The traps trigger upon registering either life signs or connection to an outside source, so you'd just need to enter the trigger zone for one of the energy-based traps while walking alongside the guardian. Then get behind it. Or don't, but you wouldn't prefer that.

My ability, yes. She could harmlessly contain the energy so long as she utilizes the intangibility on all parts except the outside of the guardian, something I couldn't do myself due to the harm it would do to me.

I guess that means Acacia's never shown you her abilities. She calls them guardians, or guardian angels. They're... It's complicated. They're pseudophysical manifestations that represent people close to her.
