She’s never demonstrated such control over reality itself, but is much more likely to use demonstrations of raw power to get hostile entities to back off, or otherwise get rid of them entirely. So much so that we’ve never seen her touched.

Likely due to that sovereignty you mentioned. She hasn’t exhibited any semblance of control over reality to the degree you seem to imply while within the bounds of Existence, so it’s likely an enabler.

Her associates seemingly still had memories of their past. Rythian may be able to assist in that regard. Her abilities also seemed to involve Outside to a degree that I could not properly gauge. When Unity allowed Outside to enter the domain, she reacted with amusement and declared that it would strengthen her. However, I do not have evidence that she was honest.

Reports have stated that Outside is her place of origin. Mind control that allows the victim to retain memories and personality is not very common. I suppose we could observe if it happens to be a truth, but I believe it would be best to not move in with the intention of discovering that truth, per say.
