Things you should keep in mind about my RP...

1) If you need me to post, PM me. My memory is awful.
2) No matter how much I may love the source material, I will not join an RP if the Interest Check, IC, or OOC has too many posts. I am not reading all of that. If you want me to join, PM me a summary.
3) I won't even read source material in the Interest Check or OOC sections if the IP is, like, super convoluted, long, or snobbishly formatted. Keep that shit IC. Give me clear and concise posts or I'm gone. I dont have all day to sort through your five different fonts and your 17 paragraphs of setup.

Not sure why there isnt a ST RP yet. But here it is. This is an int. check, meaning I will add more details if people show interest. I am not going to inundate you with a million paragraphs like some like to do. A few things though...

This will be similar to Star Trek Online, in that you may encounter canon characters, but they are not the main characters of this story.

You will make an original character.

Nothing from the reboots.

Which should we do: everyone begins as graduates from the Academy, everyone serves on the same Starship, or everyone makes whatever kind of character they want and starts anywhere in the universe?

I dont like the last one because more than likely, people will be isolated for long periods of time.

I have not decided the era yet, but leaning toward STO or DS9/Voy.

The STO RP I was involved with on the Arc forum has been going on for six months and has probably like 100 pages now, so its popular.

Let me know what you think.

Oh, and I know there are some people who for some reason like to post that they're NOT interested, but lets just assume that everyone who posts is interested, and give your opinions and answer the above questions, k? Thanks.
