4: Don't know, still need to play it. I will say I hope they buffed Luigi from Brawl, because he was way stronger in Melee than Brawl.

Vex: You can't float it off of its mount without first touching it. My recommendation? The sword is virtually unbreakable, but the ceiling is not. Removing the chunk of ceiling it is on and floating that down to us is very much possible.
