and here's why (in my opinion). If I wanted to be a jerk I don't see why I couldn't destroy everything in existence with dark lightning in one massive blast of lightning all around me. The light strain is likely what stops him from doing so, which is where you have to play responsibly and go on the honor system, which is unavoidable to an extent on such high power. But if light strain is for, say, planet sized attacks, the sheet still makes it sound like he could kill anything and everything in that radius, gods or what have you, which they could only not be destroyed by not getting hit at all, somehow dodging any number of lightning bolts he sends out. Blocking is impossible because he destroys anything it hits.

I'm basing this strictly on the sheet without outside context. If gods and higher level aren't instantly obliterated then that needs to be added into the sheet to fit your vision of his power under these rules.
Was he going to try this dodge and planned counterattack before knowing if the attack would have killed him or not? Seems kind of a stretch unless he does such things just to run away from the scene of the crime immediately or just in case, I suppose. If not then I don't see him getting far before my post will come, as reacting to getting shot and reacting to a miraculous survival would cause both to pause a similar amount, I would think.
